Fast, effective, personable and professional. I've used Berdar's a few times, both for motorcycles and an old Jeep. They've never been anything but helpful and responsive!Prices have always been fair and reasonable. Berdar's will surely be my first call should I need a tow in the future.

I had a great experience with Berdar's! Dan got me in right away. He was friendly, helpful, and the pricing was very fair. I called another towing company in Cohoes first and they couldn't help me until tomorrow. Dan charged me half the price they wanted to charge and got me in right away. I'll definitely be going back to Berdar's next time I need a tow.Service: Car towing

These guys are life savers. 5 stars all day! My car was extremely hard to get to with a broken ball joint in the middle of a parking lot, 30'x40' and full to capacity. Thanks Dan for your much needed help and advice. I counted half a dozen patrons passing along accolades to how hard he worked to get my car towed out of their parking lot.

Berdar's wasn't able to tow my car because of a very specific situation, but they still took the time and research to figure out who had the specialized equipment I needed. Knew they wouldn't make a buck off of that, but still put in the effort to help someone in need. In the future I'll be calling Berdar's first!

They took my car out in the snow storm after they had towed it. And crashed it. Ad I was driving home thought I had a flat tire. Tire wasn't flat. So I go to the parts store and purchase wheel bearings. 80 dollars. I went install the this morning. I have a rim so bent that it's undriveable. 200 for a tow 80 bearings. Now the rim260 and whatever steering damage the did. Lower control arm 150 KIDSService: Car towing

They towed my car a couple weeks ago, they not just charge an inhuman amount of money but also do a poor service. My car is now making a weird sound and have to bring it to the mechanic. My car is only a year old and never made that sound before so I know for a fact they did something wrong. Don t use this service. (I did not hire them, they took my car for snow removal).Service: Car towing

Awful and rude, if you call from a place that they are not able to do the service they just hang the phone on you.
