Mar 2024 (new work, again). My son hit a deer with his Buick and we worked with Vargas Collision to fix the headlight, panel, and bumper. Paul Vargus managed interactions with the insurance company so payment was seemless. The work was expertly done and the final product looks like there was never any damage. The completion time was within the originally quoted estimate. I highly recommend Vargus Collision.Apr 2023 (new work). We had another need for body work and went right to Vargas. The car's mirror was severely damaged and the door was pushed in. My husband met with Paul Vargas and developed a repair plan. Paul Vargas heard what we wanted, made his recommendations, and worked with us to make the best decision. This approach is rare and much appreciated! The work was done in four days, and it is beautiful!Nov 2022: Paul Vargus talked through various options for bodywork on my 2001 Monte Carlo, providing knowledgeable recommendations. The bodywork that I decided on (replace and paint driver's side front fender) was done just as promised. The work was completed within the time and dollar estimates. I will work with Vargus on all future auto bodywork.

I have been a customer for years. Carlos and his crew always do excellent work. I recently had to have costly auto repairs taken care of. Carlos walked me through the steps of what should be done first, along with the timeline when the others should be completed. My car drives a brand new vehicle! The entire staff at Vargas are skilled professionals in every aspect of their business.

I was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident that required repair work to the front and driver side fender of my truck.I used Geico's ARX repair program and chose Vargas Auto Repair from the list of repair centers.I worked with Paul throughout the process, he consistently kept me updated on the status of the parts and once they arrived Paul had the work start immediately on my truck and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The work was completed on time, within the quoted amount and looks excellent.I can't say enough how happy I am with Vargas Auto Repair from start to finish, Thank you!

Been going back there once to twice a month due to them over looking and taking no credit for their mistakesThe owner is the biggest scumbag two faced weirdo guy you have ever metIf you get a chance to deal with Kim .good luck do not even breathe or make a peep around her . Her devilish eyes; she s always looking for a reason to be the meanest person in the world. Straight evil !!!Don t give them a dime of your money, they do not deserve it

Small store but skillful techicians. They open at 8:30 am. They helped me with a few maintenance issues. Some simple maintenance-> done half-hour! Personally, i like it when the work is done right with fast speed. Thank you for saving time!!!

Over the last year seems like all my mechanics are retiring so I went to Vargas to check them out. Very happy. I've had a couple of things done on my truck by them and have always done a great job. As of now my new mechanic. Thanks Carlos and crew!!

Fantastic and quick service, Vargas always does a great job!For context- I came in with a tire that needed repair, and needed to get this done during my lunch break. Vargas was able to do this yet again for me, and was quick and speedy about it. They even came out to discuss the best option for me for a long term repair, which I greatly appreciate! - inside of the office is clean and looks professional.- the paperwork and customer interaction is professional.- replaced thermostat housing, left outer tire rod, front brake pad and rotor, and did a NY state inspection.- currently, there are noises when I brake. If this issue persists, I would need to go back.- office is located in a less populated area.Suggestions to customers:- don't leave your car overnight- have technicians repair everything the car needs so it's all fixed in one trip

I have been going here for years! I highly recommend them. I have gone to them for everything from a basic oil change to replacing an entire engine and everything in between. The prices are fair and they do excellent work. Most important they are honest, dependable and knowledgeable!

My car was in a hit and run spoke with Kim and emailed her the estimate they ordered the parts prior to me dropping off the car. They did fantastic work I am so impressed with the workmanship. I've been vargas a few times to get multiple things fixed with my vehicle. Every time I was met with courtesy. The receptionist, I think her name is Kim always has been friendly and helpful and also Carlos. He updates me and let me know in full what's wrong and what's need to be done. Excellent Customer Service! I got into a fender bender a few days before my vacation. They were very accommodating to my schedule. And while I was away they found additional parts that needed replacement not repair. They contacted my insurance and resolved it all for me! I was very happy that they even stayed late on a Saturday to finish my car because I needed it before Monday. Awesome job, thank you Vargas Automotive! I highly recommend and will continue to recommend.

Great service! Such a great work staff. Carlos is very reliable and I trust him with any car that is in my possession. He is a straight forward and honest guy and would recommend anyone to this mechanic. He tries to get you the best deal and will work with you regarding the budget.

I ve been here a couple times now and each time has been great! I had an issue with the radiator on my 06 Explorer and they were able to pinpoint the issue as well as notify me of a potential transmission line issue. They were honest and up front with costs and potential costs of full replacement. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I will be back for all my vehicle needs!

My first experience with Vargas Auto i was very impressed. Kim at the front desk is very kind and friendly and so easy to talk to. My mechanic Pete was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. There was great communication by calling me and keeping me updated which i really appreciated and answering any questions or concerns i had. He gave me clear details explaining what repairs were needed and the service was fast and efficient which was also appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Their website is also convenient and helpful it gives you a round about price on what your looking to get repaired and you can select a time slot that will work for you to get your car in their garage. My overall experience was absoultey great. I would/will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I apologize about the mishap with the rating, the first time was not done intentionally, that happens when you give you 8year old your cell phone. The experience that I did have when Visting your establishment was very pleasant. Also thank you for the estimate on the issue with my car. I am looking forward to having the issue with my power steering issue resolved. When researching the prices of the parts it came to about close to $300.00 which leaves the labor cost and that's close to about $402.00. Without the information you provided me I would have been shelling out money to try to find the problem. Greatly appreciated all that you did for me. Hope to see you soon.
