The service was top notch. Bobby identified the puncture at 4:30 on a Thursday and ordered a replacement tire which was put on the next day. Quick and honest. Having just moved to Corning I m glad to have a trustworthy shop for future repairs.

Stopped in when the manager wasn t there (must have been his day off) I was highly disappointed to hear the assistant manager Kyle offering to do side work for cash. I m assuming this is against company policy. The manager Bobby has always been so helpful and honest with any issues I ve had with my vehicle. I d hate to see the actions of another tarnish the shop and the great reputation that Bobby has. Hopefully this can be looked into. I ll continue to return as a customer but I will only deal with the manager Bobby and not the assistant.

The team of people working here is great. They re very knowledgeable people and everytime I m in they help me out and explain things that I need help with very well. Anytime I ve ever been there they have treated me with a lot of respect and the same for other customers. The prices are pretty fair and the work time is very fast. You may be paying a little more than Walmart for certain things like oil changes and tire changes but the work is done twice as fast. It is nice knowing that when I go here I am getting fast knowledge service and not getting ripped off. Highly recommend!

Nice people but they damaged my cars AC when they were repairing my alternator.They wouldn't pay for the additional repair. They gave me $200 off my $450 bill however my new repair is over $600 so I got roached. Also, since I drove the car without AC lines it fried my AC unit as well. That was an $850 repair. Trying to reason with corporate now. Will update when I have results. Could go back up to five stars if this gets handled.

This shop has tried to rip me off twice before. This time was a safety inspection and I was stuck. Replaced perfectly fine wipers, one of which was cut to fit by earlier shop. 2X retail price for wipers.

I got a flat tire on the highway, on my tow dolly hours from home on a Sunday. I called this place and Kyle took the time to check to see if they had my odd sized tire. They did and he called me back. I took the wheel off of the trailer and brought it in and they had me back on the road in no time. Very grateful for Kyle and the technician working. Both very friendly and If i lived in the area I would be a repeat customer. Thank you for your customer service !

Your techs wouldn't perform a NYS inspection because the rear wiper was removed. According to NYS INSPECTION Guidlines only the Windshield must have wipers or a clearing system. It specifically states that the "wiper portion" of the inspection DOES NOT INCLUDE REAR OR HEADLIGHT WIPERS . Additionally I had the part they were requesting and said it wasn't something they would put on. It only requires a standard battery terminal puller to remove and replace. Your techs are lazy and uniformed. Explains why the shop was absolutely dead ! I'm sure the sales numbers of that location reflect that appropriately. Experience couldn't have been more useless!

unfortunately i needed to purchase 4 tires for inspection pass but the manager was very nice and had to order tires. I only waited 2 days for tires to arrive and took only about 45 minutes for mounting, balancing etc and inspection to be done.

I've been meaning to write this review for weeks! These folks are awesome! I had a nightmare of a situation occur at Goodyear and brought my car to Monroe to have it repaired and they were not only kind and accommodating by getting me in the same day - they were efficient and didn't make me feel stupid. The lead mechanic even said to me, "My goal is to treat folks how I would want my girlfriend treated." Really warmed my heart and made my day. My car has been running great since! Thank you Monro! I will certainly be returning.

DO NOT take your car here for the love of god, absolute scam artists. Have no explanations for anything other than it s nys law okay what s the law then. Money hungry robbers is how i would describe them. Failed my car inspection which is whatever but they proceeded to remove my old inspection sticker and declined to get me a rejection sticker. Why did they do that, to try and get me to spend my money on their outrageous garbage. Do not take anything to them. There s buisness just down the road that are 100 times better than them.

I visited Monro recently for a tire installation. The staff were friendly and helped me with the process. They were quite efficient and charged reasonably. I would definitely recommend it.

If you have work needs done, do it here oh my good God these guys are incredible. One part humble one part informative all parts quick as lightning. I called them with a brake issue and they fit me in next day, fixed it, didn't try to sell me any B.S. and explained things in a way I could thoroughly understand. Prices were fantastic and the manager and crew were unbelievably friendly. I don't see myself going anywhere else for any auto issues. If I could give them a 6 out of 5 I would.

They try to charge me $109 for oil change only. I rejected and got my oil changed at half the price nearby.

