If I could give ZERO stars, I would! This place has been an absolute disaster and has cost me more than $3,919.61 due to their unwillingness to provide appropriate, honest documentation.My vehicle (a 2022 Acadia Denali) was at this facility several times (four times to be exact) beginning March 2023 for the same unresolved issues until September 2023. Considering my vehicle was my only form of transportation, I required a rental car while it was being worked on. GMC has been excellent and willing to reimburse me for the dates my vehicle was at this facility. However, the service department is unwilling to provide accurate documentation of the time my vehicle was there!In one instance, my vehicle was towed to the facility on 7-7 (I have the documentation from the roadside assistance confirming the date of drop off and address) and returned to me on 8-24. The work order given to me during pick-up was wholly incorrect and dated from 8/07 to 8/18! GMC can only reimburse me for the dates on the work order and has requested that the facility provide ACCURATE documentation outlining the entire dates my vehicle was at the facility. GMC customer service has reached out several times in the last months. I have personally reached out as well, and they are entirely UNWILLING to provide accurate documentation despite acknowledging my vehicle was there from 7-7 to 8-24!I have called the facility multiple times and spoken with the service manager, but I have yet to get anywhere. Not only does the service manager state he will 'work on it' and does not, but he has yet to call me back once. The service manager will rush me off the phone and dismiss me. I have had to call multiple times only to get him on the phone to say he will 'look into it' or 'talk to someone,' etc.. yet there has yet to be a callback. Additionally, he responds that although he spoke to Joel, who agreed and acknowledged that the vehicle was there for those dates, there is 'nothing he can do.'The total amount I had to pay out of pocket in rental fees was $6,797.45, while the service department could not fix the vehicle several times. My rental cost for the dates my vehicle was at the facility (7-7 to 8-24) that the facility refuses to acknowledge total $3,919.61. Because the service department refuses to supply the proper and TRUTHFUL documentation confirming the dates my vehicle was there, I cannot collect my owed rental reimbursements from GMC. Again, GMC is more than willing to reimburse me for the cost of my rental; the only issue is the service department's unwillingness to provide accurate and appropriate documentation. I am beyond disgusted with this place.

The Chevy team here do great work . From the sales team getting done fast and fair to standing behind their cars . Service department is spot on and make you feel like family. Home town sevice with big city efficiency .

Unfortunately, I have to say I am disappointed took a used vehicle there for multi-point inspection yet they never noticed both rear brake pads/rotors were shot. What else was missed?

My diesel Equinox sat at the dealership for 10 months waiting on a part, that had to do with it being a diesel. A part that should not have gone bad from what I've been told by other repair facilities.In that time the battery went dead. I had to pay $300+ for a new battery. Within two weeks my car had to be towed. They offered no towing service. I had my regular repair shop tow it to their shop. The end result was an unstable battery. Clearly under warranty, however, the dealership refused to replace the battery unless it was at their shop. Long story short, my shop was able to figure out where they obtained the battery (United Auto) and they honored the replacement of the battery.The service people were friendly, but the length of time my car sat, and the battery/ failure to provide towing issue is the reason for the one star review.It's very aggravating when a large dealership fails to offer something as basic as towing, and then refuses to warranty the parts they used, because I chose my normal repair shop that does handle towing. I should note that my normal repair shop was unable to do the initial repair, because it is diesel and required the computer review that only the dealership had.I will not be going back to this facility.

I went here last Saturday looking to buy a car. The sale price on the website was the same as the MSRP. When I began discussing price, I was told there was a $2000 mark up on the car. Total Bait and Switch. Do not pay these mark ups!!!

Called about a truck they had on the lot 2 different days they said have someone call you back never did so so take my business somewhere else I would never go there in the future

I would definitely not give any starts if available. I called to purchase 2022 trailblazer. The salesperson, Ron Mattice stated one was in transit, which a down payment was applied to hold vehicle. Ron was pleasant with the info provided. To my surprise, it arrived earlier than stated. Great!Went to dealership to test drive the vehicle. This is when things got interesting. Their website offered the car for 29,480 which I told him. Ron stated price listed is not accurate because all incentives are applied to the website price and once in the dealership you can check which one you qualify and the all deductible incentives are added to price. I asked Ron to show me in the website where it says price listed includes all incentives but he couldn't. Then he came back telling he the price was 32,780. When I checked the website, the price was increased that same second.I wanted to buy the car that instinct if price was reduced.I did not buy the vehicle because I would prefer to deal with an honest salesperson.

We went looking for some cars that they had listed on Facebook and online. When we arrived we couldn't find them. Also one they had on the lot showed rear quarter panel damage that wasn't spelled out or shown in posted photos.

