I brought my Husqvarna 40 chainsaw in for service. When I brought it in, i said that it didn't run very well and the choke was broken . One week later, Josh called and said the carburetor needs to be replaced . Four weeks later, I went in and inquired about the chainsaw. Josh said that he lost the carburetor and had to get another one. Week five, I went to Josh and said that it wasn't ready .Week six I went in, and he said that the choke needed to be replaced. I said that it was the main reason it was in the shop, so I paid $105 dollars for it and went home. It still didn't run when I called and said that it would not start. The tech didn't even start it. Josh did reimburse me but I still don't have a running chainsawNotice the black air hose that's supposed to be inside of the cover

Bought the riding mower I wanted. Staff answered questions about operations and delivery. Delivered within 2 day window indicated. Again, he answered questions about operations and waited until I started mower correctly and assisted with seat adjustment. Awesome experience. Also, let me know that they would service the other mower (push mower) if needed.

I would post 10 stars but 5 is the max! I was looking for a specific brand of UTV and Pangman was the closest dealer to me. I showed up unannounced to kick some tires, not knowing exactly which model I wanted. Jessica was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going, not pushing for a sale or in a hurry to get me off the lot. After many questions, I selected a unit and asked if I could make a deposit to hold it for me. Jessica refused a deposit, insisting a handshake would be sufficient. I respect and appreciate that so much in this day and age when people lose site of forming a business relationship over making a sale. My unit was delivered as promised by a friendly man who took the time to discuss the UTV as well as having a nice conversation. I have 100% confidence in Pangman Outdoor Power and you should give them a try. They are a great family run business!

These folks are my "go to" when I need my equipment serviced or repaired. I purchased a snow thrower from them last year and I'm very happy with the machine. The folks there are low key but very focused on customer satisfaction. I recommend this business with great confidence.

Pangman Outdoor and Power is awesome! Pangman is exactly what we wanted in a shop: local, friendly and trust worthy. We worked with Sean for the purchase of our first lawn tractor and snow blower. He was very patient with all of our questions and decision making process. They delivered the machine to our house and gave us a little lesson in how to work it (again with patience and understanding) and when we had an issue with our first snow blower experience, Sean came over to our house again, checked the machine, made sure everything was set up correctly, answered more questions and got us up and running. Can't recommend them enough.

Today was my first time going here. Fast friendly service, reasonable prices, conveniently located. Fixed my snowblower in a half hour and it now works flawlessly! They earned my business for sure!

This family-owned business truly rocks! My wife and I stopped by to purchase a zero turn Gravely and we literally were sold within 5 minutes. The machine was delivered to my property within 3 hours and I put the beast to work and got 3/4 of my 6 acres mowed within 2 1/2 hours. This, by the way was the first time I ever used a zero turn or any riding mower for that matter. Friendly, knowledgeable people made this important purchase truly stress-free and a fun experience!!!

I have an older Craftsman mower which has been having performance issues and requiring more and more maintenance. It simply died on me so I went to Pangman for a solenoid but (of course, since I'm a shade tree mechanic, under a very small shade tree) I got the wrong one. While there, I spoke with the team about a new mower, and perused their offerings. I had been leaning in the past to a Cub Cadet, but when checking out the Husqvarna machines, I decided to go for it and bought one. While waiting on the financing site to come back with approval, the guys and I had some great conversations and lo - I was approved! They had the machine delivered to my house with a full tank of gas (both no charge!) within two hours. Like someone else on the thread said - don't buy the hardware - buy the dealership. These guys have been fantastic in every instance I'd needed to engage with them.

I don t review jus anyone. A wise person once said, don t buy the brand, buy the dealer. These folks are a Great family owned/operated business. I bought a PT160 off of them over a Ferris or John Deere and couldn t be more pleased. Recently broke a belt after 4 mows due to something coming loose. Corrected and supported. Highly Recommend!!!

The time has come for a brand new snowblower ... I was glad to see a local family owned/operated business that i could go to for help. Already looking for an ariens product it seemed to be super convenient as well. They were very knowledgeable and polite when assisting me find the right model for my needs. They set machine up for my specific driveway style delivered it to my house for me all ready to go. They also have great financing option if thats your route. Thank you guys for all your assistance, you were truley a life saver this time. Look forward to doing future business with Pangman Outdoor Power for all my future needs! Highly recommend

Dropped off a Husqvarna chain saw for repairAfter a month and $ 80. They said that they could not fix itand I should buy a new one which they would gladly sell me for $440.
