Top notch team! These guys fixed me right up in a timely manner. They told me what my vehicle needed and did not push any service on me. Quality work and friendly service. Did I forget to mention they squeezed me in as I did not have an appointment. Thanks again MAVIS COBLESKILL!

Called about a nail in my truck tire, Jacob was very helpful. Ordered two tires and he kept in constant communications through the entire process. Tires look and feel great. Got me right in and installed them in no time.

I was dropping my son off for his spring semester at the local college and ended up with a car issue making it unsafe to drive the 2 1/2 hours back home. I was so lucky to find this Mavis! The manager Jacob and the service person were very responsive and kind. They quickly figured out a temporary fix that enabled me to return home safely and feel secure. Wow! Thank you

Its always a pleasure being here and Desi is simply phenomenal and professional! He would diagnose the issue in no time and would recommend the most cost effective solution to the problem which is something you don't find easy at a car repair shop, especially the name brand ones. Moreover, they would not upcharge for parts which is again a rare trait for a shop like this, highly recommended!

I went in for a tire alignment today and had the best experience thanks to Desi! I was in and out rather quickly and the price I was charged was very fair. I will definitely be back in the future.

Had went to three other places before Mavis in Cobleskill. Desi, the manager, got me in and figured out what was wrong with my tires and helped me fix the issue. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!!! Thank You to Mavis, Desi, for you helping me!!!

My father, Daniel Smeaton, had a wonderful experience with the manager at this Mavis location. 4 new tires and lower control arm replacement with alignment on our 2016 Nissan Rogue. We would recommend this establishment to family and friends.

When we bought our 2019 chevy traverse we started hearing a clunking noise in the front left side. We had taken it back to the dealership over 5 times and they replaced nearly the whole front end trying to figure it out . We even checked online forums to try and seek the answer . Even though countless owners had the same issue no answers could be found . So we stopped and saw the manager at Mavis . Desi was in the car for a period of 5 minutes and said it sounded like the brake caliper . He was spot on . Thanks for your amazing diagnosis abilities . Definitely see the guys at Mavis . Amazing !!!

I was in need of 4 new inexpensive tires on short notice so I gave Mavis Discount Tire of Cobleskill a try.They had the tires I needed in stock and were able to get me in on a Sunday which was great.I arrived at 11:00 and although there were a few cars ahead of me they had me out in 1 hour and 20 minutes which I found to be reasonable.Mark at the service desk was very helpful and personable. Ethan, the service Tech, was hustling and while working on my vehicle was still jumping in and helping his team briefly.Overall I had a good experience at Mavis. As always with any business, we as consumers must stay vigilant and factor the positive and negative reviews, note the number of reviews versus the overall volume of vehicles going through this business on a given day or week.

A great place to take your vehicle. They won't stop until they figure out what's wrong and do not over charge you. The staff is very friendly and knowledge.

Had an absolute pleasure coming to mavis (desi) got us right in with no trouble! Amazing customer service and was very pleased! Very hard to find nice people now adays! Will definitely recommen and come back for any other work

This place went above for us- we had a flat and stuck and Desi was fantastic - helpful and honest - highly recommend this place. Extremely great place - they could have taken us in a bad spot - but they were great!

Yesterday 01/04/2024 I stopped for a repair at the Cobleskill Mavis and was taken within 10 minutes and left an hour later fully repaired . Dezzy MGR and Asst MGR Jacob were very conscious my time restraints and were very professional and proficient on getting me in and out and fully repaired. Thank You .Ray

My tire had wires hanging out at the grocery store parking lot. I called Jacob at Mavis to makean appointment for inspecting the tire and making a revisit for new tires. I was 2 days out for the apointment. I drove over and Jacob and the manager found the tire shreded. They squeezed me in for emergency tire replacement. Those tries in the back would have exploded, maybe today if it were not fore the Mavis crew. Fast , resonable and professional. I'm very happy. Bob from Delanson.

I was looking to get tires swapped out on a Sunday and needed vehicle done that day. Went to two closer places and was told come back Monday or Tuesday. I then went to 763 east main st cobleskill Mavis and I could see they were busy but I was greeted by the assistant manager Austin and he took my information and mavis tire tech kevin had my tires done before I finished my coffee. I appreciate the professionalism of Austin and Kevin and the great service of all the employees . No appointment and No disappointments. 5 star service is priceless, get yours at Mavis Discount Tire.

Passing through town in my RV and stopped in at Mavis Discount Tires just to have my tires checked. Norman went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my tires were OK and he and Mark made suggestions and calls to try to find some air extensions for the valve stems on the rear dualies.Thank you so much, guys, I really appreciate you both! The manager Desi was amazing. He got me in where two other auto places couldn t he quoted me a price and was under he promised me my car within a certain time and delivered it was the best experience I ve ever had with any auto place in my life, they were fast, they were fair and the quality of work is great if anyone is looking for a place to get your car fixed mavis auto store in Cobleskill is the place to go

Hi! This is Mark and I am a proud owner of a ZR-1 Corvette & a ZL-1 Camaro, plus my daily driver. What I have experienced here at my local Cobledkill Service Center is the professional service I receive every time I come for service needs, and I run my life with the belief that Right is never Wrong and with my experience from this service center from the Great Management staff down to the repair staff is service that is what I need and trust. Did not know but I love the free air service you provide that you gave to my mom when she needed it for her Tire she brought it to my attention and it's very nice to know that there's a place that helps people out in regards to tires service and free air keep up the good work

Personally it s most likely it s just this location but as a previous employee I have lost all respect for mavis the manager at this location is making himself look good while he hides for most of the day or is physically not there at allFor all the reviews regarding the manager on here I can can tell you they should not be for him but should be for the other employees that are working on your cars they make him look good and get paid very low income to do this job best thing we re the people I met and worked alongside with here but management is trash
