From the bottom of my heart i want to thank New Security for taking excellent care of my car and making it look brand new. Diana, Terry and the rest of the staff made the experience very pleasant and easy . From start to finish they took care of EVERYTHING I literally just had to show up. Lou, Tracy and the rest of this team are all 5 star people. I highly recommend you use their shop. I live an hour away and I choose New Security Collision every time. As soon as they had updates on parts, time frame, pricing, etc I got a call. They run an extremely well organized and friendly business over there. I could not recommend them more!

If anyone needs an auto body shop I HIGHLY recommend New Security Collision Center. I was recently in an accident with over $12k in damage and working with them was a breeze. All the staff is so helpful and kind. The kept us updated every step of the way and dealt with the insurance to help us with the hassle. Once everything was done parts were immediately ordered and I had my car back within a week! You would never know my whole rear end was smashed in. My car looks brand new they even detailed it before pickup. I cannot recommend them enough.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Honda Pilot to get it repair from an accident. And got my car back looking like nothing ever happened to it!!! They also detailed my back. After using many other shops who cut corners just to pocket the money, i m glad i found a shop who does quality work and actually does the work that they are paid for. Im pretty critical of body work and the two cars they have fixed for me have came out perfect.They handled all aspects of the claim from the rental, to negotiating payment with the insurance company. I had minimal contact with the insurance company. They made the entire claim and repair process smooth and easy. Most importantly is the cars were repaired correctly.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Wow!! The quality of work is truly impeccable. I was rear ended and my car looks brand new! I was worried because my car is pearl white, and it looks gorgeous. The shop is truly professional. Chris, Angela, and Louie were a pleasure to work with. They explained and handled everything to the best of their abilities. This was completely stress free and I could not be happier! They gave me a very fair price compared to the extra $120 more that pep boys was trying to charge me for the same job.They saw me very quickly, incredibly friendly, they gave me some pointers on the up keep of my car but never tried to push any extra car work on me which other repair shops would.Mat was great. I never Leave reviews but this is really one of the first places you should consider when getting car work done.**** I asked a million + questions. They were patient and answered all of them.

If quality workmanship is something that is important to you New Security Collision is your only option. Quick turnaround time and super honest and clear communication is what to expect. They are insurance claim specialist who will fix your automobile the right way the first time. They also do great mechanical work in their new shop across the street for very reasonable labor rates. I have been taking my cars and trucks to NSC for years and would not trust another shop, they make sure you are treated right and leave satisfied.

They Fixed my 2017 Infinti Q60 Coupe. I was very happy with the work on this new body car after my Tires and Rims were stolen Lou the owner and his sons Matt and Carlo were superb. Lou and family treat you like Family.

They were very friendly, extremely professional, answered all my questions and had my car ready when they promised. From the tow truck driver, to receptionist and mechanic I can not say enough how great they were. It was a great experience under a stressful time. They have become my new mechanic shop!!

Absolutely the best collision repair shop I've ever used. In all my years of dealing with collision repair shops by far THE BEST. We all hate being in collisions and going through the process of becoming whole again ,but the owners and everyone involved in the process made it as easy on me as possible. Jackie , the receptionist fought with both insurance companies for me and even when neither laid the owners worked witty me on A payment plan and helped me to get a rentalwhile waiting for my car. The way I see it, they treated me like family. I got to know everyone by first name and when I drop by once in a while they remember me.I love these guys make them your collision shop of choice.

Back in March my wife was rear ended in our Landrover . The guys at new security tested and found out frame was bent and other major flaws. Totally honest guys go out of the way to do the right thingHighly recommend!!

Amazing job on my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Had to completely re do my front end and it came out great. Like the car just came from the factory! Highly recommend this place

was in an accident towed my car there 1400.00 to tow and stow for 1 week the tow was less than a mile I wouldn't let them work on my model car nothing but lying weasels, especially the bald-headed tough guy he's a punk and beard boys mommy is a lying street walker

CARLO THE OWNER SMART YOUNG GUY IS ON TOP OF HIS GAME!!!!!! I CAME BY WITH MY 2017 NISSAN ALTIMA HIT A SHOPPING CART SO WHEN I COME WITH THE VERY LOW ESTIMATE OF $500.00 WHICH I KNOW FOR A FACT IS A GREAT PRICE IM BRINGING IT RIGHT TO THESE GUYS!
