From the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the moment I picked it up, the entire team at Congers Collision exceeded my expectations. The level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service was top-notch. The repairs were flawless and my car looks brand new again! The communication throughout the process was seamless and I always knew what to expect. I can't thank Congers Collision enough for taking such great care of me and my vehicle. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled body shop. 5 stars service.

Husband hit a deer doing 60 with his alumiduty. Front end was smashed and scratches everywhere. Congers made it all look like it never happened. Truck came back absolutely perfect. Friendly staff and a nice waiting area with a coffee machine.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting all tech auto for repairs on my Honda Pilot, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Karo, the manager, is an absolute delight sweet, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made scheduling a breeze and ensured everything ran smoothly.As for Gio, the mechanic, he's a true genius at his craft. His expertise and thoroughness when it comes to repairs are second to none. He explained the issues with my vehicle in detail and executed the repairs flawlessly. My Honda Pilot is now running better than ever, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by gio. Highly recommend.

My car got scratches and I wanted to get a quick fix. I came in and the gentleman with the beard and glasses helped out. When I told him I needed to have it done quick due to work, he promised to get it done in a day.To my absolute surprise, he called me the same day evening. When I came to pick up the car, he reviewed the job with me. They had also given my car a mini detail cleanup.I highly recommend the establishment.

First took my daughter's car there. Mysterious engine light popping up. They diagnosed correctly, but told us it would be covered by Mazda. That saved us some money. Just took my car in for spark plug change. Service was efficient in all ways. Glad to have a shop I can rely on.

Congers collision s customer service is horrible. First they tried to charge us storage fees while we were waiting for them to quote us for a service. Because we had the car there for a while, in the process of trying to figure out what to do, the storage Fees were approximately $1500. ( it would be been nice for them to disclose that they were charging us $55 daily for a storage fee but we ll assume the blame for that). They discussed keeping the car to pay off the cost. We decided to pay off the storage fee bill and not give them the car because this car was my first car I won on wheel of fortune about 7 years ago and I would rather donate it to a cause or someone in need. In the process, we didn t know that they already removed the plates. When they finally towed the car back (which was also such an ordeal to coordinate), they towed it back without the plates unbeknownst to us. We called them to bring the plates because we never authorized them to remove it. They said they took it off because we were going to hand it over to them. We NEVER agreed to them and actually told them to wait first and let it be discussed. We told them to expedite sending the plates because we were paying insurance on the car and having no plates in our compound will get the car towed. They never apologized for removing the plates without our permission and also became very nasty and rude. We told them we would not be able to pick up the plates and that it was their fault it wasn t on the car. After calling them constantly, they finally mailed the plates over two weeks later. I had to tell the cops not to tow the car. This is such horrible customer service and they shouldn t have removed the plates and if they realized that they didn t return the plates upon returning the car, why not just send it back expeditiously, but they were rude.

I was having an issue with my Dodge Ram where it wouldn t start unless it was jumped and even then it wouldn t stay running. I used my AAA membership and Congers Collision employee Jeremy came to my home a few times throughout the week to jump start my truck while I attempted to figure out the issue. When I could not find a solution myself but did not want to get my lifted truck towed, he was nice enough to give me a jump start and then follow me to my usual nearby mechanic a couple minutes away incase the truck died while on the road, and then he even offered to give me a ride back home all on a rainy and cold Sunday morning. 5 stars

Super fast friendly AAA told me my towing technician would come to me in a 1 hour and 35 minutes. Josh came within 25 minutes. Totally recommend.

My Tesla was side swiped in a hit & run I was sent to these guys an it couldn t have went better. Not only did they make the car perfect again the price was amazing they even got my windows tinted while car was being fixed. The entire front of my car was messed up after an accident. Congers Collision made it look better than new and it drives great. The inside was also cleaner than it s been in a long time. Excellent communication throughout the entire process.

After I hit a huge pot hole and damage my suspension and wheels, I was stranded right outside PA!! I was told by someone to contact and use Congers Collision for towing and repairs. I gave James a call and he took the job in seconds. He drove all the way down from Rockland county to Trenton NJ to pick me up and safely towed my baby back to his shop and then brought me home. Since I had Allstate and he is an Allstate insurance shop, he reassured me he will be taking care of the whole write up from start to end. Now, I was worried that any shop will be able to take care of my BMW since it is with a signature color Sepang Bronze Metallic. I hoping he will be able to fix my car without any issues and he sure did. He was able to locate the extremely hard parts in a timely fashion and did some touch ups to the paint of my car. One of main concerns was matching my paint but they reassured me that they will have no issues matching the unique paint on my car with the state of the art machines they have. The paint came out flawlessly. I was so happy for James and the team. Since then I got two cars fix by James. You will not go wrong going to Congers Collision

My parents were in a bad accident and Congers Collision was AMAZING throughout the entire process. From helping the fire dept with the flipped car to the next day when I needed to go back to get some of their belongings. The second I stepped foot in the office every single employee asked how my parents were. I don t wish anyone to find themselves in this position, but if you do, know that Congers Collision is the best of the best. Thank you for everything.

Congers Collision is by far the best around. From picking up my vehicle from my accident to returning it to me better than new. Tow driver was very helpful in towing my truck and trailer I was pulling. I would say they can tow anything. My car broke down and Congers Collision was the tow company that AAA sent. They did an amazing job towing my car. Christian D. was kind and professional. He took care of me and made me feel at ease. He took excellent care of my car and got it to my mechanic safely. Thank you Congers Collision. You guys are the best!

I could be totally wrong about the company. In the past when AAA has shown up I sense that they really wanted to help me. This time the guy did not seem very interested in helping. He may have been correct that with ladders it was a commercial vehicle and AAA did not cover it. What I was hoping for was possibly helping jack the car up to try to get off the spare or some type of help. Again, I may be totally wrong on this company. I called another tow company and they seemed very interested in helping and had a very reasonable price. the other 10 times I have used triple A over the years they seemed like they wanted to help. They are also very expensive for tows.

I brought my car in to have the side mirror replaced, and asked for a tune up. I ended up needing several other things fixed. The gentleman helping me took the time to explain everything they were doing and gave me the cost up front. They did the job fast and efficiently. I felt they were very honest and I did trust their suggestions. My car is running great and as long as I don't knock off the other mirror I shouldn't need their services for a while. (Also, men won't care, but I felt the reception area was very clean, and everyone I came in contact with was uniformed and presentable. I figure if the owner and employees take pride of their establishment, they definitely will take pride in their work.)
