The staff at South Shore Kia were informative and helpful. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the building. Jon the sales rep was super helpful in finding me the right car at the right price. Carlos and Steven also were terrific with paperwork and telling me about the new car I purchased. The whole process was a breeze!! I highly recommend this dealership. They made my experience a positive one.

Was looking for a specific car at a specific price. The dealership I went to before said they couldn't give me numbers, and the one after that said those numbers were impossible no matter what. I spoke with a receptionist over the phone at South Shore, and when I gave her the details and numbers of what I wanted, she immediately transfered me to the sales manager Angel. He agreed over the phone to do those numbers, and he was very easy to work with. He had his salesman Axel work with me, who was also very helpful and informative. Together they gave me the exact car I was looking for at the exact price. No bait and switches, no hassles. Axel even handled about 90% of the paperwork over the phone through text. I was in and out in an hour with a brand new Kia Sorento X-Line Prestige. There are three Kia dealers closer to me than South Shore, and I'd gladly drive past them again to work with South Shore in the future.

Just got my last car for the next 10+ years from South Shore Kia yesterday. It was a very long day because I went to 4 dealerships before I ended up here. I was adamant in getting my car this weekend. I should have went here first. But you live and you learn. Shout out to Jason my sales rep who worked with me, Angel his supervisor who went above and beyond and Carlos the financial guru who worked out numbers with me. And after a couple of hours. I walked away with a 2024 SORENTO Hybrid black on black. Sexy. Very happy with my investment and purchase. No buyers remorse which I ve had in the past.

Can t express how amazing the South Shore Kia family is especially: my salesperson Jay, finance managers Addy and Dan, and the GM Mike V. They exceeded all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, kindness and help they all showed during this process. My mother who is 82 yrs old. She wanted to look at Kia. She liked the Sportage. The salesperson ran numbers and game back with a sheet of monthly payments for a lease n finance. I asked where the Int Rate was n MF % for lease. He said the computer generates the cost. So I never received answer. Deflected every question. Have to see if it s feasible. My mother wanted a payment of amount she was comfortable with. The Sticker on Vechicle was $35350. We agreed on 34500with sales person. But they needed more then the 5000 she wanted to pay. So she agreed upon. 6500 to get payment to the 350. So they said $360. Ok no problem. The come and my mother gives her debit card to Finance Person. They were declined 2x because they ran 11074.50 n 9000. So they had Chase talk to my mother to approve amount. Not knowing the amount. She thought they were taking 6500 amount agreed. They took 11074.50 n additional $500 which we knew nothing about. The Manager then tells me the Amount of car. Is 32000 The said on agreement we agreed on 40200. They took total advantage of her just sticking paperwork in the envelope n putting in glove box. Not knowing what happened. My mother is in early stages of Dementia. And while I was transferring items from the car she returned to new vechicle. They had her sign. The residual is 23000. Higher residual lower the payment. The not only took advantage of her. They stole out of her account a extra $500. Which she had no idea bc the only receipt they gave was for 11074. So they stole $500. We filed a Claim with our bank bc the paperwork said down 6500. The Car we are happy with. But these employees for the particular dealership are Criminal n GM is a arrogant person. I could use other choice words. We are now going to File a Claim with AG. We are going to take them to Small Claims. And we are contacting Channel 12 News. And I m taking my mother to local police station to press charges for stealing from her account unauthorized. All transactions were made at Dealership. We tried to solve everything diplomatically but the arrogance of the GM n Finance Guy. All Phony People. Everything they said was a lie. Every Question asked was deflected. The place is run my Dorty Actors who prey on Older People. See you in Court. And yes I m sure the Local police are going to pay you a visit. And your actions on how you treated a Customer made our Actions. I would look over every thing on there agreement. Bad Business. I m sure the Owner has no idea. He or She will now.

Brought my car for its first oil change. Arrived slightly earlier than my appointment, was taken in right away. Extremely clean dealership with complimentary breakfast. They also did a recall, which took longer than I originally anticipated. So rather than waiting, they drove me to where I needed to go and called me once the car was ready. They even washed my car. They covered the steering wheel, the seat and the floor mats so that they wouldn't get it dirty while moving the car. I hope this level of service does not change!

Good people to deal with. Jay was our salesman and did everything we asked. Our finance rep, I believe Carlos, also great. He answered our questions and explained out finance options. Most importantly they provided all the information for the deal and the transaction went incredibly smooth. So much better than the 4 Toyota dealers we went to before South Shore Kia.

We had a great experience at Kia South Shore. Everyone was so friendly and polite. From simple gestures like holding the door for me and my baby as we entered the showroom. Going into a car dealership can be nerve wrecking but they made the process seamless. Our sales consultant Melo is truly a gem. So understanding of the major choice we were making and giving us the space and time to make a decision that best suits our family. Not at all pushy, just a genuine guy who understands every day people. Loved my experience and loving my new car.

I live quite far from the dealership, but I had already discussed all the prices and deals with the salesman, Axel, over the phone and email. It was a great experience dealing with him. When I arrived at the dealership, my new Kia Carnival was ready with the plates. I only had to spend about half an hour there to sign the papers and pick up my car. This was the easiest and most painless car buying experience I ve ever had. I previously had a lease with Hyundai and let me tell you.. after spending 6 HOURS in that dealership I was dreading the next time I d have to do this that was until I stopped in at South Shore KIA!Bailey was so honest and informative throughout the whole process. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, Jay Sarasty said hello. After asking him if he could help me, he went above and beyond. I am a big man and he brought over 4 cars to me in different models and with different accessory packages. It was like I was trying on cars like you would clothing. At no time was he impatient or did he place limits to what he would do. Then, after I found one that fit, he explained hybrids versus full electric.He also spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of both leasing and buying.I walked out with the perfect car and an experience I did not expect.That is the difference you find when you deal with a professional who cares about people.Thank you Jay and the whole staff at South Shore Kia!

Excellent customer service. We brought in our SUV for routine service and a leak in the front axle was discovered. The technician took care of it and thankfully it was covered under warranty. Customer service representatives on hand and did not miss a beat. The complimentary valet service was very courteous and professional
