They were very busy, but Kim was very friendly and professional. My tires were changed, aligned and my car was inspected within 2 hrs, even though I only had the appointment for the tire replacements. Will definitely go back and do highly recommend.

I cannot recommend the Cobleskill NY Monro Muffler highly enough! The Manager Dave and, Kim in the office, are always very helpful and informative!!! Great prices and FAST Service! Terrific customer service!

I got a brake service from this place on my car. They did a rear rotor and brake pad replacement that cost me closely $600. The person at the front desk was kind but I want to say that on whoever did my brake pad tried to cut a corner and not add the clips that hold the brake pad still so whenever I hit a bump the pad won't clank around and keep hitting the brake caliper. So all i can say is that if your going here double check everything and that is done, so you won't feel ripped off.

I wasn't talked into something that wasn't necessary at the time of my visit and my tires and brake inspection was done in an hour although they were understaffed and had many appointments for the day.

After running over a raccoon my car started making a lot of noises. I took my car to them first thing in the morning and they made the repair in half an hour for a very very small fee. I needed my car that day for errands and leaving town the next morning. They understood my situation and got my car on the lift first thing. Everyone was super friendly, even at 7:30 in the morning.

I've been here twice so far for an oil change on my 2003 Chevy. Both times they were able to get me in at 5pm within a day or two. I am amazed at how fast they are (more so than Valvoline) and so very nice! I'm very pleased with the pricing. I will continue to go here.

I was told to not trust a Monro. I took my car here and I am more than pleased. I bought my car used and I discovered I needed a new ball joint, axle and a few other things. Dave and Devin, Chris did a fantastic job. They were the cheapest in town and they fixed my car right and did not take too long. I am more than pleased and I will recommend them to anyone. I am more than happy with how they treated me and they kept me informed with the progress.

Highly; highly recommend. Went above and beyond! My wheels weren t the easiest to get off. Dave who is the manger is a great guy. Devin who was the mechanic is also great! Thank you guys!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area. They are very friendly and their prices are more than fair. They repaired my roommates car and kept him and myself involved in the process. They will search for the parts and get them as soon as they can. Very personable company and crew. I am very impressed with them and would absolutely do business with them in the future.

Names Mahtin J. Moved from Boston. Needed issues corrected on my truck. Made appointment. They brought me in early which was awesome. Initially dealt with Kimberly. She really knew her stuff. So kind and prof. Met Devin and Stephen as well as each explained what was needed. Was wicked hot and couldn't believe that working through the heat,Kimberly, Devin, and Steve were the best. When they had a second theyd check in on us and ask what they could do for us. Unbelievable. they were awesome. Will nevah go anywhere elseIn fact...was so taken back by thier kindness, when I left there, I stopped and picked themup ice cream shakes. Terrific experience all do to Kimberly, Devin, and Stephen. hey were more focused on what they could do to make our stay there bettah. They were so kind. I'll nevah go anywhere else with my truck.

This place is amazing. Wonderful people. I was with 3 other women on our way to NYC to see the lights when we picked up a screw in my tire. They were closed but still in the shop. They opened back up and changed my tire for us. Thank you Monroe! Will never forget your kindness.

Worker denied ever booking an appointment for me, was refusing to put my tires on because the appointment was for 3 and they close at 4, wouldn t give me the tires I had shipped there until the police were called, and when I did get my tires, a different employee THREW them so hard into the middle of the parking lot that the zip ties popped off. Very unprofessional, they need to have proper training with their employees to learn how to talk to a customer properly. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was so nice & helpful! I was visiting from a neighboring state and was a little concerned my car may not be able to get serviced same-day, parts not available, etc. I would definitely return for service & told my friends not to hesitate going here for professional, courteous service & attention to the vehicle! Thank you!!!!!!!

Ordered tires from Tire rackHad them shipped here as they are listed as a tire rack installer. Received shipping email stating tires were delivered. Called Monro who confirmed that they had my tires. Scheduled an appointment for install.Arrived for said appointment. Was told I did not have an appointment. Attempted to show the email confirmation to the woman (I use that term loosely) at the desk who stated she did not need to see it because she is the only person who answers the phone and she did not have an appointment in her system.She then said that my tires were not there and attempted to take my vehicle information (I'm assuming she was trying to hustle me by 'selling' me the tires that I already purchased that were in fact at their shop.I told her I was going to contact the authorities since they were attempting to steal from me.The woman (again, I use that term loosely) then walked into the shop and threw my tires into their parking lot, while laughing.One of their greasy employees walked out into the lot, picked up my tires and threw them at me, then "bucked" at me as if he were going to assault me.The police arrived.Ended up 500 feet away at Walmart. They installed them within an hour and were accommodating and friendly.Do not do business with this trashy shop. Not a good scene.

We are from GA, visiting, but once lived in this area. Always took our. vehicles to Monroe for service. The staff is good and very helpful. We had a headlight out. The Buick dealer near them said they could do it in about 2 weeks ! Went to Monroe and got right in and a lot less time than what Buick said it would be. And I would bet it was a lot cheaper than Buick dealership.

Unfortunately a new updated review is needed. About a week ago I had made an appointment for brakes and brake issues. The appointment was confirmed, no problem. Got the car their to be informed that they had no staff that day and I needed to reschedule. At that time I was in person and another appointment was made. Second appointment day arrives, get the car their again, to be turned away a second time with a booked appointment because a lack of staff or manpower. Will not be using this Auto shop again. Very inconvenient and not reliable at all currently.

Fantastic all around experience. Made an online appointment which was very easy. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and people that were actually happy at work. The car was in the shop quickly and they talked to me and showed me a few things that needed to be addressed. They didn t pressure me into anything, they were very educational about the services needed. Lots of the parts they use are lifetime guaranteed. Big plus!! And the price were very good. Thank you Monroe!!!!

The store on East State Street got our car in and out in less than 45 minutes. Without an appointment, and on a Sunday nonetheless when everyone else was closed. We were road-tripping through the area and ran into some electrical problems. He put our car up on a lift and within 30 minutes had evaluated the problem and fixed it. Upon completion, he refused payment. This store is reliable, convenient, and has incredible service.

I purchased tires through amazon.com and had them dropped shipped and scheduled for service at this location. When I arrived, my tires were stacked and ready to be put on and the service was very quick. Also the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and I could tell they were very knowledgeable in their services. I would highly recommend them and return there for my next service needs.
