We've trusted Vesa's with our vehicles for over 25 years. Josh, Larry, and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We recently had to buy a used vehicle to replace a totaled one, and we felt very comfortable going forward with our purchase after Vesa's checked it out for us. Definitely recommend them.

As always, amazing customer service from the folks at Vesas! Attention to detail and honesty are the signs of this truly great auto shop. You know I believe in their service since this was my daughter s car they worked on. I have been going to them for years now and every time they reinforce my faith in them. Josh took the time to explain to my daughter exactly what they should do with her car so she could make an informed decision. Great job AGAIN guys.

Definitely Going back for all of my future car repair needs. Dealt with the owner personally, he was patient and informative. I Provided a long list of items to be repaired on my Rogue, the company provided a loaner and had my car back the same day. I m very happy with the service provided and the people. 10 out of 10

Brought Vesa's an old, but overall, low mileage civic that needed work. Went through with all of it ($3200) and was told that it should keep running well without too much additional maintenance.9 months later, it needed another $1200 worth of work.I'm dissatisfied with their ability to scope the initial work. If I knew the cumulative repair bill for 1 year would have been over $4400 dollars to maintain the car correctly, I wouldn't have gone through with the initial repairs.

Larry explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable with doing the repair.This is not something that you can always have as a single woman. But I trust VESAs and would send any of my friends there!

Super welcoming and so helpful ! I came in with a certain problem, but asked to do an over all check as well as a quote for tires. Previous places quoted me on all four tires- which I did not need all four. Vesas was upfront that I only needed my two front tires and also was thorough with what was going on w my car. So happy. First time there and I will be going there from now on.

My family has been using Vesas for likely over 15 years now, and while I am sure we haven t always been the easiest of customers, they have always been great to us. Always looked out for our best interest when we were maybe to eager just to get the car back and go when it wasn t the most safe still. They are flexible with sudden requests, last minute appointments, and different car types.Always good work and kind to all.

Josh & Vesa's Automotive always does such an AWESOME job taking care of my vehicle whenever maintaince is needed and they give me a rental vehicle to enjoy for a day or 2. Josh is the MAN! Thanks Josh for taking care of my Mazda today. Greatly appreciate it buddy

Incredible experience! I took my vehicle to Vesa s after having a terrible experience at another shop. A long time customer of Vesa s recommended me and I am so glad I brought my car here. They were kind, explained in detail what was wrong, and fixed the vehicle earlier than expected. I am very happy with this service and will be returning here for all my car maintenance needs. I feel fortunate to have VESA Auto so close by. In addition to staff who are a pleasure to interact with and competent repair work, I appreciate the effort that is made to accomodate a customer's schedule. All of this helps minimize the stress of dealing with an unexpected car problem.

I ve been with VESA for 15+ years. They ve serviced my last 6-7 vehicles between my wife & I. Their Truck Service is TOP SHELF!! They are very personable & ALWAYS recommend what s best for your vehicle going forward, good or bad!! I TRUST THEM 1000%! Had a flat tire after a long day of work and rolled in at 9PM and left it over night with no appointment, not expecting to be looked at until the work week after. They called me up at noon the next day saying it's all set, awesome!

I called in for pricing for work on my transmission and immediately set an appointment not only were they informative about what I needed they were FAST I sent my car in at 8am by noon they were done!! Talk about fast lol Very Friendly staff awesome location and unbeatable prices I highly recommend to anyone with car troubles

VESA s is by far the best shop in Rochester. Everyone is beyond friendly, informative, flexible and reasonable. They never over charge or try to sell you something you don t need or know anything about. They get right down to the point, do what needs to be done and send you on your way as quickly and efficiently as possible. I ve been coming here for close to 4 years consistently and have never even come close to having a complaint. I ve gotten everything from a simple inspection to swapping my tires to full body repairs and every time I m treated with respect and kindness. I recommend Vesa s to everyone I know.Shout out to Larry & Josh for always taking such good care of me and my vehicles. You guys take the hassle out of literally anything I have to do to my car. I wish I would of thought about this place way before time, Vesa is so honest, and they will not jerk you around (past experience ) I will never take my car any where else from now on (when I get a new one) I will definitely recommend them to everyone and any one josh your the best and your whole crew!!

Always friendly, professional, neat and don t push extra work. Not too hard to get an appointment- -at least right now .we do highly recommend Vesa s but hope everyone doesn t switch to them because we ll definitely have a harder time getting in! FYI-we ve been coming here for years with various vehicles for most anything. Today was a simple repair and oil change.
