I have to tell you everyone at this location are just phenomenal! From the manager, to the assistant manager and everyone who serves at this location they are just the best. One time they actually told me I didn t need an oil change. They could have taken advantage of me, but they didn t. The facility is clean, they are fast, hardly ever a wait, professional and just a great group to work with!

I came in for an oil change, and the workers did not properly connect my shield, which then caused $700 in damage. We did file a claim with them, and after telling us that the shield was never removed, and then after being challenged by the dealership and my husband around how the necessary work could be completed without removing the shield, Valvoline changed its story and said that someone cut off the shield with a saw...either us or the dealership. Very poor customer service and obviously very poor work skills with the mechanics.

I pulled right in on a holiday, they took me right away, explained all that they were doing and what was needed on my car and what wasn t, I didn t feel up sold at all and they topped off fluids & tire pressure for free!

This was my first experience at Valvoline. My mechanic was Joe and I cannot say enough positive things about his customer service. As a woman, going to the mechanic can be intimidating as I have been scammed in the past. I really appreciated his kindness and patience to explain everything to me. He was so polite. Loved the coupon you can get on their website as well! I will most certainly be coming here from now on!Service: Oil change

NEVER EVER AGAIN!! This was my first time to visit a Valvoline oil change place, and will also be the last. I used a Groupon thinking I could find an inexpensive oil change - but you clearly get what you pay for!! First off, I have never been to a place where you stay in your car the entire time the work is being performed - I guess they did not want to invest in a waiting room, bathroom, t.v., for their customers etc. Anyways, while there I thought everything was ok, but you cannot see anything they are doing, since you are sitting in your vehicle the entire time. There were 3 workers standing in front of my car - thought it was quite a few people to do the job, but in any event thought everything was fine. Then they opened the door and said I could drive out, I was 'all set.' The one guy yelled and said, 'wait we forgot to put your engine cover on' I assumed they were putting it back on the way it was supposed to go on. Clearly they don't know how to even do that. Three to four days later, I was driving, smelled extremely strong exhaust fumes - so bad that I had to open the windows when driving. I thought what is wrong with the car, since I haven't had any real issues thusfar. I brought the car in today to Mavis Discount Tire on 6490 Transit Rd. Depew, a very helpful man named Phil called me over to my car and asked me who did my last oil change - I told him Valvoline did 4 days ago - he showed me that not only did they NOT put the oil cover on, they never properly attached the engine cover, basically threw it in, as it was on top of the motor! I took photos, could not believe this. He said that was what I was smelling, all the oil was splattering everywhere and burning, and thank goodness I came in when I did, or could have damaged the car driving with no oil. I am SO upset at Valvoline for the complete incompetence. They 'specialize' in oil changes but clearly have no clue how to do one. To screw up with these two items, they have lost a customer. When I called Valvoline to let them know, Tom the manager didn't do anything to resolve the issue - said they would get back to me! They should have refunded me on the spot for this. Honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I will go to Mavis Tire 6490 Transit Rd. Depew from now on to do my oil changes, Phil was so helpful 'fixing the disaster' that Valvoline created, and he also let me know anytime I come there I could ask for a coupon for a discounted oil change.THREE DAYS AFTER this has been reported - STILL this Valvoline has not apologized, nor offered me a refund...they said they have to look into it...never heard a thing. THIS COMPANY IS DESPICABLE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! STAY FAR AWAY!

I m not even from this area but I have to say that this was by far the best experience I ve had during an oil change. The staff was very informative, knowledgeable and thorough. They explained my options before they did my service. I would highly recommend coming here to get an oil change.

Every time I go here for my routine oil change I receive unprecedented politeness, kindness and fast service. It s rare to leave from your car getting serviced with a smile but I do every time. Always great service!UPDATE: If I could give 6 stars I would! The staff here is great and it starts with quality leadership. Tony is an honest man and he treats his customers with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this location!

This crew and location are top notch. The staff is respectful and thorough and they explain everything they're doing. They get you in and out and work hard to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. Great shop and it's why I only go here for what they offer. They recognize you too, every time I go Mike always greets me and asks how things are. They make it personal, not just business.

