Am not giving them even a single star, there is a guy Alex he don't care the time of customer, I installed this tire a week ago, it's flat in a week in Brampton ontario, I changed the tire there and bring this tire to this TA, Alex said you have to wait, after 2.30 hours wait, he said why you take off from truck, we can't do anything, as he stupid how could I derive with flat tire.Damn bad service with TA

Had a driver from Leonard's Express tear my mirror off at the Flying J. Strapped it on and drove over to the TA. They got the part in 15 minutes and had me done in about an hour.

They do not do DOT inspections. The guy was nice about it, but if your not certified to do that then I wouldn't say your a truck service.

Needed trailer lube. Tried 2 places before here. Multiple hours to wait. These guys pulled me right in and got right on it. Nope, nothing wrong here.

I am talking about my personal experience which happened with this TA. My truck trailer tire break got jamd and started heated up , I safely reached this TA. Mr Mike he was the person who attended, and asked to sign some documents before doing something, , they need some assurance as per the TA policy , after doing diagnos , they removed everything including tire,hub brakes, they said they cannot do the work, and asked me to go another workshop which they suggested , a private work shop, I think ,Mike gets commission from them.Next day, I came back to the same TA, as they forgot to put back the disk brake guard , and I went to the counter they denied saying there was no guard , and I showed the pics , then another guy went inside the garage and found the disk guard which was broken , they lied to the customer , they denied to fix backSo this was my experience as a professional truck driver , this is not a good place , and Mike you are very bad guy, learn to be professional and don't Lie about your work.. if.u don't knw anything, don't accept it and learn, don't pretend u know everything, u don't have any idea about Engineering or whateverLearn , don't cheat customers. And don't Lie ,

Stopped here on a Saturday to be told they only have one tech all day and have two PM in front of me and they can get me in at 11pm but they close at 12. It s 2pm now. Why only one tech on the weekend? Don t even have an inspection person on shift. Totally lame. Wouldn t even lend me a wrench. But they have two at the counter

The front counter women was fantastic and very friendly/helpful but the tech was clearly annoyed and didn't want to be there. I needed to get my wheels retorqued, and he refused to put the white plastic peices back in the bolts just cause he doesn't like them.

Called the shop to make sure if the parts are available , Alex was on the phone and he confirmed he has everything for PM service. When we checked in they told us 2,5 hrs of waiting, after we waited 5 hours. they called us after 5 hours and when we came to enter inside shop was closed and there is no one inside, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

Really bad service in over nigth repair... not body in office and not bofy in shop.... and still waiting for a tire fixed for more like 8 hours and not body to ask a question or something.... please a manager should supervice the evening people

I stuck here from 23 dec 2022. Cause snowstorm. Restaurant doesn't work. Shower doesn't work. Diesel pump almost down. Local road didn't clean. And many people sleeping on the seats of Restaurant several days. No uber. No delivery foods.

Rude assistant at the check out counter. The young woman began to talk to me as if I was less than as I was trying to understand my bill for the tires I just purchased. I asked about a discount I received from knight and swift, she told me her manager doesn t know anything about a discount, so she doesn t know anything about it. I then asked her if I gave my her my DOT NUMBER if that could help find out about the discount, she got flustered and red and told me she doesn t know how to look up any of my information in the system. I sat down and found the information I was provided by knight and swift. I then showed her my information and matched the information to what was on my receipt. I then explained to her that she was rude to me. She told me that s the way she was raised. She also was not talking to her co-workers in that manner. I do not know if this was racially motivated, but this is unacceptable.Her name is Hailey.

I set up appointment for oil change after I spent more than 8 hours of waiting the Mechanic tells me that he does not have the right oil filter for my truck to remind you it's a comment oil filter on all these trucks. The bathrooms do they even have somebody cleaning them it smells like a New York hallway. The showers are so damn dirty . Been on the road and needed a oil change and good hot shower and didn't get neither of them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is nuts. I hit all times record waiting times. 3 hours to get in and 3 hours plus to get out for simple one tire change on a trailer. Do not recommend stop there unless it between life and death. Easy to lose a day.

Went into country pride restaurant was in there about 5 mins then another guy walked in and sat down then a lady walked in so she passed by me sitting at counter took everyone's order but mine and walked to the back. Then the guy waiter who I have a 10.00 tip on the day before came out asked guy sitting across from me if he had been helped and walked off, I'm still waiting to order by the way.... then she finally come and takes my order. Brings it to me packed up to go never asks if I want drink just assumed I was taking it to go. Disrespect was real, so no tip was fair.

When we are in tile area we always stop in for our favorite dish.Chicken fried steakBecky was are server very nice young lady.Very tentative to coming back and forth asking how was everything and if we needed anything else. We enjoyed the service stopin and try it out

Very expensive tire repair for 811$ and it s small size for stepda triler 55$ just taxes and it s not even road service crazy

I gave 3 stars cause the people there were nice but almost 5 hours to get a tire changed??? I mean I was parked right out front watching the mechanics gabbing with each other not sure why but it's annoying to watch this when i have to get near my delivery. As it turns out I going to be 45 minutes late now!!!

Great place to get your truck serviced. Had a lighting issue on my trailer. Tech tried in vain to find the short. He couldn't!!! Rather then rake up the labour rate he admitted it wasn't something they would find easily. I made the choice to limp it home in the day light. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing an on the road repair

If you are washing clothes here make sure to have quarters! The card machine doesn't work for all of them. There are 4 dryers and the only one out of order is the top left. The other 3 work and are also quarters only. Apparently the works are no help.

Counter guy was nice but 1 mechanic on duty during the day on a weekday. gtfoh, might as well shut it down. Every TA/Petro truck shop you walk into is hours of wait time. Maybe figure out why and resolve it? Can't find help? Must need to pay more.

At waterloo off of ex 41. The shower was super clean and plenty of parking space. The cashiers were professional in what ever u needed. 5 stars for the shower.

This is a cool location, friendly staff and quick on the repairs. The wait time was less than 30 min and they're very accommodating.

The trailer that I am having fixed, is a flammable placard load. The tech that is working on my truck, is smoking a cigarette, dressed like he is heading to the beach, and has a poor attitude. I hope someone decides that he should take the rest of the day off.

Shower and restrooms were ten times cleaner than Flying J next door. Staff was courteous and parking lot was clean.
