Excellent service! Albert was very nice and informative. Gave all the information on the car we wanted to buy. There were many options for the car we were looking for. Offered to help find any car that he didn't have but there were plenty of cars to choose from. Reasonable priced used cars that have good mileage and are in good condition. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car with a decent budget.

I was so excited to purchase my first vehicle outright with my tax returns. The sales guy was seriously one of the nicest, calmest, most patient people I have ever met (kinda cute too ). I was able to find exactly what I wanted with no difficulties. I am so grateful to everyone that works here. I've had my car now for almost 2 weeks and it's still running perfectly!

I was looking for a very specific vehicle, an older Ford Escape hybrid.There were not many in the entire state of New York, but for some reason Albert had three of them. We talked about one and it looked like it wasn't going to work out for me and then he got another one in that I noticed and it was perfect for me. I live 3 and 1/2 hours away from Long Isand, so everything we did was via text or phone. He was able to process all the paperwork for the loan and I took his word that the vehicle was going to be in good shape and ready to go. I drove down and saw the car, was very pleased, did all the paperwork took care of everything and drove back. There was a minor issue with the vehicle on the way back, so I contacted Albert and he worked with me to take care of it. I've had the car for a couple weeks now and it's perfect. I would highly recommend this dealership. It's kind of funny because from the outside the dealership doesn't look like much but he actually has quite a few vehicles and they're all in very good shape mostly very low mileage and all very reasonably priced. I would anticipate that I'll be going back to Great Deal Motors for my next car.

Please don't be fooled by positive reviews. Look at negative first. It's not hard to put in fake positive reviews. I read the negative first then positive. I find it funny all the positive have people with 0 followers yet the negative have legit profiles. I will sacrifice a 5 star review to get this point across

This Great Deal Motor has a lot of car selections and they are able to meet your budget amazingly! Their website is so helpful as well if you don t want to make the drive down you can see their inventory of the cars they have with the price! And even apply for finance.

Had amazing experience with the whole ordeal! They let me test drive multiple vehicles before selecting the one that was fit for me! Horrible experience. After scheduling a test drive, as I was interested in a specific car, I drove for one hour to the (not so) Great Deal Motors. When I arrived there, the car was basically stuck in between another 50 cars (I could barely check it up), and I was told that I could only do a test drive if I guaranteed a deposit to buy the car. Furthermore, I was told by the dealer that I cannot do ten test drives in a day - which doesn t reflect my reality by no means and sounds aggressive.Don t waste your time scheduling a test drive in this place - unless you buy the car before hand, and then it is not a test drive anymore, you would be driving your own car.

Went today to look at a few priuses on the lot. Handed me and my parents the keys and just let us rome around inside them. I had no idea any of the features or anything which I would have loved some guidance on. I finally chose two that I somewhat liked. I wanted to first test drive them to see which would work better for me and how they sounded. When I came back inside and said that, he immedietly pressured me into sitting down and talking numbers. I didn't even put the car in drive yet. Obviously not ecstatic about additional 1k in taxes that isn't stated (not dealer fault I get that) but then he states if we want a warranty more than 30 days we can choose from thier specific brand warranty for 1.6k, which doesn't even cover a Crack in the windshield. When I brought up that it had it, he stated it would be covered under my own insurance (I don't take protection for my own car only liablity). We talk a little where I asked if the price were negotiable a little and he thus takes off 50 bucks. Wow thanks... he finally takes the cars out for me to test drive. Instantly the cars are extremely loud and the breaks are creeky. Ik they are older 2011 and 2008 prius but I drive a 1993 camry and it doesn't make as loud of noises as these did. It sounded like something was winding. I didn't love the drive, so we go inside to break the news that we won't be taking either car unfortunately. I stated that I was worried about the breaks on both cars, only to be met with excuses that it's a wet area and that thier (never mentioned shop or person) mechanics will inspect the car before we get it. "It will probably be better once you drive it and the rust gets broken down".... im spending 12k on a car and your telling me the breaks will probably feel better??? Huh???? I just didn't trust anything he said to be true, i wasn't confident the car would be safe for me to drive and that my money wouldn't go to waste. Finally when I said I wouldn't be taking it he said "well I wish you told me that before I took them out". To which I said "well usually you test drive before you buy a car?". Whole process was confusing and not guided very well with a salesman who didn't seem too interested in making more than a quick sale.

You know all of those warnings that you get from people? Like don''t ever trust a used car salesman? Well, when you go to Great Deal Motors and speak with Albert...that's when you realize that all that you have been told have been lies!Albert is totally honest and very helpful as you make your used car selection. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable while making your decision...and he totally stands behind every statement that he makes to you.If you are shopping for a used car, go to Great Deal Motors FIRST!
