This is my second visit to Sofia collision, very professional and friendly. They work with my insurance company to complete the repairs in a timely manner. The car looks brand new and they even detailed the interior. This was a front end damage.

What a great experience from start to finish. They honored another shop s quote ( even when they later discovered additional work was needed, they said Merry Christmas and did not change the price.This price was $2,000 less than the dealer s quote.They got me in wks before every other shop ( i had 3 other quotes).When they needed more time, they politely let me know in a timely fashion.Then, icing on the cake: they detailed my car inside before giving it back- it was nicer than when i bought it!!!Lastly, they have the sweetest dog that sits under the front desk At reception.I will use them again and highly recommend them.

I am very picky regarding any work on my cars. The folks at Sofia did an amazing job for me recently. They were friendly, easy to work with, and understood the car was special to me. James kept me well- informed during the process, and Nick is a true craftsman. The car is 28 years old and the finished paint work blended in beautifully! I will admit they are kind of like my dentist, I am in no hurry to see them again, but if needed, I will not hesitate to use them again. :) Thanks, guys!Service: Painting

Sofia Collision made the entire repair process way less stressful than I anticipated. They answered my calls, explained the process, worked with my insurance company & returned my car in the best condition than it s ever been in - excellent repair, completely detailed, tires and fluids checked & the repair was completed earlier than anticipated. Sofias did a fantastic job fixing up my car. My door was badly damaged after being hit while parked on the street. They replaced it with a brand new OEM door. It looks flawless. I was expecting it too look perfect at first glace but to notice some sort of blending when looking at it if inspected. Not at all, I even questioned if I was looking at the correct side of the door and walked to the other side of the car to see if maybe I accidentally inspected the wrong side. The staff was really nice on the phone and in person when I picked up my car. I plan to use them in the future if I ever need more body work. They also detailed my car from top to bottom. The car looked new

We had a great experience with Sofia s. We are a one car family that got rear ended - they did their best to do the work quickly in an industry where everyone is backed up, and most importantly, the car is good as new. They were willing to answer my many questions along the way on the work, insurance etc. Would certainly recommend.

We go to Vesa s for all of our general car needs and they are fantastic to work with, so when we were in a car accident we called them to see who they recommend for collision work. They sent us to Sofia, and now we understand why! They are kind, honest, and straightforward. They genuinely care about their work, and it shows. Picked up our car today and it s like brand new. There were over 7k in damages and you would never know it! The car was ready within 2 weeks (worth noting that because they are so good - they are super busy). It is sparkling on the outside, running great, and they detailed the inside perfectly as well (which was unexpected and very appreciated). Also, I was having car seat installation difficulty and one of the guys came out to help me get it out of the rental car and into my car and was very kind about it. Definitely recommend them for any collision needs!

I came in a year before the season to assure an appointment. I spoke directly to owner to confirm a set date. After I came in showed him pictures he walked me around to show another ski he was working on told me yes just to arrive the beginning of April!!!He embarrassed me upfront. He acted as if we never spoke, as if he didn t confirm and told me to come in!!!This entire winter season has passed I could have tried to reach out to another company but because I trusted his word thinking he was a man of his word now. My repairment can t be done because it will take me out the entire summer season!!! Now I have to wait another year thanks to him! Very unprofessional, very inappropriate not considerate of anyone but himself and whatever he chooses to do at the moment!He made me look like a fool infront of others as if I never came by an entire year prior just to make sure I booked an appointment to assure my skis would be in on time to get fixed and on time to still enjoy the season!!! He had me waiting all to dismiss me as if this event never occurred!

Fair, courteous, and amazing service. Chris and his team were able to repair the damage on my son's car quickly and they did a full inside and out detailing and it was like new! Better than new! Awesome service!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I went there to talk about my car damage . I had had two accidents where I had been hit within 8 days . I was a bit overwhelmed .The owner did answer a question I had but then he got quite abrupt and said he wouldn t consider touching my car without an official estimate from an insurance company . He walked away and said thank you sarcastically .

I have brought my vehicle to James, Chris, and the staff at Sofia s countless times and every time I am impressed. They are so polite and fair in the way they treat their customers. I recommend them for all mechanical and collision work. They will not screw you or take advantage of you! They continuously go above and beyond to get the job done. Best shop in Rochester, hands down!

I was able to take my vehicle in immediately. They assessed it the next day and was very straight up. I feel the are very serious about business and stand behind the work they do. Its pretty but I feel it's solid and good mechanical work.

Sofia's Collision & Mechanical is one of the best shops in our Rochester, NY area! I was referred to them by a friend from work and it was such a great decision to go to them. Those guys know exactly what they're doing, they're honest, and their customers truly trust them with their vehicles! Great customer service! I have been going to them for any repair, oil change, etc for my jeep for over a year now and I will continue to moving forward. I highly recommend them!

Chris and James run a first class operation @ Sofia's. The quality of their Work is unsurpassed in western NY. And not just collision. They do all of my mechanical work quickly, thoroughly and at a fair price. Give them a try and they'll become your automotive shop too.

I took my car to Sofia to have my bumper cover replaced. Very friendly service. They replaced the bumper cover seamlessly with a perfect paint match. Furthermore, they actually fixed a hidden issue from a previous accident that a previous collision company ignored (I bought my car used) at no extra cost! To top it off, they washed my car and even cleaned the inside. Top notch service! I wish my insurance company was as customer-oriented. Highly recommended. Thank you!

We brought our truck to Chris to have a tailgate replaced and painted. He went above and beyond our expectations and took care of our vehicle as if it were his own. It was returned to us as if we took it home from a dealer! Thank you for your top notch service!!!

I went to Sofia collision in need of lots of work on my car. Thankfully one of the owners of this shop, James, took the time to thoroughly diagnose my car and take care of what needed to be done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with how professional and polite the staff was. Also a very clean and organized shop. Without a doubt I will be returning to Sofias for all my car needs. These guys are awesome! Larry from Vesa's Automotive recommended their services when I had a sprung door that wouldn't close. James told me to just come on in they would take a look. I was in and out of their in no time with my door finally latching closed again! Thanks again guys! I will be back and recommending your services.

They were fantastic. They handled everything for me after my Toyota Rav4 was subject to a hit and run in my office parking garage, even worked with the insurance company for me to be sure I got everything covered. They were friendly and the body work was perfect it looked like new. They even detailed the inside, felt like I got a brand new car! They not only provided the service, they provided peace of mind!

I would absolutely recommend this shop! Bob up front and the mechanics are not only great at what they do but they re SO NICE, and they take the time to explain things. Even when it s bad news it s not so bad coming from them lol. If quality work, great customer service and trust are important to you in a business- definitely hit them up!

First off, I work with older people, NO MASKS at all! No mask on anyone I noticed (I noticed at least 10 people) I was a bit surprised and uncomfortable as well. the gentleman said he was on vacation (question was, why was he there not wearing a mask). I will avoid Sofia and the estimate was crazy (he kept saying more hours; from 2 to 4 to 6 hours. I intended to get a small dent repaired and pay cash, not insurance! Sad to say the original folks were my favorites, they knew how to treat a customer!

My car was in a bad rear end collision and they made my car look brand new and detailed the inside and outside before returning it. I never rec'd a call when my car was ready. Fred "swears" he called me. Get in my 2015 BMW, the horn doesn't work, and the area where they did the body work is dimpled and poorly painted. STAY AWAY from this place, POOR QUALITY. Learn from my mistake!
