I always wonder how a business, especially what is perceived to be a successful automotive dealership hits rock bottom. This is my second and LAST time ever (and I mean ever) stepping foot in a Vision Automotive Group dealership.The Vision Nissan dealership on West Ridge Road should be embarrassed about its operation. In all my years of doing business with different companies from mom and pops, to huge corporations, I have never experienced such a disconnect from business reality demonstrated by Vision Nissan in Greece in my life.I made an appointment for an oil change and an inspection for 8am. I arrive and they check me in. They told me about 1 to 1.5 hours and I said ok. 2 hours later, nothing - because they could not take 1 second of their time to tell me they were a bit behind, be conscious of their customer, and give me an update, I go to them and ask. "It will be done soon" is what I am told.The 3-hour mark hits and I am told my 2021 truck will not pass inspection because of a very very minor tear on the rubber of 1 windshield wiper blade (yes, read that again). That information is followed with "so sir, you can take the failed inspection, go buy new wiper blades, put them on, and then call us to make another appointment for an inspection OR, we can install ours for $70 and pass you. I laughed and said, go ahead and put yours on. When I purchased my 2021 truck from a different Vision dealership they gave me 2 punch cards with 10 free oil changes on each card. I present my card and am told they do not honor those anymore due to new ownership.Good stuff Vision, you are a train wreck of customer service and your con job, hustle nonsense is pretty creative. Crap all over the place, no cars in the showroom, dirty, and I love the 2018 award that you so proudly display. I am embarrassed for you.Maybe REread your "Nissan Customer Promise" sign.

My visit to Vision Nissan Greece was met with positive expectations. I wished to deal business with sales rep Ryan as I heard people who went with him had good experiences in purchasing vehicles with and my personal experience was true to that too. I purchased the 2023 Nissan Rogue and I was very happy with the efficient and successful process and I am enjoying the vehicle! Would definitely recommend Vision Nissan Greece and Ryan to others.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience at Vision Nissan Greece. We shopped their competitors and Vision Nissan Greece far exceeded them in every way! The entire team was so professional, courteous, and made us feel like family! They were excited, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire buying process. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable and found the experience very pleasurable. They were also knowledgeable and offered to answer any questions we had at any time. We'd especially like to thank Greg, Aidan, and Paul for all their help and professionalism. This is the best place to buy a vehicle and we absolutely love our new Nissan Rogue! Cheers!

The salesman, Ryan, was great, but I felt I was swindled. I went in because of the commercial advertising 1.9 financing. I was looking at used cars. The one I found Ryan went in to check to see if the 1.9 would apply. I have excellent credit so we came back and said that I qualified for the 1.9 is told by the finance person, Paul, when I went in to sign papers, I assumed that it was still at 1.9 finance charge. Paul was throwing all these papers at me after I waited an hour or two for him to be available. I was happy with everything and just a week later was going through all the paperwork just to be sure and saw the 9.9 finance charge. I was never told I wasn t going to get the 1.9 finance charge. I felt very pressured to sign everything quickly, so yes, it was my mistake but they knew I was looking for the 1.9. I have no trust in the finance person there at all.

I called to have my first service appt. and mentioned that I wanted the recall items taken care off. When I arrived they were only able to rotate my tires because they lost their ev certification. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time as I would not have gone to that dealership.

I gave this location another chance because it s close to my house and I m glad that I did. I don t want to speak badly about the person I dealt with before but Adam really made up for that. He wasn t condescending or rude about what I could or couldn t afford to do at this time. He helped me prioritize the service and I truly appreciated that.

I went to get my 2022 Sentra lease inspected and left leasing a 2024 Sentra. Nick Quarterman was the salesman. He was friendly and listened to everything I wanted in order to lease the 2024. I would highly recommend looking for him if you go to Vision Nissan in Greece!

I called the service department about 5 times on various times throughout the week. Each time I d call, I d get the message you are next in line and it would then go to voicemail. Never would I get a call back or response. Every other line I called resulted in the same results. It s impossible getting past service records if no one picks up the phone.

I am giving Vision a five star just based on the manager -Mike Morton. But the salesman wasn't knowledgeable and was totally lacking in people skills. My experience was nothing like I have had for the past 10 years at Vision. The salesman I have had before has left for a competitive dealership.

Greece NY dealership - Willie salesman provided excellent cust svc. He was patient and listened to what I wanted. Personable. Nick from finance was excellent and very knowledgeable. GM Gregory Hunt was also very helpful and great to work with

My battery suddenly died. They were very busy but Adam was reassuring and kind. I drove there and they got me right in. My wait was short. There was fresh coffee :) Everyone I encountered, with shout out to Coltan and I believe her name was Lisa were courteous, kind and helpful!! I so appreciate they re good service!!

