By far the best body shop in the area. They went far and above what they even had to do. Great work. Amazing communications and best of all friendly people. I will not go anywhere else after this experience.

If you re looking for an honest and reliable business, I highly recommend Vogel s Collision all around in the greater Rochester area. My car was recently repaired for a dent in the rear portion of the panel. From first point of contact with Vogel s Collision, they were incredibly professional. They handled a majority of the busy paperwork with insurance, which was one less hassle for myself. Throughout the process I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands to repair and do what they do best. The outcome was great! They definitely went above and beyond to not only repair the dent, but to also smooth out other small dings and scratches. In picking my car up, it was washed and polished! It definitely looked better than when I drove it off the lot from the dealership. I cannot give enough praise for Vogel s Collision and its amazing staff and employees! Thank you for taking such great care of my car.

I cannot rave enough about the crew at Vogels. We have used them for years, but they get better every time. They helped us above and beyond with a recent accident and made the process a smooth one despite constant insurance battles. Thank you to Adam and his team for their professionalism and amazing work! You will always have our business!

I was debating between a 2 star and a 1 star. Ultimately I went with 1 because although they did the repair well everything else was garbage. Their communication was terrible accross the board. Each day I was scheduled to pick up my car I would call and they would tell me they rescheduled for a later date. Once I called in and I said that I was told I would recieve the car the week before and the person on the phone said "Do you know how many people I talk to in a day. How am I supposed to remember everything I tell everyone..." Which is wild to me because for some reason I thought that was what his job was. They rescheduled maybe 5 times, and they always failed to tell me in advanced.. they said they found extra damages that might cost a couple hundred dollars more, in the end it costed $1.3k more. All this and the ridiculously rude staff member warrants the rating. In the end if you're hoping for a repair to get done, this is the place. But if you're looking for good customer service, transparency, and to recieve your car within a reasonable period.. you won't find that here.

I've had to use Vogel's more times than I'd care to, but each time has been superb. Very professional, reliable staff, and finished product is excellent. Fully recommend and while I hope each visit is the last, they're the first place I'd turn to if in need.

Very rude & arrogant. I called to paint/wrap my Van because it s gonna be used for my business and they said That s not something we d be interested in doing . You should never judge a book by its cover because I was also gonna mention if they could paint my sons & husbands sport cars and my BMW& GWagon. However when you judge someone s first named vehicle before even knowing why they want it painted. People won t be back for their other and I m definitely gonna tell people about my experience. How rude and to talk down on someone s vehicle and says it s not worthy of painting. I will take it to another shop and pay 9k to get it done because I actually have no price limit! Their loose. DO Better

I was in a crisis after getting in an accident and they were very attentive, caring, and gave me a great service. There was no b.s, they were honest and straight to the point. Very fair pricing. I cannot recommended them enough. They helped me out tremendously to the point where I almost feel I owe them more! So here I am writing a review. Erik took care of me. I am so grateful to Vogel's for the work they did on my 2002 Civic. My car has a fair amount of body damage but minimal other problems and low mileage for its age. When I was rear-ended recently, I was worried that that was the end for my car. After a quick Google search, I called Vogel's and was able to bring it in that day for an estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. I was able to bring in the car the following week for repair and was able to pick it up the next day. I am thrilled with the results. They certainly were able to make it driveable again, and it also came in under budget. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work!!

No one ever wants to employ the services of a collison shop...but if you find yourself in that postion, Vogel's Collision is THE place to go. They are professional, courteous, and do fantastic work.

Most excellent communication. They gave me an honest estimate on the project and did not waver. Got me in right away. All taxes and fees included; in the end, no BS and no surprises! Vogel's did an excellent job on my sons car. It was finished on time and given back to us in a very clean condition. During the time they had the car in for repair they kept us very well informed. Great service and repair from Vogel's. My car was broken into via the window being smashed and part of the interior was damaged. Erie Insurance suggested 3 shops and Vogel's was the first one on their list. The service was excellent from the first phone call to picking up my car a few days later. They were informative and the work done was double checked by the owner Barry and he notified me that when the car came back for a delayed part that he would have them go over another panel again. Great place! Did a wonderful job on repairing my driver's side door. It looked like it got punched by the Hulk, and I had to use duct tape to protect the open gap by the window...now my door is BETTER than new!!

My girlfriend and I have both brought our vehicles to Vogel s when we were in a bind. We were trying to find a place that had good turnaround time. I am self-employed and use my vehicle for work so turnaround time was a big factor to us. They over exceeded our expectations and had our vehicles ready for pick up faster than any other collision shop around. The front staff and Erik were very knowledgeable and helpful they handled all the paperwork with the insurance companies which took a lot of stress off of us. I will never use another collision shop and highly recommend Vogel s to all my family and friends.Service: Painting

They did a great job on my dads car. They were very accommodating in the way they explained the process to remediate the mold in our Nissan Rouge. The dealer did not offer any solutions. I would recommend them every day. The finished product is a new looking vehicle. Totally awesome.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Vogel's Collision in Rochester where I took my car in for damages to the passenger side of the car to be repaired. I was relieved when I did not have to deal with the Insurance company, all was taken care of through Vogel's Collision. The results were just amazing. My car looked brand new and the paint job was perfect and my car was ready to go as promised. The customer service was so overwhelming. Vogel's Collision treats you like family.
