Very happy with the service here! Fast, good prices, good service!Brought our less-often-used 1999 in because the breaks started to make an odd hissing sound, engine light was on, and had our annual state inspection done a little early since it was in anyway.Dropped our car off this morning (Friday) not expecting to get it back until next week, but they called after just a few hours having already inspected the car.Said the breaks were good, just a little build up of rust/dirt because we had not been driving it very often, and that they were functioning fine and it would wear of with regular driving. No need for new breaks or any work on them, and no "extra" charge for checking them out because they were part of the inspection anyway. Awesome!Check engine light was for the exhaust gas recirculation valve, and they wanted the okay to replace it - LOVE that they asked first, as I have had another repair place in town do repairs without asking and did not enjoy it.Anyway, again they got this done within a matter of hours, which was much faster than I expected, and the part cost and labor cost was in-line with what the internet said to expect.As expected, car failed the emissions inspection before the replacement valve went in, but passed after. They provided records of both tests, and showed me the old valve when I picked the car up.Anyway, very good experience and will be returning here for future repairs if needed!

I have been a long time customer and would like to say that GT Auto has always been fair with me as a customer. They are an honest and hardworking family that always tell it the way that it is so that the customer can understand how and why a repair is needed. They will not fix something just to fix it as I have seen and heard about at other places. The number of years that they have been in business speaks for itself.

Honesty with quality labor defines GT Auto. Short waits for service with work that is second to none. John is sincere, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He puts safety and customer service above all else.
