Emily and Tim are one hell of a team! The are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are not your usual representation of a mechanic. They seem trustworthy and fair and get the job done. I had a very loud noise coming from my car and they managed to fix it with out doing much at no cost to me just the gas it took me to get there. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys.

Twice now Emily and Tim have come out to me to help with automotive issues. They are fast, reliable, and chill. Who Would would have thought that If you have honest communication, transparent pricing, and a good attitude the customer will return? Great work!

I was one of Emily's 1st customers .She came to my home and got my car up and inspected in less time then anywhere else .Tim and Emily did what a dealership would have charged over 1000$ for less then 180$.They work together but Emily is the rockstar.She came up with a solution and quickly put it into action ! I wouldn't have the quality of life if not for them .I cannot only call her my mechanic but friend .

Emily is the best mechanic in the capital region! Her prices are extremely fair and reasonable. She is my go-to for any auto repair now. She is knowledgeable and passionate about the work she does. Emily knows her stuff! She is a very hardworking and determined mechanic. Extremely polite and gives you most honest recommendations on your car. We were stranded on vacation over 400 miles from home on a Sunday morning Few garages were open, and those who answered the phone offered no help, or told us that we would need to drop the car off for at least one evening. Anxious and concerned we found Garage Ninjas phone number on Google. Emily was calming, kind, and offered anything/everything we could need to help us get back on the road. With her support we were able to resolve the issue without needing to visit. She saved us a ton, was super accommodating and by 10am we got on the road with piece of mind! It s rare to find a mechanic so patient, honest, helpful and accommodating. We would certainly recommend them to anyone in the Capitol Region.Service: Battery

This woman right here is the truth!!! So thorough and saved me a lot of money. I was so worried because I had taken my car to the dealership and forgot the price they quoted me, obviously whatever the dealer quoted me was way out my league. Emily is the best hands down and really did help me and replaced my entire exhaust system. I will be recommending anyone I can to go to her and I will be going back for my general maintenance on my car. She is extremely professional with a great vibe and just doesn t make up things and tell you this is wrong with the car, etc. She does an entire run down on the car and sends you a list of things that are wrong with the car and her diagnostic fee is so cheap! She truly has been a blessing to me and now she is my personal mechanic!!! Thank you again, Garage Ninjas!!! Emailed asking specifically if I could bring the car over because I thought I had a leaky tire. The response I received ("If you have any questions or any concerns we'd be more than happy to answer anything. We apologize for any inconvenience.") made no sense and didn't answer my question. I replied asking the same question and got no reply. The address listed (26 Cataract St, Cohoes, NY) was only a couple of minutes away so I decided to just head over. It was a residential neighborhood... no auto repair/garage in sight.

Called over around 10a spoke with Emily who said she could make it out to my house to diagnose our Prius around 6-7p. After no call I called her back at 7pand she said give me a few and I will call you back I'm completing a brake job. No call back. Now I have to find someone on a Saturday to diagnose the vehicle, had she had the courtesy to call back in the afternoon and say she wasn't going to be able to make it out I could have brought it elsewhere.

Very honest and transparent cost and service. Emily is great with taking care of the customer, very upfront on costs and time. Came in late for brake replacement, they stayed late to finish the work. I needed brakes done pronto for an out of state trip so I searched my area and The Garage Ninjas came up. I called and was blown away by the wonderful customer service. THEN, Emily told me to bring the vehicle over on the 4th of July! Everything was perfect. The service, the knowledge I will be back! Five stars for the fam!

Didn't have the equipment to see the problem. Said they knew what the issue was anyways. Made appointment, didn't have equipment to do the job. Took to another garage and their diagnosis was different. This place does not have the tools, resources, garage and makes appointments it does not keep while incorrectly diagnosing the issue.

Wish I could give more stars. These two took my car in after their normal hours because of how bad my brakes were/my schedule being difficult. They fixed my back brakes in LESS THAN 45 minutes, thoroughly explained everything to me and told me to come back to check the status of my brakes in a month or so at no cost. Can t recommend them enough.

Bro, called on a wim not knowing what to do. Ended up finding these fine not only folk but fellow Cohoes neighbor! New the source of the problem just from a phone call and even though the miss I who I never met while dealing with personal issues made time for me and still hooked me up.
