The most amazing trailer body repair shop. They gave the quote for the trailer body damage repairs within 4 hours when it was requested. After that they get all the needed parts tomorrow morning. They are very fast and professional in their work. They fixed the trailer damage and the trailer looks similar to the condition before the body damage. They have done really hard work in just one day and gave reasonable prices. We would recommend them for the trailer repairs. They are friendly and helpful

Weis Truck and Trailer Repairs became a safe haven for me on my way to California. My truck's alignment was terrible and so many things were wrong that I didn't know of. These people took my truck in. They helped me greatly and the staff at the office were amazing. Teresa, Sarah and Weis and all the technical were so professional and kind. These guys deserve 5 stars, from the customer service to the work they do. Someone hit my trailer and ripped my door hinges, I called them and they got me in and out in no time. A week later I called them again to replace some trailer cross members, they got the trailer in there and the next day my trailer was as good as new. I am more than happy with these guys, and every time I'm in Rochester, if I need work in any of my trucks or trailers. If you're ever in Rochester and need work, this is the place to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys literally saved my day when I had a break down on the 490. They were very prompt in dispatching an affiliate towing company to get me (which showed up very quickly - 15 minutes later - which NEVER happens) and were very upfront and thorough about explaining what went wrong with my truck while I was there. I'm pretty novice in my knowledge so I'm always super grateful when shop owners/mechanics actually explain to me what the heck is going on with the truck and how things work! They allowed me to leave my keys there and hop on a bus back home and pick up the rest of the communication with the actual truck owner/my boss. They were very hassle free and easygoing. Awesome people! Thank you so much!

I broke a trailer door at a customers down the street. I was worried that no one would be able to help me. Not only did they help me the were able to squeeze me in and repaired my door for a reasonable price.I would highly recommend them and their employees.

Absolutely the best service ever! 34 years in trucking, and finally found great customer service and real mechanics ... From now on I will be routing myself to Rochester to get work done on my truck and trailer. Call Eric and you will see what I mean. The people are friendly and the mechanics are awesome! This is my third purchase, once again great service. I'm in Rochester just about once a week for the past year. Every time they've worked me in to an already very busy shop and got the work done fast. Techs know what they're doing. Anyone running a semi truck knows how hard it is to find competent, reliable service on the road. Well if you're anywhere near Rochester NY, here it is.

We are here from out of town and had issue's with our trailer. We went there they pulled someone and had them start immediately. Not only that but they were very nice and polite they didn't try to overcharge us either the price was way less than we thought it would be. They even stayed a little late to help us they are by far the best repair shop i have ever been to.

Best place for all your truck and trailer repair.Very responsible price,.I have some issue with my trailers tandem.Was fixed real fast. Very polite and friendly staff. Little hard to find. I am definitely going back for all my truck n trailer service.

This place was great and respectful of my time. I went there for a trailer washout and was out in about 45 minutes. It's kind of tricky you have to go down to the end of the street and turn around and park on the wrong side of the road but besides that they have a great service.

Wow! These folks are great! They got us in at the end of the day, replaced a brake valve on our trailer, dot inspection, 2 new tires, 7 prong plug on the trailer, and we were rolling before sundown! Super friendly, down-home country folks. Out to prove that upstate NY is real people. Thx.

Had broken front spring hanger on 2000 Freightliner Classic, and brake shoe coming off backing, called on Monday morning talked to Tom, (I ordered part from local Freightliner dealer) he scheduled me into shop for Tuesday morning, (believe it or not) they got me in at 8am and I left at noon, ON TIME AND BELOW $ What I expected, Eric and the tech did what they said they would. Great job! I will come back

We were stranded in Farmington , no one else even tried to help or give us options , or the 3 shops I did call would not be able to finish the job the same day. I called at 8:01am and Mara answered. I want to tell you, she was just so fantastic. They were pretty booked, but after telling her our situation , her compassion kicked in and she was able to get us squeezed in. This place is ligetament! The owner himself called me a few hours later telling me it would be ready by 4-4:30. Blam!!The best experience. Really save us today.

Picked up a trailer in Canandaigua and the 7 pin housing was smashed and non functioning. Tom stayed late to get me back on the road. Reasonable rates, competent workmanship and dedication to his trade. Thank you Tom!

Got me in and out first thing in the morning so I could still make my load on time, left my truck there at night and like they said, they found my truck and pulled it into the shop first thing as soon as they opened. Much respect. Thanks again guys.

Charge mo 1700dollar i endup with the same issu they never fix the problem after 24hrs waiting there there excuse 0000000excises but they are not proffesional it all they are rockies when it comes to work on comer ial trailers. I hate this place they know how to robb you

The owner of this business is an honest man. We had trouble with our trailer after getting it repaired. He not only paid for it but allowed us to fix the trailer else where. For that they will always get our business.
