Got my vehicle repaired after an accident and was recommended this shop via my insurance. They were very prompt, responsive & repaired my vehicle as well as keeping me updated in less than 2 weeks. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new as well as clean on the inside. Thanks CarStar! I would def recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired in the area.

Place is great, I don't think they repaired my car they got me a brand new one . The repair was perfect with top tier customer care. The service lady was sweet and patience. Tom is running a great business. I appreciate you Tom!

I was recently hit at a red light and had some damage to my rear. I took my car to Carstar and they were AMAZING! They took care of everything (putting the claim in, assisting with a rental, and making sure I understood every step in the process). I picked up my car today and it looks amazing. The entire process only took two weeks which is amazing. 10/10 recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Flawless attention to detail removing dents from my Wrangler. The whole process was stress-free and the service was 1st rate. When the vehicle was returned to me it looked showroom new. Excellent service in every way. The body work repairs were completed in reasonable time and the work is beautiful. The car was hit from behind and the trunk, rear lights and bumper were replaced. It looks like a brand new car, would never know it was damaged. Tom, Myra and the staff were so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!!Service: Body & Trim

I am just picking up my car from Carstar. I have to say I am completely impressed by the service of this auto body shop. From the beginning to the end of the process, everyone was extremely kind, professional. All of my questions, concerns and inquiries were address promptly. Myra is an absolute gem and is so sweet. AutoSpace Collision did a great job on my car. Always kept me informed on all updates and status, from drop off to pick-up. Truly outstanding job cleaning the car when it was all done. Customer service was really pleasant and informative, Mayra was exceptional, really helped make this unpleasant experience truly bearable. This place is amazing. Definitely a gem. Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed.

They run away with insurance claims, replace anything they get their hands on. they don t give estimates prior to repairs. I had to call weekly to get updates, they would never call me, only to be told another week to complete. Month long repair for a new bumper and toe hitch.

I brought my car to Carstar for the first time to have my bumper repaired. Just some Nick's and scratches. I also told them about a tight time frame that I had to have the repairs done because I use my truck for business. They did an excellent job and had my car ready right on time. They even went above and beyond to clean my trailer hitch so my entire bumper area looks brand new! Excellent business that I will certainly use again if I have the need!The staff is also very friendly and Tom is awesome!

This place is awesome. They really care about you and provide the best service I ever experienced. Mira and Tom are the most down to earth people. They make you feel part of their family. There was this one time I needed my car done within a few days and they came in on a Saturday to make sure it was complete. This is the only collision spot that I go to and recommend. If you want a 10 Star service stop by autospace collision for your auto body work.

I first went to CarStar in Copiague for a Carvana repair. Tom and Myra were friendly, professional and transparent about the process. I got repair updates via text message and got my car back within a couple of days. When I got into a minor accident a year later, I was happy to see that CarStar was one of the preferred repair shops for the insurance company that processed my claim. They worked with Carvana and the insurance company for a seamless process.They do great work and returned my car washed and vacuumed! I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed to have tinting removed from my car window. Tom made all the arrangements with the insurance company and called me with the ok within 48 hours as promised. Everyone at Carstar are super helpful and so nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely bring my business back here in the future.

Having been to many body shops in my life, I can honestly say I love this place.The work is impeccable, and professionalism is at its best.Tom is an incredible owner. He is so pleasant to work with, is kind and will give you honest prices.I would never go anywhere else again.Highly recommend CARSTAR Autospace!!!!!!

I have been coming here for years and this shop has reasonable pricing and does outstanding work. I also use their other shop down the road for any car troubles, oil changes or inspection. When I call, the friendly young lady that picks up the phone is always able to squeeze me in for an appointment. This team does great body work and I highly recommend!

I can't begin to say how pleased I am with CARSTAR. My car was hit while parked 2 months ago and team was incredibly patient when dealing with the ridiculously slow insurance company. I want to highlight Mayra, Kevin, and Tom who were extremely helpful in keeping me updated and always following up with me. I went to pick up my car yesterday and pain and auto repair done had it looking good as new. I highly recommend CARSTAR for anyone needing good and honest car repair. I love Autospace Collision, I have a 2009 Slk Benz and I got into a terrible accident messed up the whole back bumper, back axle and the rims I thought my car would be a total lost. They fixed my car within 2 weeks and made it look brand new off the lot. They have a body shop and mechanic shop right down the block everyone is very nice and helpful. If you need your car fixed I would highly recommend them any day. I referred my sister as well to them and she also had a great experience with their company. Great service they get 5 stars from me any day.

If quality workmanship is something that is important to you AutoSpace Collision is your only option. Quick turnaround time and super honest and clear communication is what to expect. They are insurance claim specialist who will fix your automobile the right way the first time. They also do great mechanical work in their repair shop across the street for very reasonable labor rates. I have been taking my cars and trucks to AutoSpace Collision for years and would not trust another shop, they make sure you are treated right and leave satisfied.

Let me start off by saying that, I purchased my vehicle from Carvana, and the damage listed was way worse than what it was perceived to be.. Carwise worked directly with Carvana s claims center and made the process flawless. Carvana paid for what they offered to fix but Carwise went above and beyond and repainted parts that weren t on the repair list and I could not be more happy with the end results! The repair was extensive and took just about 15 days give or take a few, but you cant argue the results. 10/10 would recommend. I was always kept up to date via text.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After experiencing an awful car accident, my friend recommended that I take my car to Autospace Collision. It was, by far, the best decision I've ever made. Jennifer was extremely caring and understanding. She walked me through the process and had me walk-in, in no time. Tom and his staff did an amazing job on my car. I will be forever grateful! Our 2010 Volkswagen Beetle got damaged by a hit and run driver and the front bumper and headlight were damaged. I brought the car to Autospace and Tom and the staff couldn t be any more professional in handling the repair. Even though the car is 10 years old, the paint match was spot on and the repair is undetectable. They even detailed the rest of the car so it looked as good as new. The job was done on time and it couldn t have been any easier to deal with. Thanks again for a great experience. I will recommend all of my friends to Autospace for their collision needs.

Thanks to Carstar, my new car looks brand new again! I got a medium sized dent that went down to the metal on both passenger quarter panels. My car is a new color; a metallic yellow. I feared them not being able to match it but they matched it SPOT ON! Thank you Carstar for the patience with my vehicle and making it look like I just drove it off the dealership lot. I highly recommend!
