I have been a State Farm Client farm client for 30+ years and I have found that Kimberly has been very pleasant and knowledgable and answered every question i have a concern with. She has always had a smile on her face. I am very happy with the Rob Sweet Agency and staff. I would highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs.

Nikki is a good person to talk with. Needed some info today on insurance for a possible new vehicle. Kim Stocum was ready to help and answered all my questions. While talking we also discussed an auto policy change and forms were sent that we auto signed. Always very helpful anytime we call or stop by the office. Been with State Farm for all our insurance over 40 years.

Great S.F. Insurance office .. Very friendlly/knowledgeable staff always very helpful. I had a meeting with my agent last year to review each of my policies and made a couple adjustments to my coverage(s) ... I would recommend others take the time to do this.

I just got a new vehicle and was calling around for quotes and called the corning office and I must say I was very impressed with the agent who answered. Nikki pettitt she was very professional and answered all my silly question and was very patient with me never in my 33 years have I ever delt with a professional with such kindness if I could give Nikki a 10 star rating i totally would she deserves it! Thank you again Nikki im sure you will be hearing from me again!

Well I'm a African American and I got car insured from this particular state farm and it wasn't a pleasant one..I had 600 dollars from me and they never communicated with me that my insurance collapsed nor did they treat me fair. I felt she didn't want to help me but instead I had to pay the dmvmoney my premium went up also. Bad place for minorities to do business. Stay away from this spot.. Customer service is bad and felt they didn't want to help...
