I was referred to Seasonall automotive from a friend. I recently emailed them via their website to set up a service appointment. I am in the process of purchasing a used vehicle for my daughter and reached out to Seasonall to provide a full vehicle check prior to the purchase for safety concerns. I never received a call back or email back. A very unfortunate experience.

I have been going to seasonal for over 25 years. I keep going to them because I trust them. And that is hard to find these days. Back in November 2022 my catalytic converter was stolen and the wait time for manufacturing it was between three to six months. Chris diligently called every week to try an attain a date and time and kept me update weekly. My car sat in their lot for over two move, at no charge. Driving it an out of storage daily to accommodate their work load and the weather. Chris persistence and diligent efforts allowed me to attain my vehicle before the new year began. Actions speak louder than words that is why my children also get their vehicles worked on by them. Always greatful and feel taken care of safely at Season All. Seasonall was recommended by two friends when I moved to the area. The guys are straightforward, professional, and explain their approach. They had a fair price and performed great work. What more could you ask for? They didn't try and UP charge me with extra work, instead they gave advice as if it was their own car. You will never worry about the honesty, integrity and professional skill of this auto repair shop. I have been a customer for so long, I have lost track but its over 25 years. Without hesitation, I drive almost an hour to patronize this business. Chris and Doug are amazing. Anytime I have gone elsewhere (which is very very rare), its always a mistake that I regret and Seasonall comes to the rescue. Do not hesitate to take any car, truck (or horse trailer lol) to this exceptional place. Continues to be my fav garage in the area. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs are fast and reasonably priced. No weird add-on problems just to drive the price up just honest work.

I originally went to this place based on the reviews but was soon disappointed in the service I received. I went here for front brake work. After getting the quote for brakes, rotors and both front calipers I questioned why I needed everything. There was a part I needed that they told me was unavailable so they needed to change everything because of this one small part they said was discontinued. I called two local auto parts stores right down the road and they had the part in stock for under $50 bucks! It was at that point that I knew they were trying to lie and up sell me. I ended up getting another mechanics opinion and all I needed was that one part for under $50 bucks and 1/2 hour labor!! I am not sure how they have so many positive reviews other than people just not questioning or knowing about what they are doing. If I did not check and get other opinion I too would have probably left a positive review because they seemed nice and concerned about my vehicle. I would caution anyone who goes here to be very careful. I almost got taken for over $700 for a very simple fix! Beware of this scam shop!

After several years of consistently excellent service from Seasonall my most recent visit added another reason to appreciate these guys.I had brought my wife s car in for an inspection and to address a couple of weird sounds. When Chris called me he told me of how they had discovered the ball joints were clearly on their way out. This was a surprise but, naturally, I was just grateful that they had caught this as it could have ended in my wife losing control of the car and possibly her life.Was I thrilled that this visit was going to be more expensive than I had hoped? Of course not, but I have come to completely trust Chris, Doug and their crew and was confident I was getting an important repair done by skilled mechanics for a price that, as always, was more than reasonable. Seasonall is going to get my business until I m to old to drive or they retire and move to Hawaii. I wouldn t dream of going anywhere else.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Upon the suggestion of my mother I began going to Seasonall about 10 years ago and since that time have not only taken all of my cars there for repairs but any general maintenance required as well. They are honest. The kind of honesty where they give you a suggestion that saves you money but inevitably costs them a larger sale. Their honestly, reliably, and skill have resulted in my loyal patronage and I gladly recommend them to everyone I know.

I am a repeat customer, and they never disappoint. I have an older auto and it has its issues from time to time. I love this place! Getting your car repaired can be stressful but I very feel comfortable dropping my car off and knowing I will get the best service and they will not rip me off. I trust them. The owner is fully involved in all aspects of the process, from the office to the car repairs. If you want honest quality and service, Seasonall is the place to go!!!!

I've taken all 3 of our cars to Seasonall for the past 10-15 years. Good communication, fair pricing, and above all, quality work. I recommend them to my friends all the time. I see a wide mix of cars in for service there - including BMW's, Acura's, Mercedes. That says a great deal about their capabilities and cost.

Chris owns the business. He is honest and cares about the work done, assuring it's done right at a fair price. For auto repair this is a rare opportunity to feel you are not being taken advantage of to get your car back on the road.

Two experiences to add: Last year I called to have my car inspected. I was hoping to have it inspected that day and the gentleman gave me a bit of attitude on the phone but said he would see what he could do it I dropped the car off-no guarantees. I left it there for the day (8am-2pm)...I appreciated them getting the inspection done that day, as I know it was last minute. I again called them today, willing to leave my car there for the day and if possible have it inspected before the days end. After asking if they could help, I was told, "not here". I said okay...he suggested I go to Valvoline. They were able to help me, and in under 35 minutes for an inspection and oil change. I won't try my luck with Seasonall again.

Tom and I have been customers vor years. We have received excellent service on our vehicles. I owned a dodge full sized van with a lift and Chris and his team kept it running until rust rotted out the under carriage.Now they service my kneeling SUV with a folding ramp. They messed up my car interior don t know what they were doing in there. My service was not related to anything interior but now I have scratches and dents inside my car. Don t know how they have all these positive reviews because my experience was very different. And the prices are VERY HIGH too. I don t know why it s too hard to find a shop that one can trust. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Needed a repair on a 2001 Volvo XC70, I was in no rush between holidays 2019.The staff did everything I asked exactly: diagnostic, estimating and keeping me updated after the new year.I checked around and found the pricing to be competitive, if not the best choice.Repeat satisfied customer without discounts for 5/5 review.

I needed a car repair so I asked my old mechanic (no longer doing big repairs) and he recommended Seasonall Automotive. They were very easy to deal with got something scheduled right away. I got prices around the area and they had a good price as well. I will continue to work with these guys in the future.

I have done business with Seasonall for years. I'm an older woman who knows nothing about cars. I want my car to run and I don't want to worry about anything. Seasonall accomplishes this for me. Before I bought my IQ( great car by the way) I drove a Neon for over 12 years and then gave it to my granddaughter. I was able to do this because of Seasonall. You can trust them and besides being extremely nice, they are honest.

I have been coming here since I first got my license and I would drive cross country to have them fix my vehicles if I wasn't local. I have brought them some pretty rough cars, silly cars and everything in between. They always fix it, fix it right and only do what is needed.I have brought repair manuals and tell them exactly whats wrong and that's what they fix, and if something else is wrong they let me verify it first.Everyone has had a bad experience and no place is perfect, but do not let bad reviews keep you away. Seasonall is not like other mechanics, they stand behind their work and do right by their customers.HIGHLY recommend.

We have been using Seasonall for several years (at least 15). We buy new cars and as soon as the warranty is over (or if the dealer is not available as happened recently) and the repair cannot be done under the warranty, we take our cars exclusively to Seasonall. It has always been our experience that they have lower costs than the dealer for repairs (usually about 30% less) and that the work is always done correctly. They always explain what is wrong and have never suggested work that has not needed to be done. Our relatives also hae used Seasonall with the same experience. Keep up the good work!!

I give them alot of credit in my care for my car!! They go up and beyond for Perfect car repair shop and go out of there way to be there in All ways to keep your car going. I Highly Recommend them!!
