Very helpful staff. Place could get the vehicle part I needed where the other auto store couldn't. Order arrived late by 4 days. Reason: After store employee tracked the item, it was found to be lost by the delivery company. No fault of their own. Will buy there again. Good service.

I called on a Tues. looking for a knock sensor for my Subaru. Although the knock sensor wasn't in stock, they ordered it and it arrived Wednesday morning by 7:30 a.m. The knock sensor fit perfectly on my Subaru.

They always have great customer service. I'm greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. If they don't have the part(s) I need/want, they special order it. I highly recommend the Store Manager, Peggy. She always knows what to do if you're stuck between a rock and a hard place as far as getting you and your vehicle back on the road safely!! I never used to go there, but they earned my business and they will continue to have it!

I got totally ignored by the manager when I applied to work in this store. I called to ask if I could have an interview but was denied and no reason was stated. what's up with that?

The first time I have purchased online and picked up in store. It was actually pretty easy, and no hold ups in the store. Reminder to print out your email and the final screen. I purchased a battery, and was still able to get it installed at the location. It took a few minutes for the battery to be changed. A customer ahead of me needed their battery checked, then a few customers to pay after me. The battery change went very quick, and the associate helping me was extremely friendly and helpful. I got to witness another associate who helped another customer, whom parked beside me. Both associates were top notch, fast and courteous. Will be returning to this location for additional purchases

The older gentleman inside gave me an attitude when I came inside to ask about a oil filter, then when I proceeded to tell him the filter number he walked around the back while I heard him call me elementary when In fact I m a employed mechanic who will do bigger jobs then he ever thought of doing. This is not the only time he s given me an attitude either.

Called them after being on hold with AutoZone for 15 minutes. They answered right away, told me they had the part, and even told me how to order it to the store and get a big discount. Great help and definitely recommend

Make sure you call before you drive out there they tell you they'll have your parts at a certain time once you arrive they'll tell you a different story. They have no problem wasting people's time. We'll never spend another dime there.

I got a used turn signal lense here for my Dakota perfect shape and a decent price. Had it in a couple of days and they called when it came in. Friendly and helpful staff.

These folks have always been more than helpful, nothing is a problem to them, this is my go to store, mostly because of the counter staff

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable has most everything you need in house, if they don't have it, it is usually there within a day when ordered.

Horrible customer service. Made to wait a long time and didnt have an outcome for the battery test. Associate did not know what she was doing. Took three people to try and test it.
