Traded my Kona for a Sonata for a bigger back seat for my kids car seat. They refused to give me tires or breaks with it when I bought it even after I was promised better tires and breaks. So what ever. Car takes off on its own, drives at 16-18 mph without me touching the gas pedal, dealership tells me it's normal and it's fine. Headed to work this morning and all my Dash lights come on, steering wheel goes stiff, headlights shut off, mind you, it's pitch black out side. Get a tow. Seems to be the terminal which was clearly messed with and rigged. Even had a screw through it to push the terminal against the battery. Call their service and parts to be put on hold and hung up on multiple times so I get ahold of the guy who sold me the car, he gets them to call me. Dude must've been having a bad morning, wasn't very helpful or polite. Told me I have to wait a week and pay 80$. . Mean while my car won't run. Absolutely worst experience with a car dealership. .Wont even go back for my free oil changes. They weren't this bad with the last owners. . Dunno what they did to the place, but their service seems miserable. . God bless

Vision Hyundai Henrietta RochesterOct 29, 2023Jody Michael WJust an fyi to all that read my post on 10/29, as of today 12/26/23 in regard to the dealers response. They are full of bull (you know what.). They never reached out to contact us. They have our cell number and email address to contact us. Even a simple text message to call back! So the comment on valuing business is a load of dookie. The new ownership is definitely significantly lacking in Customer Service and follow through. Please customers beware before buying from Vision Hyuandai Henrietta. Maybe its time for theGeneral Manager of the dealership and to the President of Sales to get out of the office and review customer responses. It s evident they feel entitled to business as they definitely don t try to earn the business through quality and service. Customers please give a shout out to Bob Johnson, Kitty Vanbortle and Hozelton. They all make the car buying experience enjoyable. I have worked with all three.Posted 10/29/23. On day of picking the new car. The car had damage and scratches on the car that resulted in the need for me to bring it back twice to the dealership to get it repainted and addressed. The car detailers at the time they were prepping the car for delivery should have brought it to the attention of a sales manager to put a hold on the delivery until it was resolved. Extensive scratches were present on the driver door, rear passenger door as well as hood area. Once the car was finally completed with repairs I was called in the am and advised the car was ready for pick-up. I arrived at 1pm to find the salesperson that sold me the car quit. I reported to the service department who then sent me to the cashiers desk then back to the service department only to be advised they didn t have the car onsite as it was still in Greece at the paint shop. It was apparent that no one had a clue! I ultimately left with high blood pressure and very angry. Later in the pm a representative from the dealer delivered the car to me directly. The car was filthy with paint dust all over the car and the hood scratch was still heavily present. I did send photos to a sales manager. My wife also pointed out that the sparkle in the paint that the car had, didn't have the sparkles on the two doors repainted so for her perfectionist eyes it stands out. Overall the experience was a nightmare. I have yet to receive an apology from the dealership or an offer for any resolve or compensation. What I got was a new car with non matching repainted doors and a hood scratch. The learning is: Never take a car on delivery that isn t perfect in all respects. You re better off holding out and either wait for correction or go to another dealer. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. I will say Vision Hyuandai Henrietta is definitely not a a Kitty Vanbortle, or Bob Johnson. We have bought cars from Vision Kia and had a wonderful experience at both East Rochester and CananadaiguaFirst four photos are before. After service shows car dirty with painting debris and scratch still unadressed on hood

This place is awesome. The service folks are incredibly patient, kind and attentive. Always greeted with a smile, and they are patient with my description of whatever issue I face. The car is always fixed promptly, everything is explained clearly to me, and in 22 years, I've not had a complaint to be said about the employees. Matthew, Sean and Greg are fantastic

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Vision Hyundai Henrietta. From the moment I called to inquire about a used vehicle, the customer service was abysmal. It took numerous attempts just to get someone to pick up the phone, and when I finally spoke to a salesperson, they were utterly incompetent, constantly transferring me around without accomplishing anything. Negotiating the price was a nightmare, and despite putting down a payment to hold the vehicle, they failed to follow through on their end. The salesperson vanished, leaving me stranded without the necessary paperwork for my bank loan. Communication was virtually non-existent, with me having to hound them incessantly just to get a response. When I finally went to pick up the vehicle, I was met with more incompetence and delays, resulting in me having to pay more than agreed upon. They failed to disclose a recall on the vehicle, and even after all the hassle, I couldn't take it off the premises due to unresolved issues with the sensor lights. Despite promises to fix the problem, they dragged their feet, leaving me without the vehicle I purchased for days on end. It's been a nightmare dealing with Vision Hyundai Henrietta, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Russell at the Hyundai Dealership, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process with professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend this salesman and the Hyundai Dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new car. Thank you Russell, I appreciate it!

