As a repeat customer, I would recommend Titan Motorworks to all my friends and family. This time I'm having them add PPF and Ceramic Coat to my 2024 Corvette Stingray. The entire staff and manager Katie are always a pleasure to work with! The outcome is Amazing!

As a new owner of a shiny black car, I wanted to have PPF installed to help mitigate the dirt, dust and protect from scratches. The team did a phenomenal job installing matte PPF and Katie was incredible to work with. I highly recommend the Titan Team for your next vehicle protection/upgrade!

I always wanted to fully ppf my car and after doing some research I pulled the trigger and brought it over to Titan.I spoke to Katie I discussed what I wanted done and we went over all my concerns.I had a paint correction done followed by full PPF then topped off with a ceramic coating.I was quite impressed by the level of customer service and accommodation they provided.You receive a online link where your constantly updated with photos and notes of the progress.This alone made me want to go with Titan it's nice having access,where you can click and see how far along your vehicle is.Now let's talk about the final result it's phenomenal the ppf is perfect no issues,no bubbles,no peeling.If you want your vehicle to receive the best you have to bring it to Titan!Thank You to the whole team at Titan:)

John and his crew did an excellent job of putting on the Xpel coating, ceramic coating, leather protector and satin infotainment cover on our new '23 Bolt EUV, turned out great, seems are invisible unless really looking and does a tremendous job protecting the car

This is by far the best auto business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They ceramic coated and tinted my Forester Wilderness, and I couldn t be happier. Nearly a year later, it still looks amazing and has been so easy to keep clean. I cannot say enough good about the professionalism of the people that work here, and the results of their work. Definitely worth the drive to Rochester.

The Titan Team is top notch!! I brought my brand new 2020 GMC Sierra 3500HD AT4 to get Ceramic Pro Coating applied/installed. I also decided to do the Xpel ppf at their recommendation. I have gotten nothing but compliments from people that have seen the truck!! They have been nothing but friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the handful of times we have talked so far. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Colin, John and Craig are great guys. Dan should be proud of them and whole team at Titan !!Edit on 9/3/23 - So here we go again but with Katie now running the show. This is 3 years in a row of excellent customer service and outstanding workmanship !!! My GMC was just the yearly top coat of ceramic coating but my wife's 2020 Honda Pilot looked like it was buffed by somebody with a blindfold on before we bought it. Swirl marks, buffer trails, and screw ups oh my !!! Enter Colin L. and his magical talents with paint correction and Gyeon ceramic coating !! My wife was sobbing tears of joy when she saw the car after Colin was done. There is no question that the car was never this clear and beautiful at any point in its life even from the factory. I am still looking for a good close up pic of the before and will post one when I find one but I am posting a pic of my truck and a pic of my wife's Pilot that is now like a mirror thanks to Colin and his wizardry !!! All we can say is, don't waste your time going anywhere else, just stop in and see Shawn or John at the front desk and you will be guided down the right path for sure !!! The Mattiacio Group made a wise choice in picking up this awesome business !!!

Steve and James were both extremely friendly and were willing to deal with my various questions. I had a ceramic gold package and xpel ultimate added to my 2014 Z51 Corvette. While this car had its fair share of scars that just won't go away from the previous owner, James and his team did everything they could to get rid of some of the ugly blemishes I was most concerned with. All of the staff is very courteous and the work performed was phenomenal. I do some detailing of my own (on a much smaller scale) and I would say I have an 'eye' for detail. I am truly impressed by their work and while the c9 coating is an investment I believe it will truly last on my car for years to come. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone willing to take a car they cherish and make it even better.Good work James, Steve and Crew!

Obsession to detail. That's the theme at titan. I have taken my jeep there 4 times and every time they make it look brand new! The customer service is awesome and identical regardless if they are working on a Honda CR-V or my jeep trackhawk!

My nearly pristine paint had been ruined (swirled all over) by Van Bortel at their "detail" shop, so I took it here based on positive reviews, and I'm glad I did. Van Bortel paid for the damage correction. I'm very picky about my paint and go to great lengths to keep it nice and typically only hand detail my cars myself.The staff here did a great job doing a 2 stage paint correction on my 2016 World Rally Blue WRX. They also threw in a free ceramic coating that I can already tell is really high quality (water beading, smooth feel, ease of bird dropping removal etc) and they even put on some license plate frames I had been waiting to install. The paint looked as pristine or better than I had it before it got trashed at Van Bortel - aka like new.They offer a lot of cool products and I plan to go back eventually to get a repaint from winter road rash on my front end and protective film put on.Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions.Thanks!

