You sold me an used Alpine halo reciever on eBay, when description says "New", I cant even install this thing, its broken. You dont answer my messages. What else do I need to do to get a refound or a new one?

Highly recommend only hands that touch my system and audio in general and they do it RIGHT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALWAYS WORKING hit them for any audio needs or jus car repairs or detailing, anything for your car, they going to get you right and set

Best around. I highly recommend them! There prices are really good, great customer service, clean shop. Lets put it this way I drive from batavia anytime I need audio stuff done to my car. Also after few times in shop and watching the guys work with customers they explain everything so good. They can pretty much work with any budget so you can go there for a mild build all the way to a wild build. No job to big or to small for them boys! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great service and work definitely will do business again. They installed a system in a timely matter in my sisters 2017 chrysler 300s. Haven't had no issues and it sounds great thank you

Quality craftsmanship! Expectations were high to begin with, and they surpassed them!!! They were able to work with me around scheduling!!! I couldn't be more pleased I tell everyone where to get anything car audio, mechanic work, detailing, you name it this is definitely a 1 stop shop!!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Highly recommend spending your money here dont go no where else your gonna spend your money and not be satisfied they got the top brands and very knowledgeable they also offer other services like detailing mechanic work they also carry tool and other merchandise to buy

Sold me a battery for my subs was supposed to get it installed here so I left the battery at the shop after them not being there or me working on the times that they do be OPEN so I didn't get the work done here after a month of me not to be able to see them because of work or them not open I got my battery 2 days ago and its not what I paid for who pay a 100 dollars for just a useful battery from Walmart didn't wanna cost problem but who can I talk to for this problem
