I m always impressed and pleased with the quality of service I receive from Alex and Melissa at StateFarm! They truly treat every person who walks through their door like family, answering questions promptly, checking in, and their level of transparency is second to none. As a first-time homeowner, they gave my partner and myself the confidence to make the best decisions for our budget, and we felt supported every step of the way. I simply could not recommend their services enough.

I worked with Alex for new homeowner's insurance. He was very responsive and quick to give an accurate quote and necessary documents almost instantaneous after payment was made. He answered all of my questions. Was friendly and professional, highly recommend!

I have been with State Farm for my car and homeowners insurance for the past 4 years, but recently purchased a new home and needed additional coverage. Buying a new home is stressful, but Alex at State Farm in Cooperstown NY made this part of the process so easy and seamless. Alex made quick work of some changes the bank requested and completed everything needed by our lawyer same day. He was very thorough in explaining all of the details of our coverage and really cared a great deal to make sure I felt comfortable with the process along the way. Highly recommend asking to speak with Alex for your future insurance needs!

I've been a State Farm client for many years but this is the first time I've had personal contact with the insurance office after moving back to Cooperstown. It's been such a pleasure to work with Alex Bosc and Melissa directly. They've been nothing but responsive and very helpful, especially as I've been arranging a new homeowner's policy on the property I'm about to buy, and also with regard to an incident last Fall when a deer welcomed me back to the area by running into the bumper of my car. I highly recommend State Farm, and this office in particular.

Alex Bosc conducted a very professional, friendly, informative and thorough review of my auto policy.We also spoke about the concerns folks have about inadequate homeowners insurance. It occurred to me that our policy should be updated...I will be looking into refreshing it.As always, I am completely satisfied with State Farm reps as well as the claims department. I will continue to recommend State Farm in Cooperstown for all insurance needs.

After shopping around, Melissa's rates at State Farm could not be beat! We have homeowners, automobile, and boat insurance through State Farm. Rates are always reasonable. Melissa and her team are personable and helpful when you have questions. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer with Melissa Manikas' State Farm Agency for what feels like decades now. She and her team are incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and customer-focused, making any interaction with them painless and simple. Melissa is an outstanding employer, and has arguably the best staff in the business. Recently I had the joy of speaking with Emily, and she was incredibly understanding, resourceful, and helpful when I needed some alterations to a policy. No nonsense, no issues, just solutions and results. I can't say enough good things about this office, and I hope to be a customer with them for as long as I'm able to! Second-to-none as far as I'm concerned, and I'm sure you'll agree.

This agency is a perfect example of having well organized, persistent and caring insurance agents. Every single time I have had a question or concern, Melissa and Alexander have responded immediately with a solution. They take the time to review policies and explain them in terms that are easy for the general public to understand which eases the stress of having to do extensive research. I do not write many reviews but this office definitely deserves ones. Thank you for all your hard work guys!

The Manikas Ins agency gives exceptional and personal care to their clients. You will be in good hands with their team. They make sure you are getting the coverage you need with an eye to saving their clients money. Upon their recommendation we consolidated multiple policies into one umbrella policy giving our family better rates and coverage at the same time. They also guided me thru a tough automotive accident. Melissa, Alec, Emily are a welcoming and professional team.

We moved from California to New York, and Melissa made the entire insurance part of our move completely painless - one call and an email or two, and everything was done. She went over all our coverage with us and evaluated everything to make sure our coverage is ideal and advised us to keep one part of our coverage as-is, even though changing it would have made her and the company more money. My wife met with her face-to-face today, and she's got great energy and really knows her stuff. We were lucky to find such a great agent!

Melissa Manikas has been servicing our family's insurance needs for many years now and my father in law always spoke very highly of her and her agency. We took over his house four years ago and I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with her agency as well. Every concern or question that may arise is always satisfied us in professional and timely manner.As busy as agencies are today, I have spoken with her staff as well and was extremely satisfied with their assistance.So why go shopping at another insurance agency....just call Melissa Manikas...that is why she will continue to be my agent.Jim Raneri