I went in not 100% sure I was going to purchase a new vehicle. Ended up pulling the trigger on it and it was everything I hoped. The Rogue is perfect and has every feature I wanted. Aidan and the others reps were great working with the numbers and getting me where I wanted to be. So happy with my new beautiful car!

waited for assistance on warranty work being approved on my vehicle. Found out vision of Greece never sent bill of sale to said warranty company, trying to get help for a task so simple is impossible with this dealership. After calling for months daily leaving voicemails, sending emails, etc. They won t cooperate, return any of my attempts to reach a representative that can help. This is how they treat their customers who have paid off on cars, be careful buying a car outright from this place.

Horrible customer service. Getting the run around. Sales person does not respond to texts. General manger does not return calls. In addition to not clearly explaining the difference between remote keyless entry and keyless entry, we were sold a car without keyless entry after specifically stating we wanted keyless entry. Furthermore, we picked up a car when it was dark and did not notice a long scratch on front end right side. Buyer beware....shop elsewhere!

My husband and I decided to take a drive over there so see if they had any desirable cars. Upon pulling in we encountered a man in a white truck pulling aggressive towards us so we were driving down the side of the building and as we were turning around we realized he was behind us just sitting there n not letting us go back the way we came. The he aggressively pulled his truck up to ask what we were doing and we didn t like the way we were treated by the apparent parking lot police (who was a service advisor or possibly a service manager not exactly sure in his title)Needless to say I will not even consider doing business there. We Apologize for visiting your dealership when we clearly weren t welcome !!

My old Altima had been hit by a deer, I was looking to trade for a 2024 Altima. From the very start my salesman, Ryan M. made the process easy for me. If you had asked me 6 months ago, I would have said hands down I d recommend this location. But, a rude/harassing service manager, has created a terrible experience. He screams, he cuts you off & refuses to listen to what you have to say. As a manager, I would have had better hopes. I ve asked to speak to GM, of this location, to express how I was poorly treated, but no call back. I would NOT recommend this place for anything!!! It s too bad, because the peons working are wonderful.

This is the second vehicle I ve brought from this Nissan dealership. I go here for most of my vehicles maintenance. I called and made an appt for my SUV, for my oil change and inspection, they called and cancelled the appt the day of due to not having stickers. I rescheduled my appt for the oil change only and the only thing they kept asking was if they could purchase my 2014 Sentra because they were overpaying for used vehicles. I told them I was not interested. They scheduled my appt for 430, I got there at 4pm was told by Colten that I am an hour late and they cannot do my oil change. I showed him my confirmation email and he told me it must have been the call center and they don t do oil changes that late in the day. Then I was told I may be able to squeeze you in next week . That was terrible customer service. Even if the call center did make that appt, it should have been honored. I should not have been made to feel as if I m an inconvenience when I clearly had an appt. The response should have been I apologize there must have been a miscommunication, we usually don t do oil changes this late but let me see what I can do. I had to rush to get there just to be turned around. If I did not have the free oil changes in my package, I would not be returning. As soon as my service plan is upI will not be back. Poor customer service and I definitely will not purchasing another vehicle from here.

Nick was amazing!! He listened and understood exactly what I wanted in a new Rouge. After only a few minute chat, he immediately knew what I came in for and he didn t try to sell me on something I did not want. He went right to work finding me the perfect vehicle. Nick has a great easy going and funny personality and made the process very smooth. He ensured the transition into my new vehicle was seamless!

I contacted Vision Nissan to find a specific car (make & model). The sales representative was great in that respect. However, I asked questions about how credit inquiries would happen and insisted that I only wanted 1 credit pull with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp (NMAC) as they had the financing on my previous vehicle. I was assured that only 1 credit pull would occur. Today, when I checked my credit report, there is more than 1 inquiry related to auto financing for my auto. As we all know, multiple inquiries can have an adverse affect on credit scores.I received a preferred rate from NMAC, there was no need for the dealership to run additional credit reports. Also, if they "had" to pull a separate report, I should have been informed as this was a cause of great concern.Finding the car for the client is only a portion of the customer service exprience. For the next 24 months, I will see this inquiry on my credit report and will remember how I was misled by Vision Nissan so they could "get the sale" that they already had, because they were the nearest dealership that had the car configuration that I desired. Future business was theirs to lose...and they lost it from me, because I find them not trustworthy as a result of misleading me.

Tyler in finance was a pleasure to work with and made my car shopping experience Great!Unfortunately 3 months later my transmission has gone in my brand new 2023 Nissan. Very unhappy and disappointed with my purchase. My car was there from June until sept for a new transmission. Had to fight tooth and nail to get a rental from them.Now January 2024 my car is back at the dealership, this time my car won t turn on. Won t turn on even when being jumped.Extremely disappointed with my purchase.