Lily in finance is amazing. She did a great job explaining everything and going over all of the warranty options thoroughly so I could pick the best option for me! Tim was also a really great sales man. He helped me find a great SUV for a price that works for me! They are both really good at working with your budget !

They were quick to get me in a car not so quick to help after. I should have done some of my own research but the sales person lied about cretin items that were covered under their protective package. My wife had to go to the dealership more then once because no one will return her messages. It is a complete nightmare trying to get regular maintenance that they offer. Every single time you speak to someone there they always have to speak with someone else and call you back, except they never call back. You have to call a 1000 times like some crazy person to get the services done on your $40,000 plus car. I do not care what they had to offer i will personally never buy a car from them. I understand I am some random person on the internet and my intent is not to tarnish. It is ridiculous how fast they will sell you the car but then not be any help at all.

Went there and of February. They ran 10 unwanted credit checks for vehicles that I never even came to look at. They've yet to even call me back to let me know what is going on despite me calling and emailing many times. I spoke with a pretty rude Angela a couple times who told me someone would call me back. Got snappy when after a week and the third time of her telling me that I finally started to demand to speak with some for answers. Don't trust these people at all to do what they say they will. EDIT TO ADD: HOW ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO RESPOND TELLING ME TO EMAIL YOU AND YOU STILL DON'T RESPOND?!?!

I have never had such a horrible experience when it comes to leasing a vehicle. I first get in contact with the chat box on their website. They tell me that they can only display pricing if it is an in person conversation. Then I go there and they give me a price that is higher than the competition and tell me that next month they will have deals. So I wait for the next month and no one calls me let alone pick up the phone when I call. When they finally pick up the phone, they transfer calls to each other and I never get an answer. Throughout the process I have spoken to more than 5 people in that dealership and no answer from anyone. Then I call the office line and no one picks up the phone.Just not a way to do business.

Vision Hyundai Henrietta has always been my go to when it comes to purchasing and servicing my vehicles. Customer service and overall atmosphere is always top tier. Lily in the finance department is the best! Her overall disposition and patience with the customers is what keeps me coming back. She throughly explains every detail pertaining to the cars and is more than willing to go over things to your understanding. I will forever be a customer of vision Hyundai Henrietta. Thank you!!

I have been leasing my last 4 cars through them. I have always liked the Hyundai cars. Love the Ioniq hybrid I have now the best of all. They were honest with me when I questioned them about my options for when I trade in. The price will be much higher for me any way you look at it. But he told me if I love my car I should buy it. But then he helped me figure pricing and advised me to make some more payments now and it will be less to buy when it's tome to bring it in. So. Loved the honesty. Thanks! Most places would go for the money now.

We worked with our sales rep, Benjamin Anderson and he was amazing and easy going and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was also super easy going and we never felt any pressure at all. He wanted to make sure we were 100% informed. He even stayed late and went over everything in the car before we drove off in our new baby. We worked with Zachary Davern on all the paperwork. Again, very thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything with us and we asked a bunch of questions too. We could not be happier even if we tried!

