My previous review is below. They were bought by another company and no longer do repairs. Sad. A great loss.*****This AAA certified Mobil service station is real gem in Brighton. If you're looking to get some service right in the heart of it all, you can't find a better place. Knowledgeable, friendly mechanics and good service. Can't be beat. When we have to take our car for service, this is where we go.

During the three years that our two cars have been serviced and repaired at Twelve Corners, our faith in their professionalism has been confirmed. Whether handling battery problems, damaged tires, or regular maintenance, they were prompt, courteous, and accurate in their diagnosis. Well aware that no one can be perfect 100 per cent of the time, we have never found a less than excellent level of performance by this crew.

One of the few service stations I have worked with where I don't feel like I'm being nickel and dimed. Deacon knows he serves the local community, and the mechanics are more than happy to step out of the garage to provide tips. A little courtesy goes a long way - both ways!

My daughter's car broke down in August 2019. I happened to be in town from Massachusetts. We called Twelve Corners Mobil and are very glad we did. Service was prompt, professional and competent. Her car had to be towed to Twelve Corners Mobil and by the next morning the care was repaired and ready to drive. I would not hesitate to call them in the future for service but hope I don't need to.

12 Corners Mobil is an honest business. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. As a woman, it is nice to know I can go there for advice and service and not be taken advantage of. That is a rare find in this business. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone for your vehicle needs.

When asking the tow truck driver the price he immediately flew off the handle while In front of customers. Upon exiting he then began swearing under his breath so I asked him what the issue was in the parking lot and the driver approached me physically. I then called management to file a complaint and was spoken to even worse by the manager. He then proceeded to say we will never send another tow truck or vehicle to your place instead of simply apologizing for there drivers. One of the rudest companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. A truly shocking experience to say the least.

Very poor customer service. Multiple broken promises on timelines of getting the car back. When I finally got it back after a month to replace one ball joint and put on 4 new tires, he hands the keys over saying that at the last minute he realized it was coding and would not pass inspection. Huge waste of time, no savings made, and a stressful experience for me to have to make multiple trips to the shop to hassle the mechanic for updates.

After an mechanical problem which required towing, our insurance agency (Allstate) hooked us up with Twelve Corners Towing. When Twelve Corners called me, I asked how long it would be before they got to us. "Within the hour", was the response. At the one-hour mark I called to ask where they were. They said they were coming. At the 90-minute mark I called again. They said, in an annoyed tone, that they had just told me they were on the way. At the 100-minute mark we gave up on them. I should add that it was a lovely day, so there were no weather delays.

Twelve Corners is the best! The staff is helpful and they are a AAA approved facility, thanks to their mechanics, so you can get free tows and 10% off if nothing has changed since November(2018) when I last had my car towed there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! rude and dishonest !! Wish this would let me give it no stars! Called ahead to drop of my less than one year old car for an inspection. I asked if it would be ready by lunch. I was told they probably would need it all day. I was like hmm it's pretty new and just needs an inspection--shouldn't take long but places get busy and I understand that. Then I got a call at lunch time for me to call then back for them to tell me I needed 2 new tires. I said we're not doing that, the cars still pretty new and just had an oil change (at the dealer and they looked at the tires that can't be rotated bc of a size difference and they told me they were fine.) Before I could finish my senatance I got a "well it won't pass inspection." So I had my boyfrind go there in his lunch with me and look at the tires. He does the classic penny test and goes into drag out someone to look at it with him while he does it and the guy listterally just shrugs his shoulders when my boyfriend shows them there plenty of tread. Pretty sure they just saw a girl in an expensive car and tried to take advantage. So just thought I would kindly pay it forward. Thanks for nothing. It has since passed inspection today elsewhere with no issues.....

Do not get gas here! Do not get service here. Worst place in Rochester. Stopped here to get $15 worth of gas and they charged my card twice, once for $91 authorization and another time for $15.24. This was all on my paypal debit card which takes the money and holds it. I have seen authorization for $1 but $91? I think I got robbed. So now I am out of money for the weekend all because i chose to get gas from this place. The dirtbag behind the counter was rude and clueless. Said he had no idea how to work the credit card machine. Really? and someone left you in charge, thats how this place is managed. I asked him to call the manager or owner, he said to me "Are you working right now?", I said "no" he said "how would you feel if I called you right now?". enough said.

I found the service to be wonderful, Deacon came out and saved me when my tires were low, and taught me how to properly fill them (as he did all 4), on a very cold and windy day. Thank-you Deacon your a gentleman, I'll be back!

I stopped there and asked for help checking the air pressure on one of my tires. The gentleman there (white hair) was very rude to me, said I should get my husband to do it, criticized my driving and muttered that I should have my license taken away. Suffice to say, I took my business elsewhere.

The best place to stop if you have a problem with your car. The staff is very polite and courteous. This place doesn't keep you waiting. If they can't help, the staff will let you know. Thumbs up.

I love the full service option. It's a little bit more $$ but worth it on freezing cold days. The attendant who is there during the day is friendly and helpful.
