These guys are awesome! We were coming through town when our car broke down and every place we called wouldn't help us for a week (including the local Ford dealership) but these guys didn't hesitate when they heard we lived 1500+ miles away. They put their whole team on our issue and had us back on the road in no time. The owner, Bill was fabulous. He & his staff are very knowledgeable & courteous. My car was fixed & ready when promised. His prices are very reasonable & cheaper than another estimate I received. I'll definitely refer CDT Automotive in Cohoes to family & friends. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever received from a car garage.

I took my vehicle repairs to CDT and they did a super job replacing the suspension parts i wanted changed out for preventive maintenance, i brought my own parts in and they were good with that, the front end feels solid now, the price is very , very reasonable, i lean heavy on supporting the small businesses in towns we need these establishments to stay up and running . I will do more business with cdt in future. Big thank you to bill and his crew at cdt.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have no idea how he gets good ratings! I made an appointment was told to come at 8am when I got there I was given an attitude and told they don t start work till 8:30 that s fine but the owner then proceeded to completely ignore me as if I wasn t there until I finally just walked out.

Honest and reliable repair shop! They don't try selling you add-ons. They are straightforward and tell you what the issue is with the vehicle, what it will take to fix it and there's no fine print. I would absolutely recommend this business.

Do not bring any vehicle to this mechanic if you expect anything to be fixed if you have a problem. They told me 2 things were wrong, then proceeded to fix something completely different, sent me on my way and left the 2 first issues completely untouched. Absolutely fraudulent business practices and should be revoked of any and all licenses they holdServices: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

My acura tl broke down they helped!Honestly great people in there that give you a helping hand. They really know how to offer excellent customer service. Thank you again will be coming back if need be for future repairs.

The gentlemen at CDTA are very good at their jobs. This repair shop is small and has a small town comfortability factor. I have had my Infiniti g35 serviced here for the past two years and in the course of that time they have saved me probably 6-700 dollars from going to the dealership for repairs. When I had my bearings done and had to come back just outside of warranty to get it fixed due to the part failing they worked their magic and able to get the part replaced from the manufacturer and all I had to pay was labor.There aren t a lot of honest people as of late and these guys as mechanics are worth their salt.They also keep the bad parts upon request Incase you want to see what they pulled off of your car ( I highly recommend downloading nh this at any shop).Fair warning It s not as clean as a dealership but if you re not there for frills at a labor rate of an extra $40 per hour then you ll be fine.

This place is absolutely wonderful!!!! Everyone is so nice and they explain everything to you!!!! They are very honest and will do whatever they can to make sure that you aren't overcharged!!!!!! I really can't say enough good things about this place!!!!!
