Great. I got to reunite with my Sales Person Dennis Wiggins and Service Person Jim Zacari again. Two beautiful people that I truly enjoyed their warm personalities and knowledge to questions that I have asked them. The whole staff is very warm and pleasant. The waiting room is very accommodating and the wait was short!

I've never had a problem per se at this Volvo dealer in some years of going there. However last time I went in for an oil change, they recommended rear bushings which would be about $1000. (They recommended this a year ago as well.) This confused me a little bit because usually when bushings go, you'll get a rough ride or feel some vibrations, but nothing. Smooth ride.I was curious so I took it into another highly respected & reviewed repair shop in the area for a second opinion - which told me they checked out all the bushings and found absolutely no need to replace anything and that everything looked perfect. (They told me 2 different people looked at the car and drove it as well to make sure nothing was awry.)Trust is everything in this business... so this left me confused and thinking I'm going to be moving my business to the other repair shop from now on.Will update if anything changes.

I enjoy servicing my XC90 R design with Volvo they are very thorough and on top of everything to keep my truck running efficiently! I recently brought it in to have detailing done and it s show room ready again!

I have been in the automotive business for a long time, and this was my first experience with Volvo Cars of Rochester. The service team was exceptional - fast, efficient and so pleasant to work with. Jimmy in sales is top notch, professional and just plain great to work with. Go see the team at Volvo!

A helpful visit today to check a possible battery issue, follow-up to a yearly service in January. Paul in service quickly resolved the issue, and I was glad while I waited to bump into Hector, who does client ferrying service. It was like meeting an old friend!

Volvo Cars of Rochester Service Center team deserve 5 stars for Customer satisfication. The service team is extremely attentive to their customer and there needs on a personal level, team is transparent on needed service, helpfulclosing customer concerns, and inviting champions who recognize the value of their Volvo brand.

Ok my Volvo was nagging me about service. I needed NYS Inspection, it was overdue already by a day. Imagine my surprise when I go to the website and they offered an appointment on the same day at 8:15 am! I thought it was going to be a week or 2.So I get there at 8:15am. Paul helped me. He looked over the records, asked me question clarifying what I wanted done. I wanted a trailer hitch installed. The XC60 T8 has a very odd motorized trailer hitch, unlike any of the other models. So I didn't think they'd have one. So he went and checked with parts for me. Nope, but he said he could have one in a few days. OK.So then he gets Chris to give me a ride back to work. Zero wait. Chris was the nicest guy ever. Turns out we went to the same high school. Back to work in 10 minutes. Wow.THen I get a call from Paul. They found a hitch for me. Wow!So when I went to pick up the car, Paul then comes out to the lot with me to show me how it worked, and where they'd put the bag with ball and pin.So best automobile service ever.

I contacted Volvo Rochester for a repair. My car was almost 3 week past the warranty expiration. Nick was able to get the parts and labor covered by Volvo. Saved me some money! I called him St Nick for going above and beyond to get it covered!!! They also gave me a loaner! You really cannot beat the service at Volvo Rochester!

The service department at Volvo Cars Rochester is very accommodating. They are professional and honest about the needs of your car. I wouldn t take my Volvo anywhere else! Who knows Volvo best but Volvo!!

Easy in and out and requesting a loaner. Would just appreciate more communication at check out about what was or wasn't done for my maintenance. I have the receipt, but couldn't totally tell what exactly was done till I Googled it.
