BUYERS BEWARE!!!!I bought a used vehicle from Vision Kia a few months ago at over $44,000. Their customer service was good during the sales process, but quickly changed once I signed the paperwork.It started when I finished signing all the paperwork. I received my keys and was excited to drive off. I turned on my new vehicle and a bunch of lights started flashing and it wouldn't start. They sent out one of their service techs. They were able to get it into the service station. 1 1/2 hours later, they said it was safe to drive home. I was obviously worried about my new vehicle. They assured me that if there were any issues, that they would certainty take care of it.That weekend I moved my sun visor to the side position and the whole visor fell out of the ceiling and was dangling. I have never seen this happen in any vehicle I have ever owned. I guess I never checked moving the visor when I test drove the truck. I checked the passenger side visor and that also fell out of the ceiling and dangles.I called my salesperson who was so receptive when I was going through the sales process before I signed the paperwork. I left him a voice message explaining what happened and ask him to call me back.A week later, I never received a call. I tried calling a second time. I had to leave a second message. A week went by and no response.Then I tried texting my salesperson and I never got a response.The following week I called the service department and talked to a representative. She was nice and assured me she would go talk to my salesperson and the manager and promised me one of them would call me by end of day.It's been two months and still no call back.I strongly recommend anyone thinking about buying a vehicle from them Vision Kia to be careful and look at other options.

Bought a used 2021 Sorento here. I thought the sales and finance team did great. Friendly, accommodating. Communication was ok. I do have to say I am unfortunately a little bit disappointed with the detailing of the used car. I found candy wrappers and a Covid mask in the back slots behind the driver seats. The seat protector spray was clearly visible on certain areas and wasn t rubbed in, it shows as dark wet looking marks. There was dust on the dashboard. Back could of used more vacuum or sticky roller, dog hairs still visible. The outside of the car looks great. I get that a lot of cars come in and they have to get them in and get them out- but just disappointed in the detail. Not to mention the car I brought in for service I got brakes less than a year ago in the back and they said my rotor was rusted and not lined up correctly and wanted me to pay for that. I put less than 6000 miles on if so it was obviously put on wrong. The other thing that I found fishy was about a week after I had my back brakes done, my brake lines in the back started leaking. Same thing happened to my wife the year before. Damage from the lift? Another big expense.. So def pros and cons with the service department. I sold that car so didn t need to pay for anything on the brakes. But as someone that finances cars and doesn't get a new car every 3 years, this was the first car I bought in a long long time. I was just a bit disappointed.Update: 5/3/23 : the LoJack anti-theft device I was pretty much forced into for $1000 isn t activated and I ve been playing phone tag with 3 different people. Was on hold for 9 min with Samuel and had to call back. Now I have to go BACK in for maybe an hour when I just got this car to have them install or fix it. Waste of time.5/6/23 : Went back in and sat there for the mechanic to say he repositioned it and it should be working. Still doesn't work. Waste of my time and money - I'll be getting it removed and a refund. I would NOT get LoJack.5/30/23: LoJack STILL doesn t work. Playing phone tag 10-15 calls. I am just going to file with the BBB soon if I don t get my LoJack refunded. This place is horrible.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. We have always had great sales and service experiences here. Sales staff works to get you your new car quickly and it's a great buying experience. Service staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always had good experiences with service. Highly recommend this dealership!

Had very precise requirements for a lease on a Niro EV. Submitted details via online form and email (twice). Received follow-up auto-generated emails from the GM, finance manager and a couple of others, but never received a quote. Maybe another dealership that doesn't like dealing remotely (we're 3+ hours away, so won't be dropping by to discuss I person).

We recently had a major repair completed at vision Kia in East Rochester. We were happy that we were able to get an appointment quickly, and the work was completed in a few days. When we went to pick up our vehicle however, they asked if we had brought our second set of keys. We had not. They failed to mention to bring the 2nd set of keys as they had to reprogram the fobs due to the replacement of a module. Needless to say, we were a little unhappy being asked to return another time. They were very apologetic and said we could stop anytime, no appointment necessary. Well, my husband went with both key fobs a week later and they turned him away, indicating that they would not be able to fit him in to their schedule.What a frustrating experience! We don t live close to the dealership, so we are going out of our way to correct something that was their error in the first place! Would not recommend.