Just picked up my brand new 21 Canyon AT4 from Greg. He made everything seamless as possible with me and my wife being 200 plus miles away. We were able to get everything done and set before I ever walked onto the lot. He as well as everyone there did everything they could to make this a pleasant and perfect experience. Will absolutely drive all the way back if/when I needed another vehicle.

As always, the service was excellent. I did have to wait a bit longer then usual, but that was due to the time it took to get a part for something that wasn't on the original schedule. I was still out in just under two hours. All good! Thanks.

I ll give them 2 stars and only because the gentleman that was trying to sell me a truck I was looking at reached out to me multiple times. He did, however use the wrong name when he addressed me, which I called him out on.... only to have it thrown in my face by saying thanks for finally getting back to me .... no apology or anything like that. Which sealed the deal for me to not go there. He then deleted all of our correspondence (but don t worry Ron Mattice, I took a screen shot ;-)

Fast quality service at a great price for a dealer. Mechanics know what they are doing!Had work done once at a non-dealership and had to go back 3 times to fix errors. I will pay more for quality service!

well...this is interesting. I did not go there for any service. I'm wondering why you think I went there. Sadly a very different experience then when Gable owned this dealership. We test drove a vehicle and then asked for the best bottom line price, with the understanding we would not negotiate; give us the lowest price you can offer and we will respond with one word, either yes or no, no second chances. The price then given to us was HIGHER then the advertised internet price. We've bought plenty of vehicles through the years and this was a first. Also a last, we will never go there again.

Took truck to Cobleskill Chevrolet after the dealer we purchased the vehicle from said they could not accommodate the service request (engine light on). Cobleskill scheduled the service as soon as they had a tech available and actually got the service done ahead of schedule. We are extremely happy with their help, support, and communications. They will be servicing our other vehicles as well in the future.

I did not purchase a vehicle here, but I rented one. I dealt with a gentleman named Carl, a very pleasant, professional, easy guy to do business with. I HIGHLY recommend giving him a call the next time you need a rental! In fact, there's NOBODY ELSE I'll rent a car from as long as I live in this area, NOBODY!

The service is subpar and ive had to have other service stations redo work repeatedly, they like "finding extra things" and boosting up the charges. $300 for parts before labor is added for something I was able to do my self for $41 in 10 minutes. And the NASTY attitude I get from service personnel.I've been in and out of this shop for 15 years and it's always the same.This was in reguard to the service department only, I've never had interaction with sales and do not include them in my review.

Professional, courteous, honest and experienced. I had an unfortunate experience breaking down on the highway. I was towed to Cobleskill Chevy and they repaired my vehicle. It was a big job and when they explained me the circumstances. I was comfortable with it and had confidence in the mechanic to get the job done right. Very satisfied with the Cobleskill Chevy.

Found this place while searching for a car through MotoMiner. The inventory showed a large selection of vehicles I was interested in. Of course, there was no price listed for any of the vehicles, so I went directly to the web site where I was directed to "click here to inquire." So I did......and I waited and waited for a response.After about a week, I decided to try again. Maybe my request for prices on multiple vehicles in their inventory was too much for them to handle in one e-mail, so I decided to simply make multiple requests; one vehicle per request for about 3 vehicles they showed online. And again, no response after 3 weeks.Plan on not receiving any response from this dealership unless you're willing to take a trip down (something I wasn't willing to do since it was an hours drive away). However, I wouldn't expect great service from an auto group that takes the time to post lead-on ads to only not respond to any inquiries made about said ads.

this place deserved 0 stars. very disappointed in Greg. Asked to see a truck that was at a sister dealership. Greg made arrangements so the truck could be delivered today to Cobleskill. I let Greg know I would be out to look at the truck today and after a 45 minute drive there I was informed that the truck was sold. Greg should have called to inform me the truck was sold so I didn't waste my time.

If there was a minus 5 stars I would pick that!! Bought an equinox for 20,000.00+ dollars. It burns oil. Over a qt every 3000 miles. With just 60,000 on the car. There answer is "its normal to burn oil". The words came out of there mouth. I don't care who you are, an engine that burns oil is not normal! What good is a warranty if it not fixed. I've build engines my whole life. It's just a gray area they have so they don't have to fix the prob! I WILL NEVER, AND WILL REPEAT NEVER, BUY ANOTHER CAR OR TRUCK FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! If I wanted a p.o.s that burned oil it would be a 500.00 dollar p.o.s on the side of the road. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car or truck from Gables. If you do. good luck!

Sold me a lemon, constantly having to have the same things repeatedly fixed. Burns oil they say normal other garages say not normal. Will never buy from them again, taking car to another garage. They deserve negative stars.

You can't trust a company that has a vehicles on there website for an extended periods of time, but has already sold that vehicle. They want you to call to inquire about a certain vehicle and then sell you on a different vehicle. Its a common practice in the industry, but it is really annoying when your trying to buy a car. Take off vehicles when they sell. Its as simple as that.