Disappointing Experience at Vision HyundaiI was in need of a vehicle and had my eyes set on a Honda Ridgeline. After looking online I saw that Vision Hyundai in Henrietta had one that was in my price range available. Best yet, the salesman informed me that it would be 0% APR for 60 months. I jumped on the opportunity, took it for a test drive on Saturday, and told the salesman that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. I informed the salesman that I would be back Tuesday. The plan was for me to arrive at 1030. I asked the morning of if I could arrive early and the salesman informed me that it was okay if I did so as I was in a bit of a time crunch. I arrive, the salesman is giving me the run-around. Stating that I can get in soon, and eventually breaking the news to me that the finance department would both be out and they were bringing in someone from another branch to fill-in for these individuals. Some things cannot be planned for, I understand that, but this salesmen proceeded to push the blame onto me for changing the time for the appointment which was unprofessional and it wouldn't have mattered either way because I did not see the finance department until 1 o'clock. Three hours after initially discussed. How can that possibly be my fault? During the waiting period the salesman, although friendly and polite, made inappropriate remarks about his sexual escapades which were highly inappropriate. He also continued to make false promises about the status of my appointment. After all of the waiting, I met with the finance department and went through all of the necessary steps. At one point I asked whether or not I would be receiving 60 or 72 months of 0% APR. The finance department informed me neither. The department brought in the manager who informed me that this is not something they do, which I understand, but was upset about being sold under false pretenses. The manager was cordial and informative, but did nothing to rectify the situation that I felt was needed. Needing a vehicle as soon as possible, I felt the need to proceed with the sale which was an uncomfortable position to be in, and one I definitely would not have been in had I known that it would not be 0% APR. On top of all of this, the salesman was not knowledgeable about the product. Numerous questions I had about the vehicle went unanswered, and I had to figure out many of the features on my own. Specifically, the automatic start feature. I asked whether or not this was included, and the salesman stated that it was not. Later in the evening I found out that it was, which was the only pleasantry associated with my experience with Vision Hyundai. This is the first review I have ever written, but I found that it was needed for future buyers. I cannot stress how much I would encourage buyers to look elsewhere. I believe that I am both a patient and understanding individual, but I felt deceived, manipulated, and dissatisfied with both the experience and the staff.

The lack of response to my numerous requests for information and a call back from a service manager after my vehicle was serviced, has me up in arms. I have called 3 times and left voicemails each time at different departments for manager to call me back in regards to service concern. The really have no interest in customer service and simply in it for the bottom dollar. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt after my experience and give them a chance to explain themselves, but that would have taken some interest in participating on their end. If this is the expected business ethics across all Vision dealerships, I will be avoiding like the plague from now on and advising everybody I know to steer clear. Here's the story in short: Daughter (just turned 18 year old) primarily drives our car. She was taking it for an oil change and that was the only requested service. Now I know, its standard procedure of businesses to up sell....however, this crosses the line. They tried to tell her that they recommended a tire rotation (OK FINE), service and adjustment on rear brakes (Define this for me?!), adjust all your belts and hoses (Uhhhh...how come?), top off all fluids (is that not standard during an oil change?! It is anywhere else I have done business.), replace the air filter (OK that's standard too, but it was new so he obviously didn't even look at it), Cabin filter (again kinda standard to upcharge for this, but no one actually changes that after 60K right?!), coolant and brake fluid flush (Um no....again...why...), and also ...and this is what really triggered me...replace all four tires. And I quote, "recommending 4 tires and alignment due to the tires being under half-life left." ALL this for the low price of....$1,488!!!!! Are You Kidding me!? You asked my daughter to change her tires (going into spring mind you) although there is still half-life left? If you have a daughter, or a wife, or a sister or mother or even a completely oblivious man in your life and you found out they just spent $1,488 on tires that they didn't even need yet, wouldn't you smack the S outta them and them the guy that sold it to them?! These tires are more than enough to get through the next year, little lone until the next winter season. No Thank You MATT from Vision Hyundai, you sir need to take a business ethics class. And if Vision's business model is upsell upsell upsell even if it truly is dishonest, I seriously hope your dealerships gets bought out by a low bidder because your business is run into the ground from poor management. If that was my company, I would be embarrassed trying to upsell a kid that is obviously not knowing of right and wrong when it comes to making these choices. Hence why she relies on me to keep snakes like you honest!!! NOW, if you had said tire rotation and blah blah is recommended for this amount and looks like your tires may be needed by next inspection...etc etc...and been honest...we may have picked to cover a couple things that made sense. But you shot high, dishonestly. To add icing to the cake, we bought the car from you not long ago...hasn't had that many more miles put on it since you claim you went through the car thoroughly prior to our purchase.... I will be posting this message across every platform I can think of for awareness, but don't send your daughters or wives here without backup!UPDATE: Within hours received response as you see below, however, it's been another week and still no consideration or response from this business...so how much do you REALLLLY care? Is this the type of company you want to do business with?