Had a wonderful buying experience with both Sal and David. I strongly recommend this place- everyone was kind and professional and accommodating. They were clear and upfront on price, and didn't constantly try to upsell etc- just provided accurate info and options and let me be the boss. A+ from me, for both the staff and the dealership process.Only one accessibility note: If you're noise sensitive or have sensory issues, bring a pair of earplugs. The music is a bit loud and there's no where to really get away from it. Normal hearing people won't have an issue.

Amazing staff. Enjoyed working with everyone especially Nick my salesman was soooo awesome. Great guy, understands you well and listens to you the whole time. Answers all your questions and gets you a great deal with the manager. Russel is sooo cool and funny. Russel does an amazing job doing all your paperwork. Overall great service. Go get a Kia. I bought the Kia Sportage x line premium.

I recently had the engine code P1326 , which is for the knock sensor. I first went to Vision Kia in Canandiagua to buy a knock sensor, I also took time to speak with the service department there. I told them about the code and they blew me off, let me buy a sensor. A few day later my engine failed at about 96,000 miles with regular oil changes at about 4000 intervals. After my engine failed I called Vision Kia of East Rochester and spoke with Manny the service manager. He told me not to do anything to it, and bring the car in right away for diagnostics. Turns out that the car was under warranty for the knock sensor update and if you got the P1326 code , the repair or replacement may be covered by Kia. Manny and the whole service team were awesome in helping me with my dilemma , it took some time;Kia Replaced my engine at no cost to me, redeeming my faith in Kia Motors. Thanks again Manny and crew , I'll be back for service again soon.

I've seen comments about lack of communication from here and have to definitely agree. I took my car in because the service engin light was on. They initially told me it needed a part that was on recall. Fine. Then I called for an update, they told me, I needed a new engine!, it was under warranty so no big deal. My car was there for 3 months, I never once received a call for an update, I had to call at the beginning of each week and the completion date kept changing. They told me that there were no loaners available. So I was stuck without a car. I finally was fed up and went there on a Friday afternoon in hopes of just trading it in and getting a new car. It didn't work out, which is fine. However, that following Monday I called for an update and they tell me the car was done and ready.! I was there a few days ago, not one person told me the car was ready. Anyway, went to pick it up, the check engine light... STILL ON!, they told me it just needed to be reset and clamp a hose and I'd be done, I waited over 2 hours with ZERO communication. I ended up leaving by Uber and coming back the following day to get the car. ZERO communication here period. Oh forgot to mention, while my car was there, somehow my front license plate was taken, so I'm driving around without a front license plate.

Twice now, I take the day to get my car fixed and they don t bother to call me to say it s done thanks for nothing!Luckily, I understand the repeated low level of service and I call at 5pm car is done and I don t have to take a 2nd day off.

Purchased a used 2020 Subaru Ascent from this dealership. I live about 75 miles away and corresponded via email for a couple of days regarding details and set up and appointment to come and review the vehicle and test drive it. I worked with Nick Brumm (sales advisor). He was great! Very accomodating and was professional at every step of the way. Through the negotiation process I met and worked with John Gammariello (General Sales manager) and David Roque (Finance manager). After a little "back and forth" along with a conversation with my wife over the phone we all came to agreement on the vehicle. All of the members of the Vision Kia of East Rochester were professional, cordial and just friendly. We agreed on a delivery date a couple days forward and my wife and I were shown the same friendliness I initially encountered when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. It was meticulously cleaned and detailed (honestly the best I've ever encountered used or new car purchase) and we were really shocked when we started that car and it had a full tank of gas! I cannot recommend a car dealership team more than this group. Friendly professsionals that understand how to work with and value their customers!

Communication was poor...feels like none of the employees communicate with each other when working on a deal. I had to do all the outreach to them to ask them to call me (for everything) and it was like pulling teeth. I'm not local, so was prepping everything via phone, and was supposed to buy the car on a Saturday. Finance manager didn't call me with all the info I needed until Friday afternoon, which at that point was too late for me to get a cashier's check for the down payment and get everything ready for Saturday. On Saturday morning, they told me they pulled some strings and I could pay the down payment on my credit card, but still wouldn't tell me the loan rate I was approved for, just that "you'll be happy." I didn't want to drive two hours without knowing if I could even afford the car payments. They likely felt me slipping away, because they offered to pay for an Uber for me to get there and back. I was already over them at this point; it felt shady to me that they couldn't tell me the rate and I was tired of all the back and forth. So I canceled the deal, citing poor communication and not knowing the rate, at which point the General Manager told me they matched the rate that my bank had given me. Not sure why they couldn't have just told me this up front as I would've had no issue with that rate. Then had to go back and forth with them again for another week and a half about getting a refund on my $500 deposit. The finance manager STILL was trying to sell me on the deal, saying he had my bank's rate "so beat!" (even though his GM told me it was matched), yet still wouldn't tell me the amazing deal he claimed he had for me. Told me it would take 4 weeks to send out a check with my deposit refund, and it took me forever to get them to send me proof that they had initiated the refund. Finally got my deposit back on my credit card rather than a check...they were probably sick of me calling them everyday to get my money back. Wouldn't recommend. Went to another dealer down the road who were completely transparent.

