I like how they work, they make sure which part is what is causing the problem in your car to be able to fix it, they are organized, clean, they do not do a job without checking what is wrong with the car, they take their time with each car and do a Extraordinary excellent work in the inspections, they are so strict with what the car needs and I like that because they ensure the safety of each person when checking a car to deliver it in good condition to put it rolling on the streets. Only went once but didn't like the experience. Went in for an inspection but left with car trouble, and no inspection sticker. Instead left with a check engine light on. When I asked what happened, or why it was on, they said they could tell me why the check engine light is on by scanning their machine, but it'll be $200. Left and went to Pep Boys, who did it for free.

I needed a tow as well as alternator replacement. I spoke directly to an employee and was given a reasonable estimate on a simple fix. I was later on given a bill asking for over twice the amount I was originally told I d be paying and when I asked why my bill was so high, the employee became aggressive, accused me of lying, and started telling me to either pay or leave. I never had someone treat me so disrespectfully the way they did. There were no new issues found to the car, so the charges were simply inflated. This also became clear when I was able to knock down the cost slightly, but still was expected to pay well over the original pricing. I don t appreciate the price gouging, deception, and outright disrespect I experienced at this shop and I will not be going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I usually do not write reviews. 6 years ago I started going to auto space. I had difficulty with my drivers seat in a tot yoga Yaris 2007 car. Toyota quoted me at $1,200 to fix it. Auto space fixed it for less than half the cost. Been going here ever since. I was always concerned that an auto shop would over charge. I don t ave that problem at auto space. The price has always been good and the work has always been good.

They are a bunch of thieves. I asked for an estimate of a job and they fixed it without even asking if I wanted the job done or not. The job was done in 45 minutes and changed me for two hours work plus a bunch of other things. If you want to over pay for the job go to this place. They specialize in taking peoples money. Their lost because I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there.

I ve been a long-time customer at Autospace. I purchased a car from them six years ago, since then both my wife and sister have purchased cars from them. We get the majority of our maintenance/repairs done there. Between the three of us we ve had a great experience with them all around. They re straight to the point, fairly fast, and most importantly for us cheaper than the other shops in the area.

This place is awesome. Best automechanics on the south shore of LI. My family and I have been coming here for years!My car was damaged very badly in a hit and run in the city a few months back- not only did Autospace send their 24 hour tow service on a Sunday to pick it up, but also helped to secure an adequate rental immediately for the several weeks I needed it- and fully restored my car back to its original condition beautifully!They are a family owned business and pride themselves on service. Autospace will take care of you every single time and will handle it all! From small oil changes to major repairs and beyond! Highly, highly recommended!

Great Shop. I bring my delivery trucks here for repairs. The repairs range anywhere from oil changes to engine repair. Friendly, professional staff. worst place ever! they put a engine in my car, the check engine light came on a day after i picked it up, so they claimed they fixed it. A week later, the check engine light came back on.These people do not know what they are doing. They pick a different engine in without replacing the oil. When i checked my dipstick the oil was extreme low and dirty. I would not recommend. Not to mention how bad the customer service is, one of the people who work here cursed me out for a problem they clearly never fixed. Looks like my lawyer will be handling my problem with these people

They are absolutely amazing and efficient. They communicate very well. They are the only people I trust to lay a hand on my car. I'm a female and they treat me just as they would everyone else and I find their prices to be very fair.

