I am still new to clifton springs and went to this shop when the one I normally go to was booked for a few months. I needed an alignment, tire balance and oil change. Set an appt for a Friday morning, when I dropped it off I walked into the incredibly dirty (food on their reception counter, cluttered, actually filthy) and dropped off my keys. They only got two tires balanced by the time I picked it up late afternoon since they had so many drop ins. What s the point of having an appointment if it doesn t mean your car is priority. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the things in my center console were moved around and my sunglasses holder was open, something I never use. Whatever.Finally brought it back, nobody was in the shop during open hours at 9:15 besides their pit Bull. I got it completed today , but they told me it would take until 5pm. How does a balance alignment and oil change take two full days? Regardless I told them I needed it back at 3 before I go into work. It was done at 3 and noticed a grease stain (new) on my sunglasses holder again. I feel extremely uncomfortable thinking professional mechanics may be going through my car. I wouldn t recommend this shop based on how nasty the office is, how slow the work is done, and for safety concerns I have. Will never go back, I will wait for Uptown Auto!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I don't like this shop nor do I like the owner of this shop I called him up and all he did was be rotten mean and nasty to me. Hang up on me and yell me shady stuff. I would not trust this kid to sell a vehicle to you or anyone else. He is just a mean person. He can hang up on me all day long I won't ever call him back. Disrespect me once is a lesson learned it's just a rough ordeal. Anyways. I will call a real shop with real people. Lovely attitude He has anyone else have to deal with this shop? I was broke down on the side of the road. These guys come and got my vehicle and put it back together so I could get home. These guys went above and beyond for me. The owner and another worker took the time to look at my vehicle and knew what it was before they put it on the tow truck.Thank you so much for helping me and making sure I could get home and explaining what happened to my vehicle. My father was in a car accident today right by Lannon's and his car was brought there. I can't speak highly enough about the guys who were working there today. They were SO nice and took the time to talk with my dad and help me get everything out of the car. I don't live in the area, but I would highly recommend anyone who does to do business with them. Just real quality human beings so I would trust any work done by them. Thank you again guys!

I accidentally hit & curb and destroyed my tire. I contacted Subaru & they sent a man from the nearby garage. It happened to be best decision. He put on my spare, taught me how to check the lug nuts every 25 miles & best yet, he called to make sure I made it home safely. It took me 6 weeks to get my care back. Questionable if all the worked they did was really needed. Owner seemed very nice but the men he has working for him was very lazy and rude treating me like I was stupid. They had another guess coming. Old woman aren't stupid.

Honest and local mechanic. Won't give you the run around about what you need and repairs are at a fair price. My family and I have used him a few times and are always happy with the work he has done! Definitely recommend.

Spoke with John on a Saturday afternoon and explained an odd problem we had with our Ford Edge while traveling from out of town. He said to bring it over even though it was getting later in the afternoon. Listened intently, asked relevant questions and went on to check the car, research the problem and ultimately come to the right conclusion. Even though he used his scanner and spent an hour of his time, HE DIDN T WANT ANYTHING IN RETURN! Most shops will charge you a diagnostic fee of $100 just for hooking up the scanner. His sign says We don t make money, we make friends and it s not often you meet someone who makes good on a statement like that. John will restore your faith in mechanics and is a shining example of what a small town garage should be.

I took it to that lannons everyone recommended worse decision i ever made. My brother in law is a mechanic and he told me exactly what it needed after 4 days at lannons nothing he said now it has something else that was perfectly fine when we took it, we took pictures before we went to him so we know ..... miss my honest mechanic so much now need to takeit toa nother place that will fix what this person broke Service: General repairs & maintenance

A great place to go to get your car fixed I would recommend this to anyone he's well knowledgeable and knows what he's doing fair pricing as well and always seems to be a calm and relaxed guy and always willing to greet you with a smile.
