These guys are great. They towed and repaired my vehicle while I got to another very important appointment. They managed to get the repair done in 1 day which was a huge deal to me! I can see why this business has been around for multiple generations.

Jim's Service helped me on the way to work when a repair light came on my dash. They accommodated me right away, fixed the problem and didn't even charge me. We will definitely be using Jim's Service for our future repair needs and telling our family and friends about the caring and prompt service we received!

If I could leave zero stars I would. First of all you guys tried closing an hour before your closing time listed. Extremely rude on the phone I even got hung up on and now expected to pay fees for my vehicle sitting all weekend?!?! Never again will I do business with such a lack of customer service and empathy . Wonderful people. Great service. Professional and friendly. They know what they are doing. Reasonably priced.Had them tow our box truck to their shop and they got it repaired in no time.We had a pleasant experience dealing with Jim's Service.

My family and I were stranded in a state park with our class c and getting a tow truck out there seem to be a Challenge. Jim s service came to our rescue!! To the nice lady answering the phone setting up. to the tow truck driver that came out. We were very grateful. Awesome service very professional.

Everyone is rude. My daughter's car was towed after an accident and taken here. When I called about getting the plates the woman on the phone was rude. When I arrived at the office at the time she gave me there were 5 people in there. After I walked in and said I was told to come in at this time to get my plates one man replied "okay" and then they all just left me standing there. A few of them passed me as they walked out the door without saying a word to me. As I kept looking around to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me, the woman in the office looked away every time we made eye contact. Once I did get help, I had to drive to a different location for the plates and to recover items from the car. Once the plated were off, the man there just went back to his truck without a word while I struggled to carry everything from that car to mine. Then he just locked up and drove away without a word. Just rude. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Jim s came in 15 minutes on the 490 and brought me quite a ways home, also not a bad price.. The tow truck driver was a good dude.

Not professional guys. Too aggressive, too expensive service. They don't want to communicate and provide an update. Our company truck crashed in this area. We had a lot of issues with Jim's Service.

Jim's service center told my 83 year old father to never come back, simply because...1. he asked if there was a discount available...and 2. because he heard his truck making a noise and it turned out to be nothing. The "family" obviously answers the phones and is completely rude to customers. My whole family lives in Churchville and all 48 of us each have at least 2 cars in the driveway...that is a awful lot of business Jim's Service Center will be losing...Treating the elderly horribly is NOT OK ...And if we ever need AAA to send a tow truck. We will specifically ask them to NOT use Jim's Service. I will be posting this to my facebook as will the rest of my family.

This place is operated by the kindness family s that one can be associated with. Hard working , knowledgeable,reasonable and very personable. Turn around time is awesome. I'm very glad I went there for service. Thank you

In full disclosure, I used to work here. It is a family owned and run business and repairs and service are done well. If you need roadside assistance from motorcycles to motorhomes and tractor trailers, they can do it.

Decently fast when the police called for the tow to get my car out of a ditch from a hit and run, but I found things missing from my car when it was returned to me. Only small items like my aux cable but that's still frustrating.

The best in towing promptly in this area is Jim's service. They were prompt in flatbedding my car away after an MVA today.
