I only got some leaf spring u bolts for my Tacoma from them but after getting a wrong size online and struggling to try and make them work, I got the u bolts I got from Thru-Way Spring where they were the perfect size and cheaper.Much Thanks to them!!!

Broken leaf spring in pickup truck. Called and they were able to get me in and get the job done next day. The pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

3for 3 so far!! Had my truck here 3 times for diffrent things and 100% satisfied everytime!!! BTW this is the only shop in rochester ny that is 3 for 3 out of my book!

New plow on the 2023 Titan pro4x. Tommy, Cody and crew did a great job. Probably their first Nissan. I was skeptical. But they got it done. Thanks guys.

I had a spring on my 5th wheel trailer break. I called to see if we could get an emergency repair. I did not feel safe at all. In fact I was expecting more damage to the tires. I half wasn't expecting them to be able to help. Much to my delight they told me that they would get me in as soon as I could get there. They had me on the road in just slightly over 2 hours! Awesome service. I highly recommend this business. And the people that worked there were all so friendly and pleasant and helpful.

I had an amazing experience with these guys. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to get me in quick and did excellent work for a decent price. Very nice employees working the counter even with the covid going on. Would definitely recommend for leaf spring repair. One of the better experiences in Rochester for vehicle repair.

We do not live in Rochester, but was in the area for a couple of weeks. We noticed that the right front tire on our MotorHome was wearing different than the left. We called an RV sales place and they recommended us to call another place, who recommended us to call another spring place in Rochester. Took it to them and the estimate was going to be $1,100+, that estimate did NOT include tires. That s a lot of money, so we sought to get a second opinion. We called Thruway Spring and I spoke with Mike. Made an appointment for the next Monday. We arrived before 7:30am and may I say that there was a major difference in the way business was conducted as opposed to our first estimate. Mike called us with extremely good news, we needed a front end alignment. We had already purchased tires, which they installed. We walked out paying $251.03. That s over an $800 savings. It s no wonder that they have been in business for over 60 years. Wrote them down in my contacts of repair facilities. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Mike!

Had my rollback truck aligned twice here in within 2 weeks couldn't get it right both times I left with a steering wheel off 30 degrees or more and a hard pull. Lady up front is miserable. Seemed annoyed I wanted them to test drive my truck and refused to provide a printout. I drove 2 hours to get here twice that's 8 hours driving $200 in fuel plus all the waiting and down time on my truck and its 100 times worse than when I first brought it in. Truck is a 2020 with 20k miles I get alignments for routine maintenance figured it would be pretty easy set the toe and go now I need to get it realigned somewhere very Frustrating. I don't normally leave bad reviews I own a auto shop and a towing company I understand how things work and that stuff happens but when a customer has a comeback we put the best technician on it to ensure a good outcome. They seemed annoyed I was there.

Hard to find - it is on the service road not the road itself and online directions are miserable.Great stuff and a lot of on-site fabrication on-site and repair, but fairly expensive.Yes, great quality, but pretty much high end retail for truck gear.

My first time dealing with this company and their service.I called and talked to them about rebushing my Jeep. They checked on parts and got back to me with a price and I gave them the go ahead. Parts were ordered. When the parts arrived they called and told me to bring in the vehicle.I'm pleased with the work and customer service.

Not very helpful, staff had a defeatist attitude. Wanted to buy a new piece of equipment to replace a failed unit and they didn't have what I wanted in stock and didnt want to go the extra mile to find what I needed. Asked about fixing my broken unit and was even less accommodating. Glad they're busy but I'd hate be an existing customer facing that service attitude. I hope their feast can carry them through their famine when it comes.

We've been using Thru-way Spring for over 15 years. They play a big role in keeping our fleet of snow removal equipment up and running. They have a good parts inventory and knowledgeable service team. Our equipment is always repaired well and in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them for any of your truck or snow removal equipment needs.

Quoted me $800 for four springs and install. The 4 springs cost me $149 purchased on my own. The front springs were not the right size and one of the employees told me they could cut them so the car would be level. They didn't even try to level the car. The manufacturer of the springs told me had Thruway cut the springs it would have voided the warranty. So I had custom front springs made for another $148 and paid $198 to have the new springs installed but DID NOT use Thruway again. Bottom line they told me what to do then said they never told me that. I have the emails to prove it.

Scratched and dented accessories section was as a kid walking through a candy shoppe. Sales rep Jr. Was great and didn't mind I that I took my time. Worth the stop for truck accessories in Rochester. Buy local first !!

Did the job requested in timely manner. I would have been more pleased if the job had been explained upon pickup, instead had to crawl under vehicle and inspect it for myself.

Laura is always rude and disrespectful. Definitely not the quality of person I would employ if I owned this business. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere where the people are more friendly and upbeat.
