Got my car flashed here with GIAC software and the experience was amazing from both Tuning Works and GIAC. Top notch customer service from both and tune has been amazing. 5 stars! Thank you Don, Rich and Hans for all your help.

I have spend alot of years an money for many of my cars, but only to be disappointed in the end..Ron an Rich are the meaning of Integrity.. communication an professionalism is why God continues to bless them...thank you for the fine job with my car..I have most definitely found a home an i highly recommend them for whatever your auto needs are...

They did an amazing work on my car with the air ride install and exhaust and other work. They treat you like family and make sure you are happy with the work done. They are very cooperative and don't have you waiting on updates. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for real quality work on their car. Looking forward to working with them again.

Great work knowledgeable staff and very professional. The owner very welcoming and informative. I recommend this shop to anyone having specialty work done. I wanted something as simple as turn signal lights on my mirrors and because my car for that year wasn't configured to have lights on the outside of the mirrors the dealership, electrical tech shops, collision specialist etc... didn't want to do the work I was even told by a shop owner that he contacted infiniti and was told because of the intricate design inside the Mirriors as they coordinate with the camera s it can't be done but the can put the arrow signals on the mirrors itself. Went to Tuning works and made an appointment directly thereafter BOOM MY LIGHTS WHERE PUT ON WORKING LOVELY AND READY TO GO. Thanks guys for everything

Awesome shop, very clean, organized, and professional. Two things that stand out to me about this shop are honesty and professionalism. Hans and Don went above and beyond to get my car done and made sure everything was okay before picking it up. Rich is very informative and very honest. The whole team is a class-act and if you are in the area and want honest hard work definitely give them a buzz.

Don helped me every step of the way with the installation of my air ride, picking out wheels and tires for my car. He made custom brackets to hang my air tank off the backseat so that i could maximize my trunk space, and he helped me find CAST wheels and helped me pick out tires that gave me fender to lip fitment. not an easy task. the guys here are super nice, super helpful, pleasant to work with and they assured me that their work was guaranteed and if i ever have any questions or concerns they re always a message or phone call away, i m always more than welcome to bring my car down to the shop. they re so awesome you will definitely not be disappointed!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Tuning Works is a great shop. Don had an appointment available right away. And they diagnosed my engine issue very quickly and made a video for me to see when I came to pick up my car. These guys know there Audi and VW cars. Also they have good pricing. Would highly recommend this shop for any performance or service needs.

The absolute best mechanics I ve ever had work on my family car(Audi) and my Porsche Turbo. I can t say enough. I moved out of the area and bring my cars 3 hours back to the shop. Thank you Tuning Works!

Brought in my Lexus for vibration and rough rides, they pin point the issues and got it fix in a timely manner, told me what was wrong and showed me parts that they recommended, did some quick search online after I got the quote and their pricing seems to be fair. After the repair my car drives smooth, reminding me of the days I first got my car. These guys know what they are doing.

Good honest shop, the work the do is very good and properly done. The guys know their stuff and will back their work. I have been going there for while and whether its performance upgrades or routine maintenance I prefer to bring both of my cars here.

I ve been going to Tuning works since they have first opened. Don and Rich will always be professional with me, and will always guide me on which is the best corse of action to take for modding my car, and for general service plans. These guys do fantastic work and are very knowledgeable in their filed I highly recommend them to anyone!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Oil change

Love this place! I m usually nervous to do anything to my car, and all I did was a headlight swap but I trusted these guys completely. Clean shop, nice staff. Came all the way from Manhattan for this place. Definitely coming back for anything else I need done to my car.

Brang my mk4 gli in with major boost leaks and no power. They were very helpful throughout the whole process always answer with updates. Idk what Mr Julian WA is talking about. Ive been going to tuning works for years and never had an issue. They keep the cars outside to a minimum and never bother anyone. Whereas people will speed down the block who have no relation to the shop and just live in the area almost taking out pedestrians but i guess he didnt wanna bring up his neighbors . Also dont know what he means be unprofessional Rich, Don, and Hans have always treated me with utmost respect and helped me out with all my vehicle issues. I feel as though Mr Julians slanderous words are just nonsense as he has posted on multiple businesses in the area with one star for silly reasons. He also has stated he is a small business owner in other reviews but yet slams all the small businesses with poor reviews. If that isnt a jusge of character I dont know what is. Rich and Don and the folks at TWs are the best of the best! Always 100% attentive and professional. They always give you it straight and never BS you. They are always there to help and they do it all! They did a wonderful job on my notch but not so much on my exhaust. Charged me 1200.00 to give me a custom catback and used a gti muffler. Just found out today that the pipe they used broke off because it rusted and car was only driven 6000 miles and was garages for the rest of the time over 2 years. Now I have to put out another 200.00 so I can get w piece welded. Unbelievable.

Been going to these guys since 2012, 3 cars later and I still wouldn't have it any other way. They are the only shop that I will let touch my cars. Scheduled appt., took my car in on time and waited in nice customer area watching netflix while they took care of my car wheel alignment. Very nice experience!
