I road from Virginia and broke a highway peg, called all over town to get help. I then google Total Cycle and they told me to come by to see if they have anything that cold fit. Unfortunate they didn t. But they took the time to modify a bracket and made it fit. Outstanding Customer service . Very friendly and Concerned about my issues. Love this place and recommend all to stop by and check them out.

Save your time, energy and money and go elsewhere. Owner is difficult and communication was bad. They had me waiting 2 weeks and didn't fix what I needed. I understand mistakes happen but any sense humility or accountability would have saved a review and a customer. Would never consider going here again.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

These guys are really awesome. They are very nice and don't talk down to you like many other places I've experienced around Rochester. I recently brought my bike in for new tires and rear brake work. They did an excellent job with both and I'm very happy I decided to get the work done there. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work done to their bike. You won't be disappointed.

Adam and Mike are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Their work was done quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Adam went out of his way to find a unique part for my older Sportster. Mike went out of his way for me also. Good communication. I highly recommend Total Cycle.

Absolutely great service! I needed a NY State Safety inspection before a holiday weekend and they worked me into their shop schedule on short notice. They knew their stuff, even on an uncommon European bike and I really appreciate their commitment to their customers. I'll go back when I need something else, and I'll recommend them to my friends.

Nice, ethical, helpful guys, but they've done some really simple things incorrectly on my bikes.I got a tire mounted, but it wasn't seated right; I've ordered tires that I was assured would fit, but didn't (admittedly it's a very old bike); and I've had wheels mounted directionally backward.Every time, they've been ready and willing to help and usually eat the charges based on their mistakes.

Very bad service, took my bike there the 1st time to get tires and some electrical work done. It took over a month to get my bike back. When I got it back there was a scraping noise from the rear end that wasn't there before. My front brakes were soft and the master cylinder wasn't working right. So I brought it back to them and they said no problem they'd fix it. I had an oil leak from the oil tank, and the front forks were bottoming out. Long story short they ended replacing the oil pump at a cost of $600 parts and labor. Said the couldn't figure out how to service the forks, it took me 5 seconds to figure It out. The rear end was in worse shape then when I brought it in and the bike still leaks oil from the oil tank. Bottom line they are hacks who don't care about customer safety or taking prude in their work. Don't ever go there for any maintenance.

Adam Yarbrough and Glenn are the nicest/coolest and helpful techs i know. I've been only riding for two seasons well years due to I ride in the winter as well lol anyways these guys got good hearts and they do great work. Its hard to find good people, I was lucky because I'm picky with who touches my bike but there guys man. Let just say they are just like us. No pressure and no crazy big corp. Salesmen etc trying to sell you more products/services. Try them out yourself. Y I u won't be disappointed. Tell them *"Luis"*!!! sent you

Best motorcycle service EVER. Adam is an honest, respectable mechanic who will price you fairly and take care of you quickly! He will collaborate with you and inform you of the bike if you have mechanical knowledge and interest, a rare trait among normally stubborn grease monkeys.Excellent shop and ordered parts arrive in a timely manner!Go to total cycle!

The owner and staff here are extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. Prices are more than fair and they truly care about their customers. I've been riding a quite a while, and they are just about the only people I will allow to work on my baby.

Took them 3 weeks just to give me a estimate when I was told the bike would be fixed in 2-4 weeks. What ever question I asked I got an answer of you can do what ever you want . He acted all high and mighty like he was to good to fix my bike. Charges to much if you can find someone else do so!

Had fork oil filled into my forks. They did a good job but there we're some things that made me weary. They gave me a price in the initial quote but then the next day tried to insist that they quoted me a higher price, but they "reduced" the price anyway. I brought my own fork oil in, but they needed another container to fill the forks which is fine, but I would've preferred they asked me before just adding it onto to the price.Lastly I brought dust seals in and asked if they could throw them on the forks while they were at it and they said yes, so I went to my car to get them and gave them to them for that reason. Was dissapointed when they didn't install them and when I asked why they didn't install them, they said "No, we were just filling the forks with oil."

I can't even give this place a star. The techs are pleasant enough to deal with, but when I picked up my bike and rode off the lot, my front tire just about fell off. They did not mount it correctly after putting on new tires. I now question whether or not I even needed new tires. When they put on the new tires, they were supposed to take off the exhaust pipe and replace the rings in the back. Instead, they did not take off the pipes and simply cramped down the screws on the old rings causing major backfiring. Further, they charged me for a new tube and simply put my old tube back in causing a flat tire. The service is absolutely sub-standard. Just keep riding and find yourself a place that knows what they're doing. How is this place still in business??!!

We have only had them do very minor stuff on our bikes, as we do most of it ourselves, but they are always very courteous and seem knowledgeable. I had a tail light that kept burning out and they told me about a tractor trailer bulb that would work for $7 instead of $5 for the motorcycle bulb. It hasn't burned out since.

Guys were friendly. Turn around was great. Brought it in for some exhaust work and oil change. Dropped off Friday evening and it was done Monday afternoon. So far, so good. I will take the bike there again in the future.

Two guys there one nice ones an a****** nice guy says bring your bike up I'll throw an inspection on it might have to wait for a little bit but no problem. a****** guy acts like I violated him because I didn't have an appointment start slamming s*** around then walks up to my bike from 5 feet away says it failed turns around walks back in and logs it into the DOT. I honestly wanted to do business with them because they're a small shop I own a small business and I would like to see them succeed but this guy is a f****** a****** and I'll never go back there again. This was the third time this happened with the same jerk I won't give him my money.

I recently had Total Cycle mount and balance two tires for my KLR650. The rear tire was mounted correctly and front tire was mounted incorrectly. It was mounted in the wrong rotational direction. I called them to report problem at 6pm on Tuesday and their published hours say they are open until 8pm. There was no answer so I left a message. When I spoke with John the next day he suggested that the original tire must have been on backwards and assured him that wasn't the case.I then returned to the shop to have it mounted correctly. I picked up the tire and took it home and installed it on my bike and noticed that the bead was not seated correctly. I called again and he said to bring it back and they would "just pop that out for me".I would be suspect of the mechanical aptitude of this company.

I was on a road trip just passing through Rochester when my bike had a few problems. I showed up one morning without an appointment and despite them being insanely busy, they were able to get me up on a lift for half an hour and diagnose the problems I was having. Showing up and trying to squeeze your bike in should not be your plan A - I was lucky and they were good enough to hook me up. They turned out to be correct when I got to my destination and had time to have it properly fixed. The service reps and mechanic were very knowledgeable and helpful. If I lived in the area, Total Cycles would have a permanent customer. Anyone who is looking for a mechanic in Rochester should absolutely give them a try! They did right by me!

I had my scooter towed to this place to do an inspection. It was near closing time when the tow truck arrived. Fortunately, the shop employee was nice enough to inspect my scooter. Thank you. I recommend this place to anyone who needs some work/inspection done in or near the Henrietta/Rochester area.
