The entire team at Jerry s Auto is friendly and welcoming. They work hard to make any necessary repairs in a timely manor while ensuring that the customer feels valued throughout the entire process. I would recommend Jerry s Auto to anyone in need of car repairs!

I know Jerry through my job as one of my favorite regular customers, and now I can say I'm happy to be a regular customer of his. I brought in my fusion to have the alignment checked after getting a new set of tires, and the difference was night and day. The alignment machine and staff they have working there are top notch and got my car riding like it was new again, and the cost was a whole lot less than I expected to pay from my experiences at the old shops I used to go to in Batavia. I send over everyone and anyone I can now, hard to beat the service you get here.

I have been doing business with Jerry for 30+ years. He has done outstanding work on all my vehicles. Jerry operates with a high level of integrity and business ethics. He is like the doctor you entrust your family to...only in this case it's my car. I have had many situations with my vehicles over the decades. Brought my daughter's car to Jerry's Auto. Jerry was extremely transparent with me, taking the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and the process to diagnose the electrical issues it was having. It's very evident that he goes above and beyond for his customers which is hard to find today. I'm impressed with his auto shop. It was clean, organized, and well run. I brought our old, classic car (1978) to Jerry that had a fuel leak. Knowing that it was a specialized job, I wondered whether or not this type of job could get done at Jerry s Auto. He examined the car, told me all of the potential outcomes, what parts to get, and his willingness to get it a try. The job was scheduled for a week, but was done in two days! He and his team buttoned everything up on this old, sentimental car in a professional way and with excellence. I m appreciative of the care and attention to detail on the repair. The price was fair and the outcome was fantastic! Thank you, Jerry!

Installed 4 grill lights & third brake light strobe on my 2021Tahoe.He had to make custom brackets & wiring, take apart a lot of stuff and put it all back together.Jerry did a fantastic custom job!! He takes the time, care, energy to do the job correctly and to your satisfaction..At Jerry s Auto, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you want work done right, you need to pay appropriately,And Jerry is very reasonable and fair in his pricing.There s not much he can t do.I told him what I wanted, and he did it, extremely well.Thank you Jerry!!

Where do I start? I drove three hours to pick up a plow mount with the impression that I was getting everything that I asked for. On my way up I got a call from Jerry saying when he opened the box, the push beam was missing. This was bad news for me. Jerry and his team did everything they could to get me what I needed. I am very pleased with this business, and I highly recommend them.

I ve been using Jerry s services for several years and have not had one bad experience. His diagnosis of my car s mechanical issues(s) is always accurate, he is transparent about the costs needed to fix my car and his work is done right the first time. Jerry is always willing to take a few minutes and explain why a repair is necessary and what can be done to prevent further issue(s). Jerry has never tried to oversell services or parts and his labor charges accurately reflect the time necessary to get the job done. You will not find a better shop at a better price in Monroe County.

I took my vehicle to Jerry s for a check engine light reading after sinking over $1000 into it at a local dealership. Jerry took the time to try and figure out was actually wrong with it instead of just changing parts out like the dealership did. He was very informative and only proceeded when I gave him the ok on whatever steps he took. I highly recommend this business!!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Need an honest look into your vehicle? This is definitely the place to go to. Jerry works with his customers to find the best price in parts for your vehicle but he will NOT compromise quality of the part. He's straight and to the point . His genuine care for his customers is what speaks volumes. Not your average mechanic shop trying to get you for every dollar. He prides himself in his work with integrity and his technicians he has working under him are the same. Ask anyone who brings their vehicles here. I've seen entire families (literally moms dads cousins uncles aunts) all come through these doors to have their vehicles worked on. Like I said Jerry's Auto is known for their integrity and genuine care for their customers. 30+ years he's been doing this. To find quality work quality parts quality care and the honest truth andddddd they stand behind all the work they do. You can't ask for more! That is honestly rare to find these days in the mechanic world. I wouldn't take my vehicle or anyone in my family's vehicle anywhere else but here.

A lot of people always ask for an honest good and fair mechanic. Jerry and his team are the real deal. I had a lot of questions and had a lot going on during the time my ride was at Jerry's. Anytime I needed anything Jerry and his staff were beyond polite took their time to explain what was going on. If you ever need anything done with your vehicle and are looking for an honest fair and extremely skilled mechanic. Take it to jerrys.

I've been here several times for inspections over the past few years. Seems like a good group of fellas. I had a new engine placed in my van, 6 months later is still running great! He went out if his way to find the pieces needed for the repairs and kept the cost down in the process. I have had all great experiences at this Auto mechanic and highly recommend to others. Not only is it good quality work, but friendly and reasonably priced! What an honest mechanic!

Found Jerry about three years ago after being new to the area. Has done several repairs on multiple vehicles including a camper Trailor. Have never had to bring anything back due to not being fixed properly. Fair pricing, explained every repair and has even shop for parts in order to save me money. Great guy. Will continue working on all my families repairs.

Jerry diagnosed an engine light issue for an hour and advised a different plan to resolve the issue and didn't charge for the time. Also his shop's front end allingment capabilities are top notch!

Jerry, the owner has always been very aware of my families budget when it comes to repairing our cars. He goes beyond most mechanics to try and help keep our cars up and running. I have been recommending him to all of my friends and family members to two years.

My family takes all their cars to Jerry. He's a great, honest guy which you don't find a lot of in the mechanic world. He works with you on pricing and I trust him wholeheartedly.I can't recommend him enough!

I was having trouble with my Boss plow and the guys there walked me through trouble shooting and fixing my plow over the phone without needing extra parts. Or driving 2 hours. I went to Jerry s Auto today for the first time. I m newish to the area and didn t want to travel to a car dealership for an oil change and a car inspection. My car was worked on in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly, which I appreciate. I will most definitely be returning to this auto shop for future repairs and car maintenance!

For all I know these guys are very talented mechanics, but their business and people skills leave much to be desired. I dropped off my car at 8 am and was told they would diagnose, fix, and have my car back to me before closing time. They told me they were "a busy shop" (like every other mechanic in the world isn't busy...), but they could definitely have my car back by the end of the day. When I hadn't heard from them by 4 pm I began to call. I was blown off 3 times without my phone calls returned. When I finally talked to someone, they informed me my car would not pass inspection and they would need it for at least another day, probably two. My car did need extra work, but I could have used this information after the first phone call, not on the 4th. Also, I've come across MUCH more reasonable prices from other mechanics. Bottom line, I don't trust these guys and they need a refresher course on customer service 101.

Found a hole in a tire today that was rapidly leaking air and needed to be plugged ASAP . Luckily I was right around the corner and stopped in. They took care of it right away and we are so thankful for them helping us . We will use them again in the future. GREAT service!!! Clearly explained what was happening to my car and how to fix it. Hourly rate is comparable to other shops, including the dealer, plus you are supporting a local business. Great all the way around!!
