My husband and I had been shopping for a car, luxury car, finally! Frequently, I was searching Valley Cadillac s website for inventory and came across a 2020 XT5 with low mileage that I was in the parking lot searching for, but sadly had been sold. John Caruso, sales professional had been in the lot and asked if he could help us, neither of us knew it, but John fell into a sale that day. John brought us inside to check the inventory, since what I originally went for had been sold. There was a whole row of XT5 s! He showed us a model that was in our price point, John didn t know that detail. He helped us get into a test drive, and boy was I in love with it! While on the test drive, John asked if everything worked out would we be interested in making a deal , sure why not?! We had a lease on our current car with 5 mos. left. We told John if he could get us out of our lease, and where we needed to be with our monthly payment, that we were ready to buy. After a little back and forth, John had a deal! He also made arrangements for us to drive it home that day. John helped us obtain our insurance cards and registration and made sure the car was cleaned up for us to drive home. John spent so much time with us making sure we knew how to operate the car, and the little details of the car. The car parks itself, people! This was our first experience with Valley Cadillac and John Caruso and I don t think it will be our last. I would definitely recommend John and Valley to anyone looking for a luxury car. We ve had our car 2 weeks and we love it! Thank you, John for all your professional help! Clearly, you love your job and serving the people shopping for vehicles. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. It was a very much an unintentional buy that day, but I m not disappointed by it! THANKS VALLEY AND JOHN CARUSO!!

I've been a longstanding customer with Valley for over 10 years, and they have phenomenal leadership and great people who care about customer satisfaction.David is my sales guru, and he is one of a kind. I purchased a Cadillac Lyriq Sport 2; the process was nice and smooth. David made sure everything worked out for me; he is still available if I have any questions and is super knowledgeable about all Cadillacs. You can tell he loves his job and enjoys working with customers. I told him everything I wanted. I am completely satisfied.Even after the purchase, David stays in contact, even if there is a service issue, etc.I dreamt of this Cadillac Lyriq, and David helped my dreams come true! He's a great human being and provides stellar service!!!!!!I told David what I wanted, he made it happen!! I recently added the ceramic coating at Valley, and now my Lyriq is glistening!

They were both great to work with.My salesperson , DavidDesilet�was very communicative and went out of his way to be accommodating and get the right car with the right features I wanted .I always Loved working with David . Note: I have worked with David in the past on my previous purchase .David kept me informed when my new 2024 XT6 was coming in.� He checked constantly. Then when it came in , he got me setup right away.� He answered all questions and is still helping.David is very professional? Smiled the whole time. I had a great experience with Alecia at Valley Cadillac. I drove 5hrs to trade vehicles with her and the dealership, about a 14 hour day, but they took care of us! I appreciate your knowledge of the vehicle, technology and all of your follow up to ensure everything is perfect, correct, and everything is satisfactory. She really insists to take care of any question you have to ensure complete happiness! All work was done at her desk, no shuffling to F&I office for signing, etc. which was convenient.Super Cruise = Pretty Amazing:Like having that Front seat driver helping you and your family s safety while traveling. Another set of hands, brain, and eyes to assist you, especially nice on long hauls and medium commutes on the interstate.The ride home was definitely easier!!Thanks Alecia and Valley!!

I had an amazing car buying experience with Xavier as my salesman. Xavier's friendly and personable approach, coupled with his efficiency, made for a great experience. His patience and knowledge were evident as he listened to my concerns and provided valuable solutions. I was able to secure my desired car with zero money down and Xavier made the entire process seamless. He went above and beyond by finalizing everything on the same day and even offered the convenience of delivering my new vehicle to me. Exceptional service! 10 out of 10 Highly recommend!

Alecia was amazing! Very professional, a fantastic sales person. She took the time to review with me what I was looking for in a vehicle, thought about various options for consideration and presented them. There was no pressure, she was informative and helped me understand exactly what she was offering. Alecia didn t stop with the sale, she checks in to see how it s going and to answer any questions I may have. I have been in the service side of this dealership for years, this was my first purchase with them, I highly recommend Valley, Alecia and the other team members.