Took my wife's vehicle here for last minute ball joint and control arm repair. The manager Robert (bobby) was so polite and knowledgeable. I noticed the oil change price was $15 cheaper than where we go so I asked for one while he was going over a quote with me. I was watching the teamwork and speed of of his crew.. All mechanics who weren't working on a car joined freely and happily. I already made up my mind to switch both our vehicles complete care to them. For my wife's peace of mind and my convenience . Come to find out he was cheaper than others. He also told my wife she should bring it in for reason and and they will get here in right away. Bobby and his crew are a solid team I can not say enough great things about them!!!! I hope they know how great they are!!!!!!Why go anywhere else???????We won't be, fabulous job all around!

This is the best Monro in our community imo. The manager is very honest and helpful! They also change tires with warranty on them. Brakes almost one of the only places that still does inspection in the area. Great staff.

Today was the second time we have been here. They are all very nice and considerate! We will be coming back here for all of our auto needs! Robert and the entire staff was extremely professional and kind! I definitely recommend this location to everyone!

I have been there about 3-4 times for an inspection. 1st time understandable why they could not do it. Second time they mention my car needs specific parts to be passable so I went out, hot the parts and fixed it. I scheduled a time Friday then reschedualed to Saturday same time only to show up and they said I was not on the list. I came in on a time I agreed on in person. They did the inspection only to tell me it won't pass due to tires. I understand they have to do their job, however being told that it will pass when I achieve fixing what needs fixed the first time just to come back and be told no kind of leaves you in a pinch of your day to day life routines and money. I do enjoy the work they do. I have had plenty of times they helped repair or maintain my vehicle before but the inspection left me in a major situation travel wise and money wise.

We brought our car in last evening after a long trip from VA worried about a tire issue. The staff took such wonderful care of us that we took our car back the next day for an oil inspection in which they were incredibly prompt and attentive even though it was a last minute request. Incredibly kind and expert staff - we would highly recommend over and over again!

Was quickly able to get an appointment and had my shocks & mounts replaced the same day I brought it in. They also noticed I needed new rear tires and were willing to put them on that day if i wanted. Although I had to get my brand somewhere else, they switched the rear wheels to the front for free so it was safer the few days before I got my tires. I also appreciated that they were open on Veteran's Day so I could get my car fixed before going back to work Tuesday. Happy customer!

So I am changing my review from 4 years ago because I am very disappointed with the new staffing I really wish I could remember the old manager name because those guys did great. This new staffing are just lazy no wonder why the place is always empty compared to what it was before. To start off I needed a trailer tire replaced due to having a hole in it the manager said they will not remove trailer tires never had a problem before. Second needed new tires and brakes on my 1 ton dump. The response I got was no our lifts can't hand that. Remind you I would drop off company trucks on a regular in the past and never had a problem. My trucks and equipment will definitely never be going there again. Who knows what corners they will cut with this lazy lazy mind set they now have.

Awesome people! They did a great job when I needed snow tires. They were fast and had the tires available the same day. Person at the front desk was very funny and made the experience more relaxing. Affordable road hazard prices for tires.

I love going to them since they're so close to where I live and I've been going to them for over 10 years now. Everyone has always taken good care of me. Making sure that my car is safe and good to go when ever I've needed something done. No matter how complex or simple the issue has been with my car the guys there have always done a wonderful job.

Went in to inspect low tire pressure warning and found that tire sidewall had damage. They were professional and replaced the tire quickly. I preferred to go here because the dealership had a 1 week wait time for appointment, but I got it here for the very next day. I recommend this facility if you want a quick and reliable service for you car.

Dave and his team have been extremely helpful to me with my new car. I bought it about a month ago and have had nothing but problems, Dave gets me in very quickly and diagnosed the problems efficiently! They are very good at communicating their expertise on what they think is wrong and how to fix it. They also worked directly with my warranty company. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service!

This Monro has treated me very well and the manager Dave is super friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service skills. He makes an effort to make sure you know what is being done to your vehicle and is honest about what you do and do not need. They also are fast and efficient!!Thanks!

Always a great experience. Dave is great and gets the job done as quickly as possible! If I have any issues with my car, I will ALWAYS try to get it to THIS Monro for Dave and his team to take care of even though I no longer live in Corning. Highly recommended!!

I've had my explorer for almost a year and it's had problems for over 6 months. I've been to 3 shops and always told nothing was wrong with it. At Monro Dave helped a lot. He took the time to listen to me and the problem my car had. They didn't cost too much to fix either! The mechanics even talked to us as well!!! They explained what the problem was and told us how they fixed it!! I'll definitely be going back!! Thanks for the honesty and the great service! We will be coming back!
