I have had red carpet service twice. First time was great. Second time was just OK. They missed few very simple visible areas near front seats to clean.

Cursed at Young guy working told me get the F outa here Sorry to say that I will share this ridiculous experience with all my friends and family.I was going here regularly since May 2023 and I even have the car wash subscription,Each time I drive through I smile and wave at the guys that I have gotten to know (I thought) who prep the car before you drive through the washand then I smile and say goodbye as I tip them. At least three times a week. Your normal car wash experience I think, right?This past Friday, October 4, 2023 I raced over there just about 5 o clock (probably a min or two earlier) They always closed over the summer at 5:30 but maybe they ve now changed it to 5 they had just put the cone down showing that they were closed, there were still cars in the lane at least one being prepped to go through and one being dried on the other sideOk so I had an event to go to that evening and something from a tree got all over my car (not their fault obviously) and I was really hoping to get it washed agin quickly before I went to the event (yes there are worse things) I had been there the day before, and I even paid extra to have the car detailed inside and out, so I was disappointed to see the car got dirty before the event.So when I got there I was waving at the guys smiling because I figured they knew me / recognized meI drove up to where they were. I roll down the window and yell to them if they can fit in one more . they were waving me off.. I wanted to talk direct to them to explain the situation and why I was driving up to ask this I figured it would help, yes .. but also I owe them an explanation as to why I m prolonging their day . obviously they could ve still said no and I would have to be OK with thatbut instead one of the guys started yelling at me to get here earlier. I yell to him dude it s me. I come here every day I was just gonna ask if you could do one more as a favor only because you guys are all still here and there is still another car getting ready to go through he yells to get the F out of here and then scurried away into the little room off to the side I was sitting there like you got to be kidding me Then the owner comes out before I can even turn around to leave. (or I assume he s the owner and I m sorry if the owner reads this and it wasn t you) small skinny looking older dude with gray hair.And now he s belligerent with me and says you wouldn t go to a Restaurant and ask for food when they re closed, would you So, not exactly the same thing lolbut I said hey I m not trying to blow the kid up. or cause any problems it s not my style I was driving up because I felt comfortable enough with them, I see them every day I was going to ask them the favor of letting me drive through because of the event and they re here and blah blah blah. I said I only felt comfortable because I know these guys I see them all the time I have a subscription.And now . he cursed at me !!!He says oh you have a subscription He goes back into his office comes back with a receipt and says now you don t I canceled your subscription for you.Sooo safe to say, I will be using other car washes that are in Rockland and that goes for me my family, my extended family, even my neighbors who I shared this story with and who would go here for oil changes on occasion. Anytime I share the story with people. We all laugh in disbelief. It s that silly and ridiculous. keep in mind. We are laughing at you.Now if that person wasn t the owner I m happy to work together to fix thisbut if you are well, you should screen your workers more carefully, and you should show a little bit more professionalism. I ll admit, I asked for a slight above and beyond (very slight)It s a two minute drive through car wash not a transmission job that I asked for. Take a deep breath.and try to get a grip.Service: Auto detailing

After the full service drive thru wash and post wash interior wipe down and vaccuum, their guys wiped clean the muddy gutters around my trunk. That's two thumbs up and 5 stars in my book. But, the other day, I only went for an exterior wash, and after, my car still had bird poop stains. I don't get that. I guess the machines aren't powerful enough.

Numb nuts at the front desk told me they don t clean oil on seats after I got my car back. $150 for a detail and all they did was run it through the car wash and use armor all on the dash and put those stinky air fresheners in the car. Never again.

They do awesome and quick oil changes! I called prior to showing up and was told 10 minutes. I showed up and it was done in just that time. This is a great service and you get a free car wash. the man who works he desk is very professional and polite. You can't lose!

Wonderful place. I received an oil change here. With the oil change you receive a free car wash ! This is a great place to get a quick professional oil change and car wash. I even left my phone there and he saved for me until I came back.Such a great crew! I m glad I was referred here since I moved

They did a great job and take good care of my car. I live in valley cottage , my husband owns Larry's auto down the street in valley cottage and we also live there so the convenience of having great service nearby is great . I highly recommend them and so does alot of my husband's customers .

I recently went here to have my car detail. I had my car detailed here about 4 or 5 times. Every time they detailed my car something is always missing from my car. A few times it was all my coins that was in my car. One time I had several energy drinks that was in my trunk stolen from me. On my last visit which was last week, after having my car detailed I noticed my handicap permit for my disabled son was missing. I immediately called and the manager told me it was in the trunk of my vehicle. I told him I searched the whole vehicle and it wasn't there. After going back and forth with him for a few minutes he says, " Hey I found it, it was under the lawn mower. " Don't have your car detailed by this place the prices are good and the actual job they did was good. However the employees are thieves. There are plenty of places in Rockland County that offer details. Shame on me for continually returning here after having my property stolen several times.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I had my oil changed there for my 2009 Cadillac CTS with 28,000 miles. When I got home I noticed a smell of like oil burning. I opened the hood and checked the oil. No oil was on the dip stick. I checked again nothing. I called the owner/manager he sent a guy to my house to check it out. Turns out the seal on the oil filter was bad he says. He fills it back with oil and brings my car back. The next day my check engine light comes on. I call the manager/owner reluctantly he said stop by he would look at it. He turns the light off in the car. Couple days later the light back on. He took my car to his mechanic that said the timing chain needed to be changed. The car had 28,000 original miles on it. He offered to do nothing for me it cost me thousands to fix his mess up. This place is a honest person s nightmare. Do your self a favor and drive by don t use them you could be very sorry like I was. Sad the owner knows exactly what happened and did nothing.

I brought my 4 year old filthy dirty car that had garlic and oil stains and spilled coffee stains on the front seat. They cleaned the entire car and it looks brand new. I am so grateful to Mike and his crew. I will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!!!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

For one they re cheaper than the one in Spring Valley for $47 and this one s only 24 to get the inside and outside of the car cleaned and the vacuum or spring were the other two forget it you re the one I stop that doesn t even vacuum

Horrible! Paid $15 dollar for what I was told was a full service car wash only to find out that the interior wasn t included. Had to pay another $9 for them to simply vacuum the interior and throw some tire shine on. All the while I dried the back of the car by myself. As I was drying the back of the car they asked me to move it because there was another customer waiting! They spent less than 5 minutes on my $9 interior clean.What a waste.DON Zt THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!!!! ABOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Called today for an appointment. Asked for an interior detail due to coffee splash and the man on the phone told me I could remove it myself with a wet towel. He kept giving me other excuses not to give me an appointment so when I said ok forget it he sounded relieved. Will never call there again. Believe me I will spread the word as well.

Oil change in 10 minutes, you cannot beat their service. Highly recommend. Also get a free car wash out of it too.

The service may be ok.... But The manager Mike only hires undocumented immigrants to work for him.. he refuses to hire Americans that needs jobs I'm a veteran and he refuse to hire me .. that sux... don't get your vehicle serviced there... ICE will be there soon, to shut them down....