I had a fantastic experience at Valley Cadillac with David as my salesman. My previous trips to other dealerships in town left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and hopeless. I took a chance and visited Valley, unsure that I would be able to get my preferred car. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked in. There's a very nice waiting room and everyone was so friendly as they smiled and said hello. David walked me through my options and helped me select the perfect vehicle. He was kind, patient, and non-pressuring as I considered my options and asked a ton of questions. I ended up leasing a Lyriq which is my first electric car and I LOVE IT!!! David helped me with the settings of the car and gave me a full tour of all its capabilities. He is very knowledgeable...I tried to stump him with some of my questions but I couldn't! David also took me around to introduce me to many of the employees that will be available to me if I need any help with my car. Daniel Moreno, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful in making sure I got the best deal. He worked tirelessly with David to ensure that I felt comfortable and confident in my purchase before I drove off the lot. Valley has great vehicles, great perks, and great people! Go there....you won't regret it!

I went into Valley Cadillac to test drive a Chevy Traverse RS and had the good fortune to get Kaya Briggs as my salesperson. She listened attentively, understood my needs, didn't pressure me unnecessarily, and guided me through the whole purchase. Since I live in MA and only visit Rochester, she did an amazing job staying in touch remotely, organizing the paperwork, and making it all hassle-free. Kaya s commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. Thank you, Kaya & Valley Cadillac, for making this the easiest car purchase I've ever had!

I purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox and the sale and delivery was top notch from start to finish. Alecia was great, had knowledge of the vehicle, and delivered on everything she said she would. The car was detailed very well from front to back. This was something that lacked at the other 2 dealerships and vehicles that I compared them to.

When I went to them I really needed a car and they helped me out and treated me like I think I should have. I recommend them if you don t want to be hassled n rushed into anything. These people truly have your back. When you go in there look for Shaquille Johnson, this man is not only courteous he is also down to Earth. I ve had my car for over a month and I have no complaints. You would be loosing out going anywhere else I promise.

The entire experience has been very thoughtful so far. I worked with Alecia Baciulis at Valley Cadillac on an out of state purchase of a CT4-V Blackwing and my experience was exceptional. From the moment I contacted her, Alecia was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Her communication was top-notch, keeping me informed throughout the purchasing process. They offered me a fair price, without any pushy tactics when it came to financing, and made the out of state purchase process surprisingly smooth and hassle-free. My family has been a customer at Valley Cadillac for 20+ years. So the benchmark is high and our current experience re-enforced why we choose Cadillac and Valley Cadillac. Most recently Alecia helped us lease a 2024 Lyriq which is the first EV we have had in our family. Alecia was great throughout the process, everything from features of the Lyriq, to finances, rebates, etc. Throughout the whole process Alecia was very accessible and responsive. Alecia's approach is that of a concierge, more of a consultant than a sales person. She very much takes the time to listen and explain everything we needed to know. In fact, we are going back to the dealership today, so Alecia can explain more of the car's features as we navigate through the new ownership of the fantastic Lyriq EV. Bravo Alecia and Valley Cadillac!

Buyer Beware! This dealership is very sloppy on their paperwork, and the fine details. In effort to clean up the glaring mess their finance manager and sales guy created, they used bully tactics rather than own their mistakes. Shop elsewhere, where there is a more professional environment, and they value their customer service.

Just took delivery of my new Escalade V from Shaquille Johnson at Valley Cadillac. Could not be happier!! I called the dealership based on Cadillacs inventory hunter and was connected to Mr. Johnson. Never went to dealership as all this was done over the phone.Very professional and courteous of my time. I am a get to the point kind of person and he picked up on that right away. With his team the purchase and assistance in getting it to my house almost 600 miles away was flawless. When i get my next Caddy, Mr. Johnson along with his company will be my first call.Merry Christmas to all who read this !!
