Highly recommended. I was in a car accident and had to choose an auto body repair shop. I chose Semple's based solely on Google reviews and I am very happy I did. Their work went above and beyond what I had imagined. I don't have a spiffy new car but Semple's treated my car like it was new. Semple's was also very friendly on the phone with me each time I called. I felt like my car was in good hands and it was. They were amazing to work with through the whole ordeal. I have also posted this review on Yelp because I am very thankful and highly recommend them.I wish I had taken better pictures of the accident, there was also damage to my tires, rims and door that Semple's repaired beautifullyServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

Recently I was hit hard by a lady driver who somehow? Did not see me and my car at all! See the frontside damage done to our Toyota Corolla....luckily, my brother in law and his friend suggested we call Steve Semple at Semples Collision on Ridge Rd. West, Rochester. So glad we did! From start to finish, and in a timely manner, Steve and his staff treated us kindly, professionally, with a perfectly excellent ending to this story. Thank you Steve, I highly recommend you! Took my saddlebags to get a hole fixed and painted. They had them for over 2 months. When I called they would say the paint was coming the next day. Then they forgot about them, then it was they had the wrong paint. I ended up going to get them and I would never recommend them!

I have been here several times for repairs and insurance photos as well over the years. Most recently I had an encounter with some deer which damaged my driver's door. As I was starting vacation, I made arrangements to leave it there for the week so the repairs could be done. It took a little longer to do than originally planned, but the results were excellent. This is a small independent shop, small staff, but quality work . Their yard is filled with vehicles constantly, both individuals and dealership work too. There are plenty of places to get collision work done, but they are a standout among the rest.

Steve at semples was the nicest person I've ever dealt with. Gave me a very great price on work that other places wanted more, and the work was perfect.. Will definitely bring any vehicle I own there in the future . highly recommended.

I have had 3 cars serviced here and every time the job is exceptional. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very professional, super friendly and the pricing is more than fair. Thanks guys.

The quality of the work was good. The treatment of my wife and daughter when they attempted to pay for the work was very bad. No posted signs or written policy on quotation regarding cash only transaction. We attempted to pay with a debit card, money in the bank, and were treated like deadbeats because we did not know it was CASH ONLY. BEWARE, bring cash. I will never return.

My beloved Jeep Commander was rear ended in my driveway.Semple did an amazing job, worked with me on my estimate from the insurance company and got her back to me better than new.My fianc�e has also had work done on her car there and they really saved her some money when she back into a truck and paid for it all out of pocket.Bravo

I HAVE DONE REPEATED BUSINESS WITH SEMPLE'S. THEY ARE A GOOD SHOP FOR THE WORK THEY DO AT A REASONABLE PRICE.YES ... IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN INSURANCE CLAIM, YOU WILL HAVE TO BE A $$CASH CUSTOMER.YES ... THEY ARE A FRIENDLY COURTEOUS CREW.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCAL SHOP OWNED BY AN INDEPENDENT BUSINESSMAN.

Went simply for insurance photo inspections, and was impressed by their professionalism. They assisted me troubleshooting an issue with the insurance company and were very helpful.

Had to get a visual inspection and Semples was closest to were i lived!. The staff was quick and super nice. Inspection was done quick and effeciently! Great shop!
