Hi , I called Cazenovia equipment of chittenango with hydrolic issue on my 4044r, Josh called me back and was very helpful. It s nice when employees go out of there way to help customers.

All around bad experience. Had them pick up my mower and told them carb needed servicing. A week later I had to call them since I hadn't heard from them. Not only had they not gotten to the carb but they had instead built up a 2000 dollar estimate. I needed them to look at the carb not look for ways to make money. So now Im out a week and 192 dollars and I still have a lawnmower that needs to be serviced.

I had them service my lawnmower. Told them to do whatever they needed to do to get it up and running for me. After 750 dollars, I still have the same problems. When I called to complain that it wasn t running, the guy actually argued with me.In the end, I m 750 dollars poorer and my riding mower still doesn t work any different. I m the spring, I will have to buy a new one. Could have used that 750 towards a new one!

All around great experience. The service department is excellent I've had work done in the shop and also technicians come to my house. Josh does a great job leading that department Riley ,Travis and Dan have come to my home to work on equipment very professional completely satisfied .

They looked at my parents riding lawnmower and gave them an estimate of $1279.00 to fix before tax. My parents gave my brother the estimate he then took the estimate and the riding lawnmower to a friend's house had him look at it. He changed the battery cable, put fix a flat in one of the tires then mowed his own lawn to be sure it was good to go. cost $30.00.Signed,Disappointed

Very helpful with finding all the parts I needed for my mower. I was not rushed as well when trying to find out info for items and getting other items.

I have been dealing with this location ( Chittenango store) for 15 + years and the service has always been top notch , wether inquiring about a equipment item or locating Parts that other vendors have told me it's been discontinued only to find that I can get at Caz . A.W.

As ops manager of Crawford farms we have a Lot of equipment.. John Deere equipment to be exact. We have always used Caz equipment and the service department at Chittenango is always on top of it, and always friendly!! In emergency situations they have never let me down! Keep up the good work!

They always have my back! if they don't have parts I need they can always get them in a few days. Pleasant people to do business with if I could give a 10 I would!

Wanted to charge me 150.00 to repair a 15.00 fuel line on a sthil ms170 that's i was able to replace in 20 min. At home. Before that I inquired about a new ms250 farm boss when I dropped the ms170 off to have it repaired, only to have the guy behind the counter act like I was bothering him. He didnt know a thing about it except to say they make no money on Sthil saws. So even though I was right on the edge of buying a 400.00 saw. His attitude shut it right down. I have yet to,meet anyone in the Chittenango location worth doing business with.

I took a chainsaw in for repair a Husqvarna they said they didn't service that brand and made me feel like a cheap skate. Don't plan on going back again.

Bought my X584 back in 2016 and I have received nothing but great service and support from sales, front counter and especially the service department. Questions answered and parts available when I need them. Will continue to use Caz Tractor in Chittenango!
