Superb service and support from the moment I first expressed interest. The guys are helpful and knowledgeable. They follow up after every step in the purchasing process and go above and beyond. Even fitting my rubber mats for me in the dark so that I didn't have to. I can not say enough good things about them...

Terrible, Terrible service. Sent our 14 jeep wrangler in for front axle seals. Verified by 3 other maintenance shops. And by our visual inspection. The "tech that inspected our Jeep said there was no leakage in the seal, said fluid in axle was to standards. Checked axle fluid after getting it home , found it low. Assuming from the actual leakage from the seal which they were supposed to change. Josh then gave us a 5000 $ estimate on items that the jeep wasn't even there for. One of the estimates were to change idler pulleys and serpentine belt. Said they were making a noise. All were just installed prior to going into that shop. After our inspection of pulleys. Found tensioner pulley mounting bolt was loose. Tightened and noise went away. We will not be utilizing that repair shop , or recommend anyone using that shop again.

I stopped in during a holiday weekend around noon time for a coolant leak. The guy's took my truck in located where the leak was coming from located a radiator and within 3 hours had me back on the road. I was very impressed at the service I received. The service department kept me informed of everything the entire step of the way. They went above and beyond in my opinion.

Although I had a lengthy wait for my truck to be serviced, the reason was explained to me when it was completed. I received an apology and my invoice had an adjustment in acknowledgment of my inconvenience.I ve always had positive experiences with the service department.

If you are looking for a place to buy a vehicle, turn right around from this place, the communication through this place is terrible. Nobody knows when somebody is going to be here, nobody knows who has what roll in this company. Id rather go to a buy here pay here than this place. Ive been told that the controller would be here 3 different days, and was also told it was 3 different names. Just to find out hes not here until next week. This place is honestly and absolute joke. And please dont even get me started about the service dept

Excellent dealer and service experience! Purchased multiple trucks, suvs from them. Always treated well by them. Highly recommend.(Update). Got another truck and yet another great experience. These guys just keep doing awesome!

Kale was great. He worked with me in finding the right trim of the gladiator. He was understanding and worked with the sales team to get me in my new car within the week. I definitely recommend this dealership. There service is quick and great. Thank you again for the new toy.

Great people, great service! I just had my Jeep in for repairs (August 2023). I booked online and when I dropped my Jeep off, Joshua went over all of my requested service with me so I felt confident they knew what my concerns were. I have been very pleased with their services and support; most importantly, my wrangler is running great.

I went there and perchanced a truck were I wish I did not and went somewhere else. I made it very easy for the sales person I seen a truck I liked it and that next week I came with the check and got it. Here is my issue this truck that i perchanced out the door was over 80k. Got the temporary registration and I was out the door. The registration expired on Sept 11 I got a letter in the mail a few days after my temporary registration expired what appeared to be type up as a word document stating that I owed $38 for the registration that I had allready paid for. I called about this and still have not received a phone call back it is now the 29th and still no word. It's not the $38 that bothers me it's the lack of reaching back out and sending me a letter after my registration expired it is now the 29th and still not a word from this dealership. I was going to buy my wife a new car from here but after all of this that is completely out the window.Buyer beware I do not recommend this place to do business with

Extremely friendly and very accurate with time to work on vehicle. Customer service is over the top from the service department! They were willing to work around my work meetings and even let me have a little quiet space to take a meeting while waiting for my oil change. Highly recommend this place for A+ customer service at the front desk, and honest time estimations for work done. Always do a good job with any service I ve had done.

I highly recommend this dealership. I spent weeks looking at different vehicles and Cobleskill Chrysler was the only place to help me out. I ended up with a brand new 2018 Ram 1500. Do yourself a favor go and ask for Mike and Joe the sales manager was awesome. Thanks again guys!

Jim was incredible to work with and made the buying process so easy! Jim made me feel at home and was not a pushy salesman like most. I told him what I wanted and in the same day he had numbers for me. Within the same week I was able to pick up my car without any headaches. I will be back to purchase my next Jeep after my lease is over for sure! I would highly suggest Jim to anyone and as well as the Cobleskill Jeep dealership. We've had 2 wonderful experiences buying our vehicles there ! This time, our salesman Don was very pleasant, very helpful and knowledgable and knows what he's selling .Even after the sale he went through every single thing about our Jeep. Took his time and made sure we understood and felt comfortable with our new vehicle! Since then he's still been very helpful in helping us choose needed assessories! Great Place...Great Salesman and every employee there, parts dept. etc. are extremely friendly! Highly recommend!!!!

I recently bought a used 2018 Kia forte from this dealership. The pictures online made it appear to be in near perfect condition however there were dings on the exterior, the upholstery was damaged, and the paint was scratched off on the rear bumper. During the sales process I was told that the paint scratched off would be fixed before delivery if I bought the vehicle. I decided to buy the vehicle and when I picked it up the paint was not fixed which I let go but things continued to get worse. Before I made it home the engine started misfiring. I called them and they had it towed back to the dealer and brought me a loaner. However, the loaner had bald tires and vibrated like a spaceship entering the atmosphere so I had to borrow a vehicle from a family member to get back and forth to work. They dropped off the kia at my home after the coils and spark plugs were fixed, which I appreciated. However, after bringing the car to a kia dealer to get their work checked and have the car looked over, I found out that the fix was held together with zip ties because the clips were broken. I'm not sure if the mechanic broke them or if I just missed it before buying the car, but at the very least they did not think it was appropriate to mention this to me. Additionally, the coils they installed are meant for ford vehicles instead of the brand that Kia recommends for their vehicles. According to the kia mechanic, this means that I'm basically guaranteed to have misfiring issues again in the future. Sadly, the extra coverage I purchased from the dealer for my vehicle won't cover getting the engine harness replaced until the misfiring codes come back. Overall, I am very disappointed with the dealership and will not be returning. I would also suggest that others avoid this dealership.I'm giving them two stars instead of one because the sales process was smooth and easy, but their service department should be avoided at all costs.

Well, imagine buying a car only from photos, carfax, and dealer description. Now imagine the car being in New York, and you being in Washington State so you can only communicate by phone or e-mail. Don Powell and the rest of the team have been really great at answering my questions, getting me great financing, and making the process as smooth as possible. While it is all still being finalized and awaiting shipment, I only have good things to say about my experience so far!

I took my car here to be test driven due to a noise.( ended up being a wheel bearing) didn't take long to diagnose it. They had the part in stock and fixed same day! :)I appreciate your quick service!!!