These guys are simply incredible, took an average car and made it extraordinary! The work here is unprecedented in quality, the facilities are stunning, and the workmanship is second to none. Attached is just some of the cars that they have graced with their skills. Words cannot express the work and level of quality that is put out by this facility.

Do not pass go, go directly to Titan Automotive if you want a ceramic coating for your car. They did an amazing job with my truck and I love the fact that I just give it a quick wash with soap and water, hand dry it and it looks like I spent hours waxing and detailing it. Will bring all future cars I get here first. Don t waste your time else where, these guys are the real deal.Year 1 2022: Went back for my yearly wash and clean and it looks super fresh again. After a year I will say this continues to be one of the best investments I have made in a vehicle. LOVE that all I need to do is a quick trip through a touch less wash and hand dry it and it looks show room fresh with out ever having to wax it.Year 2 2023: Went back for my yearly wash and clean while also having Titan remove a dent from my front fender and put a decal on my hood. I love how when you walk in the door to check in, the person working the desk knows who you are and why you are there verse me telling someone why I am there. Real nice personal touch. The waiting area is nicely appointed with cool furniture, all the gear head books and car magazines you could ever want, and a fridge of cold water and juice. Great vibe and super friendly staff. I love how they have a viewing areas set up so you can see all the SICK cars they are working, along with your own if you wish. The wash and reapplication of the top coat always looks amazing (especially under the high intensity lights being used in the work areas) and the dent removal tech did an incredible job removing a nasty dent caused by a rouge ski. Getting to see my truck all shined up sitting next to an equally shinny hot pink McLaren 720s really made my day. See the picture!This years appointment took customer service to a new level when it came to some problems with the decal I wanted to apply. The decal I purchased and asked Titan to install ended up being old and the adhesive went bad leading to the decal ripping. The person working the job came to me to show me the issue and why it ripped. He genuinely was bummed and concerned it happened. He then proceeded to tell me, not to worry, our vinyl guy can make you a new one, and we can put it on free of charge because he felt bad I had to leave with out my new decal. I returned a few days later and had it applied. Great quality vinyl, zero bubble application across the hood, perfect! In todays world service like this is rare and Titan has earned a lifetime customer from me. Can't wait to bring my wife new car in for a ceramic coating this summer!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Paint protection, Car waxing

Rashed OEM 20" wheels on the mounting machine two different times. Powdercoat repair offered did not match the other wheels. Offered to do them all but did not trust their mounting machine or repair skills at that point so just bought new and ate the cost.I gave them another chance for some reason with mounting drag tires on bead lock wheels. They did not seat one of the tires fully which could have been catastrophic if not caught early. Managed to over torque the bolts with a pneumatic/electric ratchet too vs. hand torque which the Forgestar directions called for with a huge warning in the box. Completely unacceptable with disregard for safety.Establishment and customer service was nice but the quality of work is far from expected.

I brought my 2022 Dodge Charger to Titan Motorworks for a full paint correction and five year ceramic coating, and the results were absolutely amazing - and I am very picky. The team here has incredible attention to detail and will treat your car with the utmost care, no matter what car you bring to them. From start to finish, their flexibility and communication was also top notch, and everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent answers to all of my questions. Thank you to the awesome team here at Titan for the job well done, and I can't wait to return in the future!

I can t put into words how impressed I was with my S2000 when I got back from these guys. I got the ceramic coating and it came out perfect. Not only that but they detailed parts of the car other retailers almost never hit, like all the panel gaps, which had left over wax residue prior, and even the inside of the gas filler cap area, which no detailer has hit. If I could give y all more than 5 stars I would, thank you for your hard work and expertise!

This place is the best. I have a 2010 chevy Avalanche all black with logos on it. I brought it in to get a light cut and buff, and man ill tell you these guys know their stuff. My truck was shining!!!! When i picked it up. James the owner of PEFECTION AUTO DETAILING is great to work with and is perfect in every way. If you have a truck car or anyother vehicle that needs to be prepped or buffed out or anything like that this is the place to go. This is the one stop shop for all your car needs in ROCHESTER NY. THANK YOU SO MUCH JAMES AND THE CREW GREAT JOB !!!!

