I purchased a certified pre-owned, hardly driven vehicle today. From the first communication, Josh, the salesperson, was straightforward, honest and easy to talk to. It was the most pleasant car-buying experience that I've had in decades! I look.forward to many happy miles in my 2023 Trailblazer RS. :)

Excellent service. Never an issue making appointments or dropping off for a more emergent fix. Quick turnaround and never requiring repeat visits for the same issue. Great on preventative maintenance too.

Took my new vehicle in for its first oil change. The time spent at Sun Chevy was quick and everything was done to my satisfaction. Any questions I had were answered and the service dept. was very professional. Great experience!

Overall it was, and always is, great! I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS Inspection. They informed me that I needed a new air filter. I said OK, but honestly that was 65$. About 20$ for the filter, and the rest labor. I know, years ago, these were quite easy to replace, maybe that has changed? This is the only reason for 4 stars. It would otherwise be 5.

The service department was great. They helped me with what I thought was going to be a simple solution but wasn t. They handled it well and adjusted to fix the issue for my desired need.Always great service from these guys. Truly appreciate their service throughout the years!

Apparently my suburban can t get enough of Sun Chevy! there was a weird noise coming from my suspension area and instead of shoving me off like I ve had in the past, they did a visual inspection and found the issues! Super happy with their service and pleasant attitude!

As always great customer service. However while the car was being serviced someone who is a heavy smoker was in the car and it really smelt bad. I don't think any of the people in the lube shop smoke but someone does.First complaint in many years so I will be backRon Graner

Got a call from April that Parking Assist upgrade was ready. Scheduled the work and oil change and tire rotation. Dropped the vehicle off the night before, got it back next morning. All the work done as planned. Thank you, April, Mark and the Service Team!

8 speed transmission oil flush. On such an important job, I m disappointed that they no discount or points credited. A mater of the fact the price went up. Also it would have been nice to have seen the condition of oil that came out of it, but guess that s my fault for not asking. This is one of those times you re not sure but you hope for the best!

I was having issues with another dealer in Syracuse. They couldn't diagnose a car which I just purchased and the earliest they could look at it was three weeks away. Sun looked at my car two days later. Their services was great, their personnel were polite, and I'm happy I changed dealers.

I ve gone to Sun Chevrolet twice now, with two different vehicles. Both times my service advisor was Brandon. He was very professional, explained and even showed what was wrong and worked with me to repair and inspect my vehicles. He did not push anything and was very reasonable.
