Strongs came out when we got our truck stuck in the mud. He got here quickly, pricing was good and he s was very pleasant. I would definitely call them if I was ever in need again.

We had to use our AAA membership for towing today and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Great communication, fast arrival and this very skilled driver was able to move a vehicle literally stuck in mud with a dead battery and broken clutch skillfully and quickly around a curved area. Was connected to them by tow365. They never showed. Never gave any update or answered the phone. Can't even call it poor service because they provided none.

I am so grateful to Strong Towing for giving me peace of mind in such a stressful situation. I broke down on I-88 and they immediately dispatched, giving me updates on their location and once they got there made me feel secure. Thank you so much to Justin and his coworker for their kindness, professionalism and being willing to help someone stranded in the middle of a freezing night!

Excellent, fast service. My failed water pump left me on the side of the road, and Justin was there in less than 5 minutes time. He was so kind enough to let me get dog food, which, I was on my way to do. The price was very reasonable being 20-25 mintues away from home. I highly recommend Strong's towing. I was more than pleased with the whole experience.

Had my muffler come unattached on I-88, and had to call AAA for the first time; needless to say I was stressed and nervous. The driver, Justin I believe, was prompt and friendly. He even chatted with the mechanic when we got to the shop. Nerves were definitely calmed from this interaction. Definitely call them if you need a tow in that area!Service: Car towing

I had such a great experience with Strongs towing! AAA sent them to tow my car. It was quick, he literally showed up within minutes of my AAA call! Very friendly. I had a great conversation on my hour long tow. I highly recommend Strong's! Everything was explained to me all the way down to a possible truck inspection on the thruway. Highly recommend! It was a very unfortunate situation but so glad the process to get my car to the dealership was so easy!

Justin is prompt and polite. He also has mad driving skills! Backed my standard transmission, which would not start, down a steep hill and right into the truck.

Possibly the fastest way I ever got my truck towed!! Called the guy, he called me right back, asked for directions, came and went. All within the blink of an eye. Great looking equipment, straight forward payment and at a great price! Will definitely save this number in my phone, if I ever need a tow again! Great job! Thank you!!!

Strong's was a huge help, our 37' RV broke all the wheel studs off the right rear axle and needed towed from behind to Schenectady, NY. Arrived with 1 hour to evaluate and returned 20 minutes later with all the equipment needed to get me and my 3 children safely to a repair center Best experience with a towing company I have ever had. I highly recommend their company.

Shawn the owner of Strong's was a huge help, we were stranded in Cobleskill he towed our car and went above and beyond to help us continue on our journey to Sydney Center by helping us find a place to spend the night and driving us there. Best experience with a towing company I have ever had. I highly recommend their company.