I came to Titan due to a recommendation of a friend and had high expectations. Colin and his team were very easy to work with. I came in to see what they could do with my paint on my 2018 Mazda 3. He told me that a paint correction is what was needed. He gave me three options to choose from. Upfront pricing and and no hidden fees. I then told them I had some touch up paint for some deep scratches and he offered to do that as well! She turned out great! Very happy.Service: Paint protection

As someone that cares deeply about his truck I cannot speak any more highly of the people and employees over at Perfection Auto Detailing. The cars that come through the shop are absolutely jaw-dropping. I've seen cars ranging from family cars all the way up to Lamborghinis Ferraris you name it. The work that they've done on my truck at correcting the paint is flawless. (All yellow 2016 dodge ram 2500 6inch rough country lift). Give them a call ask for Steve or james book an appointment. You're not going to regret itThey nailed the name..... It is perfection at its highest.

I took my brand new 2023 Chevy Z06 to Titans. They did paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF film, and window tinting. It looks amazing! I would highly recommend them. Fantastic job! John, Shawn and the crew took amazing care of my 2023 BMW M3 - ceramic, PPF, wheel spacers and tint all done well with attention to detail and a great customers service experience. Whenever you interact with them you get the sense they truly care about your car and your satisfaction with their work. I just had my one year check up on the paint protection film and ceramic coating that I added to my vehicle. Without a doubt, this has allowed me to spend more time behind the wheel enjoying the car and less time washing. The staff at Titan Motorworks of Rochester, from the Showroom floor to the Technicians in the shop, are very knowledgeable, passionate people who LOVE cars!! ALL CARS!! So whether you have an exotic (foreign or domestic), classic, Hot Rod or daily driver, Titan Motorworks has the products, services and people in place to assist you with your vehicle protection needs. I have been going to Titan Motorworks for two years now and I am very satisfied with my experiences. They are now offering many detailing products from foaming soaps, glass cleaners, microfiber towels and much more. I did purchase some product but I can't comment on it as I have not used it yet. What I can say is that I thought the pricing was comparable to most "premium" grade product you would find at any auto parts store. That said, I will probably continue to buy product here because of the expert knowledge I also received when I asked about their products, something I NEVER received at the local, corporate, parts store. They have an in depth understanding of what the products do and how to apply them, not to mention they already knew that I had a ceramic coating applied on my vehicle and advised me on what products would work best to preserve that coating. This is the exact reason why I have steered away from buying product at the corporate parts store for a year now. I will now buy product with confidence from Titan Motorworks! I should also add that they have in the past and may have again a "coffee and cars" car meet where they demo these products on what they are and how to apply them. So, as you can see from my review, 5 stars from me for my experiences to date with this business. Keep up the great work Titan Motorworks of Rochester!!Services: Auto detailing, Paint protection

Hi All. I just had my first personal experience with Titan Motorworks of Rochester and They Are Very courteous and Professional, and Top Notch. I had PPE and Ceramic coating put on and a few minor paint touch ups done to my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and I would highly recommend Highly Recommend them for all the services they provide. I really appreciated their honesty from the beginning when they gave me an estimate and told me there was some paint damage they couldn t fix with the spot correction method. They got my car in 3 days later and even ended up charging me less than estimated because it didn t take as long as expected. Thank you for being honest!

We dropped off our 2019 Volvo XC90 Inscription at Titan Motorworks with high expectations due to the great reviews, but when we picked up the SUV, we could not believe the transformation! We were simply blown away!! The attention to detail on the rim refurbishment and the XPEL Paint Protection Film was spectacular. So very pleased with the results. I recently had ceramic pro installed on my new used car at Titan Motorworks and the experience was fantastic! I was able to get an appointment easily. They are very flexible and very responsive on the phone and via email. Everyone there is super friendly, approachable and really wants to help you get what you want from your car. The quality of work they do is second to none. The shine on my car is incredible and the depth of color is better than many brand new cars! It is amazing! I have polished and waxed my cars myself for years but this is hands down far superior than what I could do. I highly recommend Titan to everyone and will definitely be coming back for more!
