I am not from NY and very picky about who works on my car. Rich and the guys at Sparky s did a fantastic job. His prices are very competitive even when comparing to the web. He has very experienced installers. I would def recommend his shop for any car stereo needs.

The guys there were super helpful in helping me pick out/determine what I needed to make my car's audio sound better. Shout out to Miguel, especially. Very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me on more than I needed. They were also quick in getting my appointment; only 4 business days after when I originally came in for a quote. Also, I am very satisfied with the sound of my car's audio. Thanks, Sparky's!

Rich the owner knows it all when it comes to Auto/Sound Electronics him and his team do a wonderful job !!I had purchase Speakers and a Head Unit for my 07 Nissan Xterra and brought it to them, Rich helped me out right away and gave me a quote within seconds !! I then schedule an appointment, he had me in that same week !! his team ensures not only Quality installation but Great customer care,Very knowledgeable and the best prices in the Rochester area when it comes to installation !!Thanks again and i'll be back for any other installations in the future !!

Sparky's Autosound. Exceptional customer service. Excellent work. 4 new speakers and a new head unit installed on the same day I called for an appointment. My car stereo sounds 10 times better thanks to Rich and his staff. A truly great overall experience.

I just called about my car audio in my 2015 Chrysler. The guy cut me off multiple times while explaining exactly what my car needed and he proceeded to tell me an amp needed to be installed. Which I have said amp that is already installed to the back of my box all I needed was the wires to be ran from point a to point b. And he said 185 with my own wires that s the highest price I ve gotten all day. I can do it in 30 minutes professionally done in 30 slit hole in boot insert wire through boot pop trim run and done. Not that hard. Before charging someone an arm and a leg for a total of an hour. Check your prices and make sure it is done legitimately.

Went to place on lyell they said the moved to westridge road. Went to this fabric shop in skips on the ridge plaza. They had this guy look at my car said he can put the radio in left my car 2hrs. Come back the guy said he couldn't put it in take it somewhere else. The other place told me my packaging that was NEVER opened that the other guy didn't even try to put it in. Keep my car 2hrs and charge me 40 bucks saying because he tried didn't do anything but hold my car and charge me. NEVER GO TO THEM WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Yea the guy with the blue lexus from 3months ago I'm all hooked up now no thanks to you guys.

I just got speakers for my vehicle. They were great! Great customer service--super helpful. I would recommend them to anyone! I love that they are located in the city of Rochester!

Called to see if they could help me with wire harness for my 2017 GMC Acadia with Bose system. The guy had no idea how to help me. Good thing I found LLJ customs form Arizona. How you own a stereo shop but don t know everything there is to know about audio.

Sparky's is so friendly. And the owner always try's and work with you on top of his already reasonable;e prices. They are nothing like Auto Sound, but much more price reasonable.

Dude told me and my buddy that we didn't need 1/0 wire for our system we are running a true 5k amplifier on a mechman 320a alt thus leads me to believe he doesn't know enough to be touching advanced car audio systems the amplifiers they sell do not do rated power not even close if they install a system look up amplifier dynos on youtube false advertising companies such as boss crunch most American bass amps and a lot more are over rated severely boss 1000.1 puts out max like 600w lol

Omg best people to deal with no talk but they listen to your problems and boom fixed in a heart beat . Rich and Carlos they old school and they help if they can do if not you still get tip for the issues.

Mr ardilio is the best in town he is not out to make a million dollars but to hook you up with the best stereo around, just tell him your budget and what your looking for and he will deliver anytime