We placed $300 refundable deposit to order in a vehicle. We decided not to move forward. Adam our sales agent has dodged all emails and calls, left messages for sales manager regarding refunding deposit. It s been 4 months of actively calling and no response. Sales people always get a good review when people are buying, but where s the integrity when we aren t.

Horrible to make an appointment with. I tried online and was told someone was going to call or email me. Three days later nobody did. So I called service directly, nobody answered or responded to a voice mail. I called the number again and listened to the voice mail which says you do NOT need an appointment for routine maintenance. So I go there and the receptionist literally tells me the voice mail is lying and I do need an appointment but they won t remove it from the voice message. Then after 4 hours of waiting (which I was aware it was going to take that long since I couldn't make an appointment), they charged me for additives I didn t consent to. This is after they tried charging me for the full oil change and tire rotation even thought I have a plan that covers it.

We initially had a great experience with Alex and David here when leasing our Kia early July 2023. At the time of lease, we were told the dealer had to order a second key as the second key could not be located at that time. We understood and agreed to this (in hindsight, maybe should have been a red flag I guess). Over the next 1-2 weeks, we then received several contacts from the dealership regarding completion of the sales survey but each time we asked about our key, were told this still needed to be ordered. Once we completed the sales survey in an effort to stop the constant reminders, communications from the dealership ended. Despite several follow-up phone calls, emails, and even an in-person visit, we have not received our second key 2+ months after leasing our vehicle. We do not receive any responses to our follow-ups and are overall disappointed with this experience. Had we known simply receiving a second key to our vehicle would have been such a process, we would have taken our business elsewhere.

Put a FULLY refundable deposit down in October on a car and shortly after decided not to purchase the car.I talked with the salesperson , sales manager and financial manager. It is now December and have not received my refund.

I went here looking for a new used car. When I took my truck here they first lowballed me and when I asked for a little more money for a trade in the general manager called me by phone and spent an hour of my time on a phone call insulting my intelligence. Asking me where I get off asking how much I wanted. It was an hour of him saying I was basically stupid for asking that much. I wasn t asking that much just about 1-2 grand more than what they quoted me the salesperson I was with was pretty good through the whole thing he was nice and really made me feel like he wanted me to be there. At the end of it all I went somewhere else where I felt they wanted my business and gave me way more for my truck then I would have ever gotten there. The General manager Nick really made me feel like they didn t care about working with me and when I gave them an honest number he really just wanted to insult me and say he was a forward person. There is a line between being forward and insulting and he was just insulting. The next place I went I got almost 4 grand more for my truck and people who were nicer to me

Finally bought my perfect car at the beginning of the month (KIA Seltos SX Turbo - Gravity Gray)! My good friend Joe Porcaro was amazing by keeping me updated weekly for MONTHS on what inventory was available due to the crazy market, but I held out knowing that I wanted the perfect trim and color. The wait was BEYOND worth it!! On top of finding the perfect car for me, Joe took care of talking with my insurance to make it a seamless process. Russell Fustaino was a pleasure to work with dealing with the final financial aspects. Had a great, easy experience from beginning to end.

Had a great experience with David and Alex. However, the organization and management is absolutely appalling. We were brushed off by the manager when we were asking what was going on with the car after sitting and waiting for 4 hours. Every other dealership I have been to has had the car ready, detailed, and cleaned when you arrive to pick it up. We made an appointment for a specific day and time and nothing was done.

Overall, it was a great experience. Sales, financing, and services were excellent. I don't know if it was the dealer, dmv, or procedure, but it took longer than I was comfortable with to take possession (over a week) due to an issue with the title, though.

If I could give more stars, I would. Drew and Joe as well as everyone were awesome! They were able to help us out with our need and get the car we wanted. Which was a 2022 Telluride.We talked to multiple dealers around town and by far they were the friendliest. I did not feel like I was walking into a dealership. I felt like I was buying a car from a family member.This is what you want when you go to buy a car.