Overcharge my mom by a lot of money? Fine, whatever.Say a price over the phone and then when my mom goes to the store with that money, say you never said that price? Okay, cool.But scream and act so aggressive to my mom and girlfriend, calling them liars or deaf because of a mistake your company made. Extremely unnecessary and rude.We were customers and sure, we expected a price other that what was given, but there are ways to talk and treat people with respect and the owner of this shop did not show that at all. There are ways to have civil conversations and talk about the problem instead of raising your voice and calling your customers names. The way the owner acted was frightening to my mom and girlfriend and just another example of men acting aggressive towards women to hold power over them.Services: Electrical, Battery

Shady and untrustworthy!Bought a car from them and 2 days later found that it had a cracked valve cover. They tried to screw me out of the warranty. After arguing they agreed to "fix" the problem by putting epoxy on the crack instead of replacing the cracked valve cover. This of course fixed it for maybe 3 days. I decided to have a real BMW mechanic look at it that's when they found the crappy repair from auto space in the end I paid a real mechanic to fix the problem the right way.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! The sales people are completley shady and will say anything to try and sell you a car...the experience I had here was terrible. The sales woman Balinda I was dealing with was incredibly pushy and even after I left the dealership called me continuously for days...They ran my credit 5 TIMES on 3 seperate days even when I never once said I wanted the car...When I called to ask about why they ran my credit so many times without me being present or agreeing to it I was asked "Do you want to buy the car?" I answered NO and his response was "Then we have no need to speak further, thank you." and hung up the phone on me.The customer service is horrible, the atmosphere is horrible, and the people are horrible...I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

i HAVE BEEN USING THIS FANTASTIC SHOP FOR 14 YEARS. THEY TREAT ME LIKE FAMILY EVERY TIME I GO. RADEK IS THE BEST MERCEDES AND BMW MECHANIC THAT I HAVE EVER KNOWN. HE GIVES ME THE BEST AND LOWEST RATES AROUND. THERE IS NO BETTER IN MY EYES

Smhhh I went to purchase a car the day I arrived to pick up the car the finical representative was not there until after 3pm and would not pick up his phone and neither was the car (I'm guessing they sold it). I just popped up and went there and everyone had the dumb look on their faces like they'd just finish doing some shady business. They try and get Yu to buy a car you don't want multiple times. You don't get to test drive the car your self like who wants to ride passenger. On top of that the service was horrible

Very shady. When they were caught lying right to our faces they told us to leave. That was probably the best advice I ever took. I would never go back, I m telling all my family and friends about this place and to whoever does go here, may god be with you.

I have been going to Autospace for 20 years since then open up the business. They re very professional and always take care of my car the right way , they are very experienced with fixing cars . Always give them five- stars

Had terrible experience today . My uncle had a accident . The police called Autospace to tow the vehicle from the road and whisked my uncle away in a ambulence. They towed the vehicle to autospace in Copaigue, NY shop which was 3 miles away.They charged my uncle$125.00 towing$45.00 labor$35.00 clean up$25.00 yard fee$35.00 storage$265.00 all total taxes were $22.86 total $287.86 These charges are insane they are taking advantage of the elderly. Triple A came and towed to vehicle back to my uncles house and there was no fee. I will be calling the better business bureau. They are thieves.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUTOSPACE CORP!!! They have an absurd policy, which is to NOT allow you to test drive their vehicles until you agree to the purchase terms. They give no rational explanation for such an irrational policy. Their customer service is extremely poor. One sales person all but called me a liar. They do not respect their customers. They will try to charge your for "reconditioning" and "inspection fees" - which are unnecessary when purchasing vehicles. Or they will attempt to sell you a "lifetime warranty" for over $1K.

Do not buy a car from this place without getting your own CarFax report. I called them on a car and they told me "it was stollen in 2010". After getting my own CarFax report I found out the car was totaled in 2010 and completely rebuild. Shady practices and withholding information, think twice before buying a car here.

Fixed king pins on my box truck. Very difficult job heavy rust. Nice job and very fair price. Always take my truck there.

Jess is my wife, I'm Jordan, the service guys are awesome and extremely helpful, Jack the manager is a super nice guy and I'll certainly be coming back here to get my car fixed even after the warranty is up.

After an unfortunate misunderstanding, they were able to go over exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue I was having while explaining exactly why it happened. I was grateful for that. Bought a BMW of theirs through an auction. The car had extensive damage they intentionally concealed so the car would sell at a higher price. They are now banned from the action company. Avoid!
