I brought my 2008 Load Rite boat trailer that has not been used for two years in for full servicing. New surge brake, tires, wheel hubs installed and lighting brought back to life. It's as good as new. William was fair and flexible. Highly recommend Land and Sea Trailer.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would... gave this pos a $3000 deposit for him to build me a custom trailer. That was 2/17/21... he told me 3-4 weeks he'll need to build it. Fast forward 9... yes I said 9...9 weeks later and still no trailer. I don't think the guys even started to build it. Complete waste of time, money... cost me thousands in missed work, trailer rentals since I was down 1 trailer... and little to no excuses as to why it wasn't ready. Don't go here. This business should be shut down. The absolute worst! Don't go there to buy a trailer, build a trailer, fix a trailer... don't buy any parts from his store. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another place to spend your money.

Best trailer shop in Long Island! I was treated really well by William. I will definitely use them again. He delivered my trailer earlier than expected.

This guy absolutely ripped me off!!! Charged me 1,184 to do 4 bearing replacements on my trailer and new lights. He decided instead of fixing the nonworking breaks he would just disconnect them completely and cut all the calipers and rotors out and leave me with no breaks at all. A week later 2nd time hauling the boat with the trailer a bearing broke and the wheel fell off. I brought it back to him and he took it upon himself to replace a tire no rim just a tire and charged me another 184 bucks! Total ripoff, not to mention theres a million cats in his yard pissing all over peoples boats and the property. Do not use this place unless you like to waste your money!

great shop, great mechanic. Keep it local!!Back again...still 5 stars plus...needed a new 7 pin plug for a new trailer. I was the last minute and William got it done!! Thanks!! If you need it fixed now they are the guys to see!!

I have been a Good customer for years... BUT on July 6th I had 24' of thin wire cable to purchase, when I went inside to pay the bill was 74.00 with tax. that was about 2.70 per ft. I was surprised at the price but bought it anyway. When we returned from our trip with the unused product I went back on July 19th to see if it could be returned (with the receipt) William refused to accept it because his policy is 30 days on returns. Just NO. No return, no credit nothing! I said this is bad business policy and don't know that I would ever be back. He said Okay, thats fine. Upon leaving I said goodbye to Al (the guy who does all the work) and told him I wouldn't be back. He said "What took you so long?" They are Stressed out and understaffed and unable to provide good customer care and service. I don't think they will be in business very much longer. Lance Malone, Medford NY

Had my husband's trailer for almost 2 months, and the brake lights didn't work when they gave it back. They also charged him an additional $90, for stuff that was not talked about and when my husband complained, he gave him back $50 back. In addition, the welding was a mess.

I just received great service from Land and Sea (William)on my boat trailer. It also doesn't hurt that he is a terrific guy and will bend over backwards to meet your every trailer need. Highly recommend this place.

Had brake problems with my trailer. Willeys guys went over the brakes and just replace a solinoid. . He could have hit me up with a big bill but did only what was needed. Very fair

Years of EXCELLENCE to this consumer!!!!!RESPECTFUL.......Great DIGNITY in the workmanship.......FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!When need be, they work there hardest to get your equipment back to you the SAME day........Prices CAN T be beat!!!!ONE .....VERY HIGHLY SATIFIED CUSTOMER!!!!
