The Owner Dan is great. He helped me in every way he could. The 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo is Totally Awesome. with a lift kit and Bigger Tires. It rides high and proud. LOVE the Jeep.Thanks Dan.

I bought a used Toyota Highlander from Dan a week ago. He made the process simple and was a pleasure to work with. Maureen behind the counter was well organized and very personable. My family and I are very happy with our Highlander. I got a great deal and being a 1 owner, it's very clean. It's not easy finding a vehicle this clean for $10k in our area forget about an awd Toyota. I'm not a pushover reviewer, believe me. I would and will suggest Arcia Services in the future.

Got my first car in July. Need up hitting a deer and it getting totaled call Dan right away and he helped me through get into another car right away . Definitely would recommend getting a car though him

I was beyond happy with the vehicle I purchased for my daughter from Dan at Cash Cars CNY (Arcia Services LLC). Dan was very honest and open from start to finish. The vehicle is in great condition and he was able to do some extra to make the vehicle perfect. I had a minor issue and Dan was real quick to take care of it for me. I will absolutely use them in the future.

Great service from start to finish. Fast and beyond courteous when it came to communicating about different vehicles. Definitely will be going back if I need a car again.All these reviews that they respond to saying no record are a bunch of people getting their friends to try and take down this small business. It s just sad that you d want to destroy a local small business. Just be better

This business met all my expectations and deserves a 5 star review. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We were able to schedule an appointment to test drive vehicles via text from the number listed in the website and they got back to us promptly. We test drove the vehicle we were interested in and were able to leave with it same. They complete the dmv stuff for customers which made it less stressful. We didn t feel pressured into buying a car which we have felt in the past shopping around at other dealerships. The dealership is well stocked with variety of cars/suvs and trucks to choose from.

Very happy with my experience with them. I originally saw the vehicle on Facebook marketplace and messaged them to set up a test drive, they responded very quickly. They did all the dmv paperwork which was a bonus and I was able to negotiate for a reasonable price. They are very professional to work with and I would do business with them again.

I purchased a 2014 jeep grand cherokee limited with 130,000 miles on it. When I picked the vehicle up everything went very smoothly except for the second set of keys. They did make good and got me the second set. 3100 miles later and 36 days later the motor blew. Had paid for the vehicle to be towed to a nearby shop that I know has serviced their vehicles and did the oil change. A few days later i get a call. The motor is no good needs a replacement. Call dealership 15 to 30k fo a replacement. Arcadia motorsports tells Me Too Bad! they're not taking any responsibility. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Great people at arcia fast and honest got me my plates within half hour and they have a lot of nice cars at a great price. After I bought the car I left the lights on and my battery died then I reverse jumped it and messed up the fuse. Totally my fault called arcia and they helped me take care of it no problem. I Will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

My brother bought a car from Arcia Service car was a little rough but they registered it and was good and they took and ( slapped a inspection sticker on it) thought it would be a safe vehicle for a few years at least but buy the time he got home the engine light came on and it started over heating we had it fixed and took it to a garage to see what it would cost to have the exhaust system replaced well we where told the vehicle was unsafe and the car was not worth putting any money into as Fram and under body was rusted out and not safe to drive... this will be delt with legally see you soon

Not the best experience this business stated have a policy for 1000 security deposit just so i can take it to my garage and let them look at it. I believe the cars are not good from the beginning and taking people's money just incase. Sneaky people. Beware

bought nice car,first few days i had to replace front composites.the back frame of the composites were stripped and rusted out.far from alighment .highlights aimed straight too the road would not adjust.a week later i replace the altenator. 100 for composites and back plates and 150 for the alternator.left old composites there on step never heard anything from them since, oh i left a letter and message

Sold a car to a friend and less then 90 days later engine seized up from burning all the oil. They said they will do nothing to help her out and that it wouldn't have matter if it died the day after she got off the lot. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience buying a vehicle from him I offered to send a deposit for a vehicle that I was going to be purchasing he told me my deposit was nonrefundable and the vehicle was sold as is even if I showed up and the vehicle was not as described. Obviously he had something to hide on the vehicle do not buy vehicles from this dealer!