The area manager Carlos was yelling at his employees as I was getting my oil changed it made me very uncomfortable as he began to work on my vehicle as he's screaming at his technicians will not bring my vehicle back to this company ever!

I have been going here for a while and it's saves a lot of time especially since they top off all your fluids. I have never had a problem and I'm going to keep going there.

So I've been coming here for over 10yrs and this was by far the worst experience yet. 1st of all they had a female tech that had no training working on my jeep, she could barely figure out where rhe washer fluid went..let alone the oil. I was also told my battery was bad when it's almost a brand new die-hard gold. I asked them to please re-check it! So they came back and said oh sorry it's good. Then I was charged $72. For. Basic oil change I told the guy I had a coupon for $25. He typed it in for $15. When I realized the mistake they made I called I was met with hostility by the manager Eric I think was his name who argued with me and was very rude. I finally went down in person and asked for my $10 back where I was met with more angry workers who were very unprofessional and laughing then about the whole thing..I won't be back to this location. Total lack of customer service or respect for long time patrons!Service: Oil change

Oil change done right. Have an Audi and happy to see that the oil change done the actual way. Used a different Valvoline location where they used a vaccum to suck the used oil from engine rather doing it the traditional way (remove the casing at the bottom etc).Very satisfied with the service. would definitely recommend.Service: Oil change

Always get my cars oil changed here. They are very quick and for me that is important. I deliver for a living so I need my car or I'm not making money. Every time I go there I am treated with respect. I can't say enough how much I feel appreciated every time!!!

The team at Valvoline in Williamsville, ny were very professional. I was greeted, given details about my service, given the price, had the oil change plus all the fluids topped off and the entire process took 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this shop.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Tony and his crew were nothing short of amazing. Three of us came in late in the day they still managed to get us all out timely and taken care of. Tony also managed to find the leak in my tire that I couldn't find just cuz he's nice. Highly recommend to all.

Was told that inspection will take 3 hrs...thats fine...but they said you have to stay with the car. Whaat? Just made up rules to sell you on xtra service like the oil change so their "mechanics" have something to do in which they can do...don't expect anything else from these buffoons

Was extremely pleased. Amazing customer service. They were very thorough with checking all fluids and filters. Hannah and Hussein did an amazing job. Very friendly and polite. A tad pricey but worth it for the customer service and the thorough checking of everything.

Tony and the team were great!! First time customer, and I couldn't be more pleased. They even applied discounts after I agreed to full price. They were friendly and courteous too!! I'll be getting my regular maintenece here moving forward. (P.S. All employees were masked! Thanks for caring!)

I normally use Firestone for oil changes. Made an appt, called to see if they could take me sooner, and they weren't even sure if the would get to me at the appointment time. I cancelled and went to Valvoline. Hussain got me in right away,. They did all the required maintenance I needed. Fast friendly and fair priced. Today I stopped by for an oil change and the technician, Erik, reminded me that I could wait and topped off my fluids instead. I also told him my back windshield wiper was broken. Unfortunately they didn t carry the part. Erik suggested I get the part at a close by auto parts store and he would install it for free. So that s what I did! Even though they were busy when he saw I was outside he immediately came out to install the windshield wiper. I m thankful for great customer service.Service: Oil change

Excellent experience absolutely every single time I go. I've been going to this location for 4 years, back when Mike was the manager, and he was nothing short of stellar. I didn't catch the name of the manager there now but he'd certainly in his position for a reason. Extremely polite, accommodating, informative, and all around friendly. Service at this location is always as fast as it can be. They always do their best to save you money and make an effort to be informative when it comes to your vehicle. I never feel cheated or pressured into anything and, for me, that's the biggest thing. Absolutely 5 stars!Edit 8/4/18 - MIKE IS BACK!! Went for an oil change today and, once again, was make to feel like family. I look forward to coming here, honestly. Give this place a chance, you won't be disappointed!!