In person experience at the dealership was nice - great working with Tim and Lilly when picking up the vehicle.Dealership staff were generally unresponsive otherwise. Had difficulty speaking with the right people to make an appointment, and never got response about putting a hold on the vehicle we were interested in. Also had to reach out multiple times to get response about a minor issue after purchasing the vehicle.

Bad experience:Their site shows that a specific car has 2 incentive deals to lease it. So, the first thing I said when I arrived was if I am getting those incentives than I ll probably lease. They resonded with I think so, so I stayed there and jumped through all the hoops for almost 2 hours, only to be told that 1 of the deals was not for the car. I then showed them the website with both incentives on the exact car, but they still refused to give it to me.The offer they gave to me still looked good minus the one incentive, so I signed it (the good old sign this scam). A manager then ran out from the back office and grabbed it and said he made a big mistake. He had made an MSRP error, and I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for them to come back with an offer more than $100 dollars a month higher than the original offer. I didn t take the offer and walked out. Isn t the whole point of making me wait out there to make sure you get the calculations absolutely correct? Oh wait no, it s a ruthless tactic to try and make me feel more invested in the purchase so I make a decision I m not happy with. The dealership itself feels a little disorganized, and not as nice as other local dealerships. They couldn t even find the key to the exact car I wanted to test drive. To top it off, I went on their online store after the visit, and the original offer they wouldn t give me in person was still there! I tried purchasing the exact car on their Express Store , but it s just another way to scam people to walk in their door. You re not purchasing anything when you do it online, it still shows the car as available after going through it. You put in personal information, submit a photo ID, a digital signature that you give the okay to use on paperwork, and in the end, you just get a deal sheet and another generic email or call trying to get you to come into the dealership. Also, I received no responses to their chat option ever. Oh, and whenever you get a call from them, there s a magical sales event that keeps moving forward by a day. So convenient!

Don't buy/lease a Hyundai and if you do, definitely don't get it from Vision Henrietta. Worst sales experience back in 2021, they only cared about getting a 5 star review. Salesman asked me to leave a 5 star review at least a dozen times. When I picked up the brand new car, they couldn't find the keys and there was a wasps nest inside the car. They only found 1 key, I still don't have the second. They never responded to multiple calls/emails. In hindsight, I should have left the dealership without the car. Today, I went in for a recall notice I received. Service should take about an hour so I said I would wait when I made the appointment. I get to the service department, they say that there are actually 2 recalls and it will take 5 hours. I have not received any notice of a second recall and I cannot sit at the dealership for 5 hours. They would not do the work for just the original recall, said they needed to do both for the claim. They should let you know about the additional necessary service before you show up.

Absolutely terrible service. I've called them 15 times in the last 2 weeks with my call never being returned. I finally used their online scheduler (on the official website, I triple checked), and when I called the confirmation number on the scheduler it sent me to a robo-call scam. I'm thoroughly upset and disappointed in the quality of their service and cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. Avoid using Vision for any of your auto needs.

The bad experience started when I called to make an appointment for an oil change. The woman who scheduled my appointment was very short and uninterested. I told her what car I drive and when I received the confirmation text it had the wrong car information. I called to correct the information so they weren't expecting a different car and was yet again met with rude responses. She assured me that 4pm was the latest appointment I could make in service so I had to leave work early. I arrived 15 minutes early so I could get right in and no one touched my car until almost 5pm. Meanwhile I'm sitting in a waiting room that was soo cold my nose was running. I left an hour and a half after my appointment time for merely an oil change. Will never return.

I stopped in one day for five minutes and gave eric the information on what i was looking for and he went right to work while i was at work. They were able to do the whole process over the phone and two days later i was able to pick up my Wifes new Hyundai Santa fe XRT. Thank you Eric and Russel you two are amazing!.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE!I had a horrible experience! The front facing employees customer service is terrible, and they have no communication skills. My car was towed here after being stolen, and they didn t do the full job they were paid to do (repair, prep, and clean). They gave me my car back with mud all over the interior, broken glass from the theft still in the back seat, and the car had a strong urine smell inside.Mind you, this dealership had my car for almost a month, and did not start work on it until the end of that month - they lost the car on the lot because they failed to properly log it into the system, and refused to take accountability when confronted about it.-10 out of 10. Never going here again.
