After calling 6 other rentals in the area who were no help, I found Donald Coon at Penske! He was a *huge* help in our search for a rental truck! If you value fantastic customer service and timely responses then this is your place to go!

I rented a box truck and a car trailer, the agent was very helpful and knowledgeable! Great location and the truck was clean. Will definitely recommend this location in Corning to friends and family!A+++

Customer service at this location is top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Chemung, Stueben, or Schuyler county area.

The agent was great with the explanations about details as I was towing a car with a 26 foot truck (long vehicle). Truck was almost brand new and the car carrier was easier to use than I thought it would be.
